olahero: May God open their eyes, cos they are walking in darkness,May be your version of islam where you reside is quite different. But if you grow up in the North where i am, you will be too ashame to come to a public forum to display your ignorance. Nobody in the North who had lived among the Hausa muslims has any atom of regard for that religion. Religion of peace indeed. Not after the so many unproveked attacked on Christians for something that happened in far away Denmark or United State. Pray you don't live among the Hausa muslims during crisis, being a Yoruba or Edo or Egbira or Igala muslim means nothing to them, you will be slain. So mr man, don't come out here to put up a defence on a religion you know next to nothing about. Thank God for the doggedness and reselliance of Christians in the North, they could have been history. |
Just two states, Yobe and Borno, and the military is having a harcullian task in curding the insurgence. What happen to intelligence? How big is Maiduguri or Yobe that they can mapped the areas the suspected insurgents are hiding there by laying them seige? If the military is finding this situation hard to crack, sometimes i wonder what would happen if this whole crisis engulf half of the country. Each passing day, i'm getting convince that the whole thing is more political and a means to syphone money from our collective treasury. Imagine if it were a military head of state, bh would have been forgotting. The case of metasine readily comes to mind and how the govt of General Buhari spare no effort in distabilising them. My concern are the innocent military boys that are used as experiment or shooting practice or as tool by disgruntle politicians using this event to further perpetuate their game of lining their pockets and as avenue to grab power by all means. God is watching and very soon the cock will surely come home to roast. |
emmanuel4fire: Like I said, the Igbos should be very careful this time around. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan have placed many of the Igbos in a high positions for a reason. They should learn from their mistake.Honestly, i don't know what exactly you intend to achieve with this hatred and disunity you are desperately trying to market here. Don't think at your age, you should be more concern about the collective interest of the whole ppl instead of whipping sentiment over an unfortunate incident (the civil war) which has no relevance in our today society? I make bold to say that the frustration of the past has made you so bitter that you want to drag every bright mind into it. Both sides of the divide during the war were grossly affected and to point at other ethnic as the sole cause of the civil disturbance shows how deranged, dillusional and mentally inbalance you are. Evil and treacherous characters like you who sees nothing good in other Nigerians except your ethnic group deserve to be naked, flogged and deported assap b4 your hateful mission become contagious. I pity your generation and anyone who ever listened to you. |
gotty: I guess you have to take it up with Channels not me! Just made an observation and in fact did ask u (who do we believe, OP or Channels). And he just got you corrected. Channel's account was the campaign held at d cathedral. Learn to have an open mind and appreciate corrections, no need to vent ur anger. You gat that? Anyway, I go with d op. |
emmanuel4fire: It pains me the way some can sell their right all for the sake of politics. You sure sound full of hate. Old men like are the cause of the lingering and almost an unending animosity that we youths harboured for one another. This is why i don't give a hoof about any elder trying to preach ethnicity to me. The igbos i know in kaduna are happy mixing up with all tribes, going about their bizz and intermarrying and will never see reason to leave there to anywhere. May be you are a victim of the war, but your attempt to poison our minds to hate for a cause we know nothing about, is unacceptable. If there's any threat to our nationhood is sadist like you who have nothing better to impact to the youngstar but hatred and contempt, i pity your children. |
Anyone who under any guise support corruption must be stoned with an e stone. Enough of faceless robbers who come online to spew gabbage all in an attempt to defend 'my sister'. |
Omexonomy: I believe most people from south west who are far away from the spoils of BH are always praying day and night to see BH succed against gej.You need to grow up. Must every national issue of importance be turn into an avenue for tribal war? How would any right thinking man expresses joy over killing of our military men? Something obviously must be wrong with you. Unless you provide link to support your alleged accusation, i will rather take you as an unserious person. |
50calibre: Her kinsmen are incredibly stu*pid, & so are all Igbos who blindly & sentimentally support the thief, Looks like they've given her carte blanche to act as it pleases her.Enough respect to you my brother. You are a true son of your father. I am an adent follower of your post and you on many occassion has brazenly spoke against corruption and bad government. It is my wish that every Nigerian youth irrespective of our ethnic divide will with one voice condemn this monster of corruption and tribalism currently disuniting us. Btw, i am from igbo eze north local govt of Enugu state. I am first a Christian and a Nigerian, every other thing follows. |
kabba7: Which god is that ?the same that forbid stealing or some other one .It seems the god of corruption after all, is an igbo god. The god must be greedily smart enough to tempt all her adherence to see no evil and say no evil. God punish that god and all its followers that condone corruption, and that use ethnic bigotry to defend public stealing because she's my tribes woman. Somebody say amen. |
Deschil: I am not Igbo. I don't support corruption but Stella Oduah should be LEFT ALONE-hasn't she bein outed enough?! Some of the "righteous" people on here criticizing her wrote their JAMB in a "special" centre. Charcoal calling kettle black*Your write up has given you up. Trying to fake your identity will always find a way to reveal the real you in your comment. So stella should be left alone in your word because she is not the only thief abi. Among all the other thieves in the various ministries who has the police caught? Pathetic response all in a bid shield stella. With ppl like you, the fight against corruption will never be actualise. I doubt if those statements you made came from you mouth or anus. |
cocoduck: When you don't yet know the cause of the accident you can call it an act of god it is until after the investigation that one can pin point exactly what happened. so she is not wrong I do watch this national geographic program called air crash. if you watch the program you will understand that accidents happen at any time and you will also know that you are in a plane that is about to crash does not necessarily mean your death it is usually the actions you take before and just after the crash that mean life or death.Ascribing an accident an act of God is unprofessional. Was she appointed to play the role of a clergy man? And who told her God was responsible? That is blind accusation on God just to save face. And how about those who don't believe in the existence of God? Is that the best explanation she could muzzle up? I know accident do happen, but this latest one she nicknamed "act of God" is as a result of gross negligence. It is after thorough investigation void of unprofessional misconduct or negligence that one could reliably said, it is an act of God. |

cleobunny: All these ethnic bigots, you will wake up in the morning search online looking for a topic or story to start ethnic war on nairaland. The yoruba that do this, are from ibadan, osun, ekiti and co. Lagosians don't hate.Look, i'm not yoruba, but in all fairness, i haven't come across any yoruba man atleast on net or on pages of newspaper trying desperately to shield any of their own from any malpratices like some the easterners does when one of their own is involve. The case of obj and his mis-rule ready comes to mind. People may tagged them back stabbers and all of that, to me that is subjective to individul interpretation. But on a general discourse, they have proven to be more patriotic and sensitive. Come on, corruption has no boundry. It is a manace that affects all of us directly or indirectly. Coming out to defend the Minister when it is obvious she has her hands soil is unpatriotic or moranic. Her removal will not put food on any one's table, but atleast let the right thing be done, that is called bringing sanity into the system. |
Funny, who else should have them, alliens? I haven't met a man who woundn't want his woman pretty. It boils down to self confidence and compactibility. If both parties have these two, every other thing that comes in btw would be handle. |
Image123: Most of this guys don't fail to disappoint. Unfortunate if i may so say. Perhaps it has something to do with the drinking. |
Image123: Most of this guys don't fail to disappoint. Unfortunate if i may so say. Perhaps it has something to do with the drinking. You are obviously fighting a lost battle. After all the evidence ayok provided, like a gentle man i expect you to graciously take a bow or admit your insufficient knowledge on the subject matter. Your rebuttal, if any should largely concentrate on the consequences of alcohol. Pls don't try to provide any link to anything because that will be unnecessary and it will be considered as pride and ignorance. Bless. |
Gone!gone!!gone!!! I love em yam pounded by the devil. Alpha, my slave, yea i gat it. satan serves me, alpha aka alvocate 666 my rag (it is written) |
meggy4real: WINNING EACH DAY DEVOTIONALI receive and may God bless you richly. Thanks. |
What is robost in a relationship if you have a spouse who wouldn't give room for adjustment? Boys will always be boys, but maturity and taken into consideration the feeling of your partner is the key. That doesn't mean everything the op posted is wrong, it is subjected to individual interpretation, which ever way, being moderate in one's obssession is the key to successful relationships. NOTE: Ladies stop forcing every of your likes and donts on your men. Respect, patience and tolerance is power. |
Leomyn: AVE satanas!hahahahahaha, you don't mean what you just said. That defeated beast called satan had lost it already. I AM A LORD AND A PRINCE unto satan and his worshippers. Pls tell him, when i lay my hands on him, he will not survive it the second time. Jokers. I am seriously dabbling. |

Why serving someone i have authority over? Get some life dude, you are too precious to God to allow hatred, pride, ignorance to rob you of the life God has given to you. Don't be deceive about sudden riches, it all will lead to destruction. Be warned! |
@rapture. If i drink and i don't get drunk(which is possible), now tell me, what exactly is the sin that i have sin? Is it the mere taken of the alcohol or the attitude that follows? Or is sin no longer judged base on action and effect? |
On the basis of what was Christ accused of drunkenness? Was it on juice or alcoholic wine? The fact that drukenness was attached to what ever substance He took suggest that He actual took alcoholic wine. Moreover, Paul admonishing timothy to take a little wine, shows that the consumption of it is not sin itself but it abuses. Like timothy, most ppl take it for diff reasons, some for merryment which the bible is never against, others on health ground et al. Which ever way, the effect of it subjectively tells if you have sin or not, thus the scripture that says what a man takes in doesn't condemn him but what comes out of him. |
Stella might not have been totally knowledgeable of the plot by Ncaa to cover up their negligence by bribing her. Which ever way, she fell into it and she should be prosecuted. |
Wsdm: What is all these now? Why should we hate anybody if he is doing a good job? This is a national issue that concerns everyone. Attempt by anyone to politicised it by bringing tribal and ethnic dimension to it is absurd. Beside, aviation is such a sensitive issue that mustn't be handled with kid glove. I advise that we haste not into conclusion, that is calling outrightly for her sack, but thorough investigation be launched and anyone found culpable should be prosecuted. Personally i believe Stella has been hard working, but this alleged crime has shown that she has compromise the importance of her duty by accepting bribe from Ncaa top official for their gross incompetence and neglegence which they cover up by setting the minister up with this alleged bribery. |
me_for_you: Hold it there. The vehicles were not bought by d ministry of aviation. They were bought by NCAA, aprastatl under d ministry. And who overseers nacca, who approves the purchases? Trabalism does no one any good. We must be able to condem it no matter who is found wanting, be it igbo, yoruba, tiv. But trying to exempt the minister on the basis of tribal sentiment, is senseless. |
DerideGull: Above crap is one of the reasons I have relentlessly prayed for disintegration of cesspit called Nigeria. In Republic of Igbo land, the service car for Princess Stella Oduah would have been an armored Rolls Royce.I will understand if you are still a tenager, but for a suppose adult, this is shameful. You must be corruption personified to think that way. My concern is that, this mindset will be unhealthy to your dream biafra. |
musty mustapha: ASUU. When precisely is this ASUU going to wake up from their dreams atleast the FG has tried let them consider and call this so called strike off or beter still let them suspend it and continue negotiations while students go back to the classrooms. Some Nigerians with their shallow thought. Which will you prefer: Btw assu calling off the strike, get back to sch and resume again due to unfilled agreement or stick to it till fg honoured the agremeent thereby putting an end to any future strike? |
lorretta u: if a girl makes a generalized statement about naija guys now. All hell will be let looseCalm down lorritta, perhap he over generalised, but we are talking about a trend that has made it hard to differentiate btw the both. The other vices you mentioned in your post are not common only among the guys but who can say that about prostitution for money among most Nigerian girls. |
ifyalways: An idle mind, hand and pooshie is the devil's workshop. And who said that. Prostitution is genetic, so also is robbery and all other vices. Assu or no assu, those involve will always be involve no matter how good the economy is. Instead of assu, parents should take large portion of the blame for permitting whoredom unrestrain among their wards. |
sleek_p: Time for other regions to start looting. The Hausas and the Yorubas looted this country for 53yrs so stop the crocodile tears. Its our time to loot so y'all can go about your business. The resources belong to us and we have every reason to take it.Dude, are you for real! What response. Typical of you, and to think you are making sense, is embarrasing. |
