Create use cases to explore what
target audience needs and wants
from an application. Count on
wide variety factors that affect
their behavior. Look at the
competitors — find a way to
differentiate yourself and engage
the audience with what you have
to offer.

Mobile applications are a hot
commodity these days. The
technology is in perpetual
improvement loop and it seems
like nothing is static anymore.
New functions, new gear, new
design, new combinations of
ideas — all “neat, neat, neat.”

However, the more things change
— the more they stay the same.
The gimmick may vary, but the
essence is always the same old
same old.
No matter how hard some
companies try to differentiate
themselves and their products —
there are general conventions
every application are bound to

follow.
The trick is that while all of these
conventions are obvious — it is
still necessary to point them out.
Because some people tend to
have the ambition to reinvent the
wheel for some reason (which is
extremely counter-productive
and non-cost-effective practice.)
These conventions are not rooted
in hard science concepts or
marketing pitches — they are
based on common sense
regarding the use of tools of any
kind. You can’t go against human
nature.

Machine learning is a subset of data science. Data Science is a broad term comprising of statistics, programming, data visualization, big data, machine learning and much more. The term machine learning is self explanatory. Machines learn to perform tasks that aren't specifically programmed to do.
so you see, Data Science and Machine Learning is a big deal in the IT world, you would have to put in your "A" game and be well prepared to carry the big guns, if you wanna be really successful in your suppose career.!
I would recommend courses from Lynda, FreeCodeCamp and good programming books from google books drive, you can also leverage website that offers free course e.g JavatPoint.com and also take on projects and publish them on your Git account ( a month is too small to grasp advance concept of python, get a solid foundation of python before diving to DS and ML )
I see learning as an Investment, which always pays when aligned with hardwork, dedication and constant practice.

It was really amazing how I was able to came up with an amazing app by just reading an article.
Before now, I develop Ideas from brain-storming, Observing the society, finding a potential problem, talking with someone who has problems with something or someone, watching TV, Movies, kids playing etc...
But I was able to add to that category late last night by reading an article, with the article I was a able to coined out an app, ofwhich I had given the name "LoveWheel" to the prototype, I must say, its going to be an amazing app..!!
So share with the Community how you develop/get app Ideas.!

Most people say, Everything that is to invented has already been Invented, What is Invented is what that has been Invented with Slight/mild/Full Modification
But
I say "When you've seen something that has not been seen, your intellect reason the way that has not been reasoned, you gain something that has not been gained, you develop Ideas that has not been developed."

I know that book, I read it last year.!
I learnt quite a lot, with his simple definition of someone who is rich and one who is poor, how to be wealthy, how to spend, how to make money work for you +
I was quite captivated with his Rat Race game logic.!
personally everybody needs to read that book.!

You can still claim the name if only you have the money the name still available at premium price of $19,000.

Benefits of trademarking :

You can sue the company for using your name
oh, according the current exchange rate, $19000 is over 8Million NGN, even if I have it of which I don't, why will I use it to claim a name.!

Facebook uses React-Native, which Is a framework of JavaScript...
Trust me, you can do soo much with JavaScript and also with API's..you can do almost anything you think can think of.!!!

And I believe We can do it,
I made some couple of research and decided that it would need Just front-end tools, some APIs expecially Serverless computing I.e A third party Applications...
I would not want the thread to be packed with codes, so when the time to start the project, we would create a whatsapp group and we would connect our selves on GitHUB and thats where the coding will be, we will post screenshots to this thread. Just so you know, we are still building MOBILE apps with JavaScript...
Keep the features coming...

Whether you learnt in school or not it will still boil down to SELF-EDUCATION. Same way those who gained the skills without University certificate can still learn computer science outside the university too and they can learn what they need to know on demand. The fact is you will not likely even use all you learnt in school. University no longer have monopoly of knowledge anymore and what is learnt in school doesn't really align with the industry or demands of the job market. There are a lot of university courses that overlap with computer science. Having a computer science degree is not bad but not having it is not limiting. TELL ME WHAT YOU LEARNT IN SCHOOL THAT I CAN'T LEARN ON THE INTERNET

Why worry about a name, I honestly do not think that is so important as a startup.
Provide service/product that everyone would love and obviously want.
You will be shocked at how people will embrace the new name.
Who would have imagined Konga or Jumia will be a household name.
There are more important things in building a business than a name.
Just saying, The business name is just as important as the business itself.
