Its really not easy saving for unforseen contigencies u mite end up uusing the cash to solve someone else's problem especially relaatives. it is always better to tie savings down with projects or other near cash assets that are likely to appreciate with time..I used save 50% of my salary but I noticed I wld stil find myself spending about 20% of it b4 d end of d month...but since I started a project wit wit I noticed I now save abt 60% which I uuse directly on d project as salary drops..yes I am single I don't aav a car aand my gf comes ova to cook during weekends so I don't buy food..its wise to start a project instead of just kkeeping cash considering d time valuue of money..!

Please I am building a block of 4 flats 3bedroom each and I av finally gotten to d roofing stage..please the quotations I am receiving aree out of this world..I thought aat this stage I would almost b done with d project but the quotations for th alluminium roof I have received ranges betwween 1.5m to 1.7m for aall materials needed and workmanship and this is quite outrageous for me...kindly share your experrence..how much did urs cost u and what kind of building..!

God gave me mine 9 months after Nysc..but the time it takes before you get a job is determined sometimes by some factors like what u graduated with [gradepoint], your age..as most companies won't take anytin below 2.2 and age limit of 27, then the people you know[connection], u shld be able to pass all those tests too and be very confident at interviews all this means u must prepaare hard...but you have to know that the search period is a very great time to draw closer to God more thaan ever..since u av time for urself.mmeditae in Gods word and he would give you wisdom for living and guide you aright..it is by Grace not power a friend of mine ffinished skool and service a year b4 me and was searching..I finsihed service got a job after 9 months and he was still seacrchin he only got his job 4 months after I had been employed.the battle is not to d swift.ecc 9:11.also read extensively and leearn one or two crafts..

Dear friends, I met this gal while serving abt 3yrs ago I approached her and expressed my intentions to start a relationship wit her..she didn't giv me any response and started avoiding me until she was posted out of lag for service..we lost contact, but after service we stumbled @ eachother again we found ourselves atttending same church.so we got talking I made my intentions known again but this time she told me she already had someone and that we should remain as just friends. I felt very bad cause I really loved her, I had just got a fantastic job and career was really blossoming, all that was left was the virtuous wife.I decided to let her be, but after a while she won't let my fone rest wit cals and somehow she got me visiting her place she introduced to her parents and I was warmly welcomed we reallyy got close and my emotions came again. She told me she has someone even though I hear receive calls, all the while am with her I never met anyone...
