Don't be naive, haven't you heard of them pushing for already established straight characters to have a reverse sexual orientation and identity that pushes their agenda?

Pure entertainment is at the risk of dieing out because of this PC nonsense.

It's all about identity for these folks, but you're right, we humans are perceived to be more intelligent than animals, something as definitive as sexual orientation shouldn't be a cause for confusion for anybody.

Sacha Baron Cohen, Seth Macfarlane and Dave Chappelle are 3 on my list of top 10 satirists that I adore, still wish Baron Cohen played Freddie Mercury though, don't get me wrong, i loved Rami's performance but he would have brought out something that Malek wouldn't. Sadly he was too old and not asian
Thanks to guys like them comedy isn't restricted to knock knock jokes.

The guy that played Freddie did a good job at it, but I think SBC's CV would cast doubt in studio executives minds about his acting range, but I read somewhere on Reddit today that he played a dramatic role... Can't fully recall the post and it's content.

Actually, they understand completely.they are going for FULL social inclusion /acceptance.basically let us DO EVERYTHING heterosexual couples do in public or on TV.
They also want to have everything straight people have without actually working for or earning it. When you portray them in the media you have to be extremely careful about it, one "misrepresentation" and they call for your head.

Sacha Baron Cohen trolls everyone in the guise of his alter egos. Gays, heterosexuals, liberals, conservatives, feminists, etc. In Bruno, he trolled the LGBTQI community just as much as he trolled everyone else. The genius of his trolling lies in getting people to reveal their true colors. The really freaky part is that he doesn’t even hide the cameras. These people know they’re being filmed, and yet, they still say and do stupid things. After which, some of them will attempt to sue him. Crazy.
The sueing is the craziest part. When I read about the case of that kid from borat who scampered when he tried to kiss him, it invoked that particular scene in my head and this time the laughter was more uncontrollable.

Nairaland General › Why Are Big Brand Advertisers Leaving Nairaland? by losprince(op): 8:12am On Sep 10, 2019
There used to be a time when nairaland ad spaces were mostly occupied by industry big brands and large corporations but the same can't be said of recent times, nairaland ad spaces has become the ground for small scale and upcoming brands who - in my opinion are oblivious to the reality of the once revered discussion board that is now a shadow of it's past.

Why is that? Well to any observing old timer the answer is the drop in quality and original content, users have become notorious of plagiarising contents from numerous sources and passing it of as their own and also the site has become a reaction ground for tweets and Instagram posts. It's now a Haven for misinformation and mediocre opinions.

There is hardly any noteworthy discussion done on the topics that Grace the site despite it being, primarily, a discussion board.

The quality of it's user base have deteriorated to the extent that only a handful of it's users are well known to contribute meaningful topics and posts.

So today while scrolling through nairaland I came across something the platform had long abandoned, Google ads. Years ago, nairaland ditched that form of advertisment for their own developed targeted ads to have more control over their finance and also grow their revenue, but it seems they have been unable to achieve that financial freedom and have now resorted to going back to their vomit. If this isn't a clear indication to the site owner that this site has been on decline for a long time now, I don't know what.

Sure the number of registered users keep rising and the hundreds of posts are made every day, but hardly any of that can be considered quality. This platform used to be exceptional, but now, it's become the resting place of mediocrity and intellectual handicapping.

Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan 8.5/10

I was skeptical about watching this film, but while watching it I couldn't help but appreciate the ingenuity and laugh uncontrollably at the humor, and after watching it I found myself pondering over the movie for a while- which is an unusual effect for a Comedy movie to have on me.

It's a hilarious movie that serves it's laughs with no forced efforts and the same time, perhaps by chance, criticizes some aspects of the characters it portrays.

Sure, we could drag on this argument and none of us would come out with an updated view, so let's die it (as da Norsemen would say cheesy ). Tho I would like to add that my opinion on the matter doesn't sterm from having a Nigerian mentality (whatever that is), I like to reason and apply logic to things, if something doesn't make sense then it shouldn't be accepted into society no matter how bad it makes people feel- facts don't care about feelings.

Do you know that loads of trangenders are born with birth defects? Some trans with these birth defects identify as neither male nor female and would rather people qualify them with a "they" pronoun, a non-binary term. Their dual genitalia_ makes it very hard for them to identify with a single gender. Now, if you were to visually examine them with a black and white colored lenses, you will undoubtedly call them a freak. Perhaps, suggest that they pick a gender? I wouldn't advice that.

It's well within their rights to make a decision that will define who they will be for the rest of their lives. It's not up to you to make that decision for them, just like it's not up to them to decide your gender for you. It's ignorance to think transgenders are mentally ill. They are not. It's a Fact. Refusing to acknowledge people of what/who they is a form of bigotry, plain and simple. We can throw negligent and abusive in there too while we're at it.

I'm not morally neutral, far from it. I was trying to get you to see the bigger picture. Things are not always laid out for us in plain sight. Sometimes, it's essential to squint to see beyond the horizon. We're governed by our own concept of right and wrong, of which, we call ethics and moral compass. Some people have them, some people don't, some have faulty/broken compass. More importantly, everyone's ethics/moral compass is different from another. Since ideologies will never align, laws are created to punish the offshoots of broken moral compass/ethics, and maintain balance between differing ideologues.
People born with both male and female Instruments are called hermaphrodites, it's a birth defect and it's different from a person without this defect who is biologically a male or a female but claims to be otherwise. Now if a person born with this defect is confused as to what gender they are, a simple scientific experiment will solve that dilemma for them.

Nobody should be allowed the luxury of making claims without facts to back them up, that is pandering to the side of Idiocracy.
