Hmmm, while some of this codes are electrical related, I want to believe the p0016 and p0017 are balancer issues that has caused a misalignment, very popular on the m272 engines which I believe is In your car. As regards other codes you need a diagnosis on that. You can contact this lady at 09066743550 she’ll help out with both electrical and mechanical Diag cause you’ll need it. Although I will like to get more understanding of what you mean. However. I use a 2014 Toyota Sienna XLE
I just went to change my oil but couldn’t get to find where to first gaged the transmission oil to know the level.

Your gearbox doesn’t have a dipstick to guage it and requires a stringent process to check the transmission fluid and also change it. ( basically though it has to get to a particular temp rating then they’ll loosen the drain bolt to check if tranny fluid flows out again it has to be at a particular temp very very important. If it flows then your tranny fluid level is fine you can check the colour to decide if it time for a change. Please it should be handled by a proper tech

When compared to the other two, yes it has a lower ground clearance. From my observations though Nigerian used Avalon are not always the best looking ( more like their bodies don’t hold up well )

Also,sometimes I get 'fuel gap loose' on the dashboard while driving and when I try to close open and close the fuel tank, it disappears.

I’d start my inspection from there cause a loose fuel cap is a probable cause for your evap codes ( check fuel cap o ring )
Are you also having performance issues ?

Which will be more reliable and easier to maintain between a 2008 avalon and 2005 es330. Also is it worth considering a 2011 honda accord, all Nigerian used

Both Avalon and the Lexus are v6’s ( both are generally reliable 2gr and 3mz) they are a bit similar, sure you can’t go wrong with any of them. If you’d want a higher ground clearance go for the es330 or 2011 Honda accord
