I have lodged complaints via this contact form three times in the last 5 days...they replied once ( on monday) that "they do not have access to my data at the general customer service". And failed to direct me to people that can actually do the checking.

I may have to top up some more...I have got to get that alert.

Two weeks after sending the account opening form I filled the contact form on DB's site and got the email below the same day:

Thank you for your message. After having received your complete documents at the student department (Deutsche Bank Privat- und Geschaeftskunden AG, Auslaendische Studenten, Alter Wall 53, 20457 Hamburg), the handling time for opening a blocked account is approximately 2 weeks at the moment. After that you will get a confirmation eMail. You will also receive a message, if any information is missing.  Please note, that Deutsche Bank doesn’t send receipt notifications.Please check your spam folder regulary because the eMails get sorted out sometimes.If you haven’t received any notice from Deutsche Bank after the time mentioned, please use the contact form on our website

Then I got my DB details a few minutes after that.

P.S. I sent my account opening form on the 25th of May and got it today. Hope you find this useful while also laughing at the guy's name that sent me the mails

@ALL, if i say am happy with this current forex development then i am lieing, todays rate at the paralell market, #405/euro, and#365/dollar, i hope the so called flexible interbank rate will not start from here.

It simply means the official rate your bank get for you from CBN when you apply with Form A is annulled.

Nothing like official rate and blackmarket rate again. The rate is now decided majorly by the market similar to Stock Market. So expect fluctuations of the rate.

Lastly, more money now needed to fund your Blocked account. We know the new rate next week.

Those doing Form A should help inform the house on the new exchange rate

Hello,Got a refusal for purpise of visit and family ties in canada and country of residence. How do i tackle this and if do tackle this issues convincingly can i get rejected for another set of reasons. Half of fees already paid but i coudnt submit receipt along with my application. could this be one of the reasons? hope my age at 29 and unemployed status didnt count against me.

The only complication a friend pointed out was my sponsor's account balance,as at when he gave me the account statement he had just 230 thousand in account

How can I impressively establish a tie for the benefit of the cic visa officer. I got admission for PGD. Is it safe enough to get a students visa with? How much do I need in my account and my sponsor's account. Can I pay part of the school fees first, does it increase my chance of getting the visa?

Hello house, i go admission to to study paralegal from CBC college but the tuition fee is too high, they charged me tuition of $20000 and the expiry date on the aceptace letter 1st-april-2016 .

do i have enough time to apply for TRV(submit my application to CIC) or should i tell the school to still extend the date further so i can have more time.


is it advisable to apply to the school then if i succeed in getting TRV (Godwilling) THen i can change my school before the date of resumption when i get to canada

Please guys i need your advice on what to do?
