Thunder strikes you there.

Mutaultope:
Lai Mohammed, the Minister of Information and Culture has told Nigerians to expect 11,000 megawatts of electricity by 2023 following the agreement the Nigerian government reached with German firm Siemens.

He said the German firm will be growing the present 3,400 megawatts to 7,000MW by the end of next year. Lai Mohammed added that they will then grow the megawatts to 1,000 megawatts by the end of 2023 (phase 2) and 25,000 megawatts in the third phase.

The minister said;
“Following an agreement with German company Siemens in July 2019 to boost power supply in Nigeria, the stage is set for the perennial power problem to become a thing of the past.
“Under the three-phase agreement, Nigerians will enjoy 7,000 megawatts of reliable power supply by the end of 2021 (phase 1), 11,000 megawatts by the end of 2023 (phase 2) and 25,000 megawatts in the third phase.

“To put things in perspective, Nigeria’s current power generation capacity is more than 13,000 megawatts, but only an average of 3,400 megawatts reliably reach consumers. In essence, the current amount of power that reaches consumers will more than double by the end of next year.

“In addition, this will create thousands of jobs and will leapfrog the country into the next level of industrial and social development.”

Just watching them interact is like drinking from a fountain of wisdom.

I know you are not satisfied with the performance of this administration, alot of us also feel this way but everyone's hands need to be on deck to solve these issues, from leaders to citizens or followers. Especially we the youths, we should be solution-oriented not problem-oriented. If we lose hope on our country as youths, I wonder what the future would look like. The message is actually for everyone.

BREAKING: MADAGASCAR QUITS WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION OVER COVID-19 SCANDAL

Madagascar President, Andry Ranoelina, has removed his country from the World Health Organisation. He angrily said:

"Europe created organizations with the desire for Africans to remain dependent on them.

Africa has found a medicine against Corona virus but Europe thinks they have a monopoly of intelligence as such they are refusing to acknowledge it.

From today, we are no more member of the World Health Organization."

“WHO offered me 20million dollars to put a little toxic in my Covid-19 remedy” – Madagascar President exposes WHO

Madagascar President Andry Rajoelina has allegedly declared that the World Health Organization, WHO offered him $20,000,000 to put a little toxic in their remedy for coronavirus as the Europeans hacked their Remedy.

Andry Rajoelina says: “People be vigilant, the World Health Organization that we have joined by thinking that it will help us, is there to kill Africans.”

“My country Madagascar has found a cure for coronavirus but the Europeans have told me a proposed $20,000,000 to put toxins in this remedy to kill my African friends who will use it. I ask all Africans not to use their coronavirus vaccine, because it’s killing, come to Madagascar you who are sick, my country is ready to receive you with enthusiasm, our remedy is in yellow color, do not buy the one of the green color, the one of the green color comes from Europe, the Europeans hacked our remedy, they have put poisons to kill only the Africans as they wanted with the vaccines that we protest.” He added

Politics › Re: IPPIS: FG Has No Legal Right To Enrol Lecturers — Falana by Lovelive: 12:21pm On May 21, 2020
Well said

decode:
I know the people supporting the government belong to these three groups
1. Buharists
2. Lecturer haters
3. those who want a better country

Some of those who hate the lecturers are not graduates, many were victimized by wicked lecturers while in school, Others can't gain admission, etc.

There is nothing one can do about the first group, because everything Buhari does is right.

What happened to the second group of people can be prevented. And I want them and those in the third category to know that:

1. University staff are not civil servants.
2. the University is not an agency or parastatal of government.
3. University workers are answerable to their governing councils and not the President because the Universities are autonomous.
4. the government supports Universities financially does not mean they dictate the tune anyhow they want.
5. etc etc.
These are global practices which ensures that Universities/Faculty maintain their (intellectual) independence. This is the situation worldwide.
What happened to the victims of the system (lecturer haters) were caused in part by the government through ill advised interventions in the University system.
Read
https://www.nairaland.com/5870521/what-pay-what-get-ASUU
Things will keep getting worse. If you think we are at the lowest, think again.

Another thing I want us to know is that even if the government is in total control of the University system, a lecturer that wants to be wicked will still be wicked and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
We still have corruption in the civil service despite the implemention of IPPIS.

An average Nigerian cannot still get jobs easily in the civil service despite the fact that there are no ghost workers, and nobody is evening "multiple salaries".

This epistle sweet me die.

Esseite:
I have never seen a kind of people called Nigerians..

- You are jobless
- You are homeless
- You are futureless
- Your currency is crashing daily
- Begging all round the internet space
- Crimes and fraud is your second name
- 35m unemployed youths
- Terrorism is now a means of employment
- Debt is shooting through the roof.
- World poverty capital
- 100m poorest out of 200m
- no electricity
- no booming industries

Yet
- Your lawmakers are the most paid in the world
- Your politicians loot everything you work for
- Your elites take up all the job positions
- Daily looting of funds and everyone is quiet..
- Abacha loot is still coming in 2020

Yet you cant revolt, you cant support a revolt, you cant sacrifice for a revolt, year after year, same cycle of thieves are elected.

- You accept to die from bokoharam.
- You accept to die fron fulani herdsmen.
- you accept to die from bad roads
- you accept to die from bad healthcare
- you accept to die for no reason.
- You gladly rush to IDP camps after being evicted.
- You work all your life but barely eat well.

Is this life?
Is this worth protecting?
Countries have revolted for a lot less..

Scatter everything if that is what it takes to demand better living, you deserve better..

Rwanda is growing and using robots
South Africa is deporting you
Angola has banned you
1 Kenya shilling is 300% of a naira
Egypt is far ahead..
Madagascar just discovered the virus drug..

What have you Nigeria that demands such calm?

What have you Nigeria that has made your youths this relaxed despite worth nothing. What are you protecting, " your lives", is this what you call living, your fathers have lived same, you are living same, now your children are being brought into it.

Who created you people like this.. because a different ingredient was added to making you definitely.

Afenifere came out - you called them scam..
Sowore came out - you said he is a jobber..
IPOB - you called them terrorists..
Militants - you said they are rogues..

How else do you want freedom fighters to evolve?

Is the life you are living today, worth calling a life compared to the global world?

Evaluate your life and think..
Micro biologist are selling hair and it's normal..
Biochemists are now Yahoo boys and its norm..
Accountants are now taxi drives and its norm..
Medical doctors are now tailors and it's okay..
Economist are now influencers and it's fine..

Who do una this things..

*THE PRIVATE SCHOOL TEACHERS MUST HAVE THEIR PALLIATIVES ...................................*

GOVT MUST GIVE PALLIATIVES, HARDSHIP SUPPLEMENT, COVID-19 SUPPORT AND RELIEFS TO TEACHERS AT THE PRIVATE SCHOOLS......

On the increasing cases of COVID-19, Dr Owolabi was asked on this show to explain how private school teachers have been coping.

In no time, hell was let loose into this topic.

THEY ARE ALMOST REGRETTING BEING TEACHERS

THEY ARE DISILLUSIONED

THEY ARE DEPRESSED

THEY ARE WORRIED

THEY ARE DOWNCAST

THEY ARE DROWNED

THEY ARE WEARY

THEY ARE HOPELESS

THEY ARE DISPARAGED

THEY ARE DEFORMED

THEY ARE LOST

THEY ARE LOOSING STEAM, THEY ARE ALMOST REGRETTING BEING PRIVATE SCHOOL TEACHERS, no pension and no salaries. What a world of hopelessness

These teachers are Nigerians, they are our citizens.

They are our brothers and sisters.

They are tax payers by all standards

They are those who chose the growth of our children.

They are our men and women who go to the same market with the rest of us.

They are those who have made schooling much more easier.

Remember, since the LOCKDOWN or STAY-AT-HOME they had remained at home like the rest of us.

They stopped collecting salaries since March 2020

They cannot go around doing their any private lesson.

They cannot organise their own private online, it is expensive

They cannot go to different homes, it is too risky to do that

They cannot find any one other job to do, it is not the best time to invest.

They must be assisted by govts-federal, state, local and even corporate bodies.

Every other businesses are getting back, the traders, the hawkers, the nurses, doctors, drivers, food sellers, ministry officials and others.

But, the teachers are not in the list and have remained the least to be considered to resume work.

STIPEND, OR CALL IT TOKEN will not be a bad idea for the teachers all the country.

The public school teachers, we know will receive their salaries, this is because they are paid from budgetary allocation of the federal, state or local govt.

Even if the lockdown stays for months, the public school teachers will continually get paid. Not so for the private school teachers whose remuneration is consequent upon school fees.

It is not too much to help them. It is not an extravagance to assist them and it is not too bad and idea to extend a hand of fellowship to this set of Nigerians who have helped the public school, who have helped the country.

At hyfield we always imagine the situation of education in their absence.

In their absence-

Admission into public primary schools will be war

Admission into secondary schools will be a tall order

So many children today, will not go beyond primary school

Schools will be a place for the rich alone

Books would be used and re-used over and again

Those working at public schools would be demi-gods

Several children will be aged and still be looking for secondary or primary school admission.

And many more catastrophies that will be experienced.

Govt knows how to allocate so much money to buy cars, furnitures, and dresses for our honorables

Govt knows how throw money during election campaigns and elections

Govt knows how to change the fleet of cars for the traditional rulers and send money to the houses of worship.

The govt knows ways used to settle area boys and street urchins

They know how they share their pack of rice to the women and men who hover round them.

They must know how to help these helpless teachers, these people who chose the future of our children ahead of other professions, these teachers who agreed to grow our nation.

However little there must be a help

They must get their own share of palliatives

They must be given their own lockdown supplement

IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO AVOID

Braindrain

Teacher scarcity

Lack of interest in the job

Disinterest in the profession at private level

Seing the job at the private level as being cursed

IT IS DOABLE & POSSIBLE

Where is the Abacha loot?

Where is the forfeited Dizzeani money?

Where are those money hidden in the various soakaway pits?

Hyfield will be ready to help govt, we will be ready to help you reach the schools, get the teachers and have the token distributed.

This is the only time our education will count

This is the only time our nation will remain blessed

This is WHAT EDUCATION MEANS
