That makes sense. A company I freelance for has submitted proposals for various projects and yet we never get any response. I wanted to blame it on the recession but when he decided to change his "title" from "His Excellency" to "Executive Governor" or something of the sort I figured he was a joker. That's messed up because Niger State has some serious untapped potential. Some of these guys just rode the "APC Wave" to governance but had no real plans. 2019 is only so far away though. They'd better sit up because we are tired, hungry and growing more angry by the day.

My point is this: While discussing all the states of the US, it could be misleading to infer that other states are in surplus and California is bankrupt......when probably only one of the cities in California is struggling to fix its budget

In 2012 two of their cities became 2 of the top 5 largest bankruptcies in us municipal history. With $1 billion and $500 million respectively.
