Yea location is a big factor in this kind of business, that is why obudu ranch, jos,yankari games reserve and even mabilla plateau will be used for launching and landing. Helicopters can always move out of the way  

Lagos will likely be out of the question due to air pollution-poor visiblity and air traffic and it's not a pretty state to look at anyway IMO. They might be tithered flight for major beach events.

You actually wear all the protective clothing there is, you wear metal helmet, you wear some funny thing to cover you groin, you wear something to make your bum look bigger, you wear paint on you face, [color=Black]you wear gloves [/color] , you wear a big metal bra, you wear gum shield, you wear like 100 piece of this and that just for a game  then you stop every 3 minutes just to take energy drink ahhhhh thank goodness it only happens in america

erm if the private sector wont rise to the challenge what do you expect? These are the basic, most countries start with "something". starting things from scratch in Nigeria even with all the freebies the govt throws in is daunting!!

They might even (part) privatise this in the near future.
