Restructuring is not required to appease and satisfy Kanu. It is a normal legitimate Rearrangement of Nigeria for more effective, productive and progressive advancement. It is to be achieved peacefully on or before 2019 if Nigeria is sensible or by FORCE if the North remains insensitive.
