Bellow is the correspondence obtained from INEC in response to the letter written by APC informing INEC about the conduct of Ondo Primaries.

However, INEC faulted the letter as it was signed only by the Acting National Secretary without the National Chairman, nor Acting National Chairman. According to INEC, such a correspondence requires the signature of both the Chairman and the Secretary. INEC therefore asked them to do the needful by forwarding another letter dully signed by the Chairman and the Secretary.


The big question now is, who signs as the Chairman?
