With this, I guess you are talking about workmanship? Individual difference matters as well location but again you said "should cost" I recently paid 45k for installation of wiring and fittings. One 20k and the other 25k.

I installed wooden internal doors and the doors were made over two years now with absolutely no problems. The doors remain straight, well laped with no warping.

I used IKPAYA wood. This is what we call it in Delta. It may be different in your area. It is also called Azobe, Ekki or red ironwood. The wood is sometimes used for electric pole and bridges as it's water resistant. The botanical name is Lophira alata.

The trick is to source for dried ones and after making the doors, don't hang immediately. Stand them to dry further. I allowed mine to stand and dry further for 30 days before hanging and vanishing. Also mind the door thickness which is 40mm.

4" frame is good, the cost is lesser but the finishing look is not as that as superb as that of your block size 7" or 9".which looks more beautiful after finishing

You need not worry, before the sewage from a soakaway gets to ground water level from where the borehole water comes, it has to pass through a lot of strata ; permeable, semi permeable and non permeable. Before it finishes passing through this stages it gets naturally purified. That's the nature's way of purifying impure/ contaminated water that perlocates through the soil.
But then, the borehole should be sunk very deep, prevention is better than cure.
Also if the area is prone to flooding, that's when you should be more careful.

8 bags of cement will be needed for the casting and hanging of 20 windows. Workmanship for big windows is 2500 and 1500 for smaller ones
