Yes you can. It's a reliable car but just that you pay a little more for parts than other cars. But the major problems are just man made: Auto mechanic will always believe you are rich so they ask for more money when doing repairs ( though the car does not give much worries). You'll need God's intervention to get a mechanic that will be considerate when charging you.
In summary, go for good things.
