Emma Stone is a popular Hollywood actress that parrots that mythical gender pay gap feminist argument that has been debunked statistically, legally and logically several times over. But while filming a movie with Mark Ruffalo (Incredible Hulk actor and male feminist) she was able to convince the male actors that they should dock their pay for her to 'have parity with them'.
She said in an interview "And that's something they do for me because they feel it's what's right and fair." Mind you, at that time she was the highest paid actress in the world. Now she has "conquered" the pay gap is her pay getting docked for lesser earning actors? Is it getting docked for even lesser paid actresses? Equality is only to push themselves up.
The funny part is that the movie "Poor things" was just rife with her nudity and the actors upon seeing a self-serving adult child willingly exposing herself for a higher cut of the box office still divided their pay for her.

It is in women's nature to constantly test men's boundaries, to see what they can get away with. When they say things to men to have their way it doesn't matter if it's illogical - it's a number game - eventually, hopefully, their words will click with him or some other man - who knows little about female nature - to get what they want.

The message of red pill has now become more important than ever before. Women are increasingly dominating the corporate world, displacing men from positions they once held. A vast majority of women have what I would refer to as persecution or victim complex. They have hijacked the structure of the workplace and infected it with the wokeness, inclusion and diversity virus, which is all aimed at eliminating men from leadership positions, including the regular white collar jobs in occupations dominated by men and elevating women regardless of their qualifications, interests and skill level.

We all know men work harder and take more risks compared to women on a macro scale and there's statistics to prove this. Exceptions, yes i know. From personal experience, most women will carry their bags once its closing hour, while a lot us that are men still stay back, working our asses off till late night. To be fair, some women also do this. But only a handful of women compared to men. This extra effort makes a big difference in who gets promoted to top positions or earn bigger pay. This explains why we tend to see most men dominate the top positions.

They have spread and are still spreading
propaganda about how the workplace is discriminating against women becuase they don't see equal number of women as men in those coveted positions that men worked hard to reach or in jobs dominated by men by virtue of their biological leanings. Their measure of fairness is seeing more or equal number of women with men in top positions regardless of whether they've paid their dues or not. I have no issues whatsoever with women getting to top positions provided they are ready to pass through the turbulent storm and pain that men experience, provided they have earned it and make all the necessary sacrifices to get to such positions like their male counterpart, but what I have seen from experience is women who are mostly unqualified or qualified but unwilling to put in the amount of effort and hardwork like their male colleagues champion equality to make up for the fact that they want the positions occupied by men without the responsibilities that come with it, thereby striving day and night to promote fake oppresion with the ultimate goal of denying men those opportunities and reserve them exclusively for women.

Women don't care about equality of opportunities as they most often times pretend to. What they care about is equalizing the outcomes regardless of what is required (effort, time, skill) to produce such favourable outcome. They cherry pick areas they want equality but you will never see them champion their woke culture in areas like going to war, construction industry, offshore drilling and operations due to the level of risks involved. But you see the white collar office job, they will die there.

Guess what? They use men to achieve their selfish goal. They will invite powerful men in high places to their women interest fora and brainwash them. These powerful men will then return and implement policies that will reduce opportunities for men, drop the number of men who are top guns and have laboured hard to reach such positions to create space for women whether they have worked as hard as the men or not. Or limit the number of men that can now aspire for such positions. Yet we're not seeing a corresponding outcome in areas dominated by women like nursing and social sciences. They want to reayain theirs and infiltrate men dominated areas due to extreme greed and jealousy.

Another thing that amuses me is the fact that the average man now carries this wokeness and equality on their head more than the female folks. Give them 5 minutes to talk about any topic of their choice in a public corporate gathering and see them talk about how women are oppressed in the workplace and how we need to give women more opportunities. In my mind, I'd be like wtf. Can we define this oppression exactly? In my several years of working, I have never witnessed a situation where an organization oppressed women. Women who have paid their dues get promoted and get to top positions. They might be few in number and the reason for this is mainly biological / nature, as most women tend not to like stress. They like the soft life which is okay. Why cant they be happy that they will marry a husband who's very much happy to go through that stress, earn big pay and spoil them silly so they can thrive and be the baby girl most of them want to be. Instead, they want to become men but do not want the take the burden of responsibilities along with it.
Most of these naive men just jump on the bandwagon of the bullshit that is being spread by the emotional creatures.

I have nothing but pity for men who champion this . I cannot but shake in my head in pity for men who call themselves feminists to form woke. It's okay...We're gradually seeing the ripple effects. In a matter of few years to come, I pity what will become and remain of men. If present trend continues, I predict a future where men will struggle to get jobs or put in more effort that will
take then high and ultimately be able to provide a life of comfort for their families. Men are very much happy to provide unlike women including
those that eventually get to high positions. Give women small power and money and see how they treat men.

Most of the women they are trying to elevate at their own detriment will never see them as equal again once they get to those positions they are eyeing. Immediately, their hypergamous nature will set in and desire men who are higher in status. They will not remember the regular joe who called himself male feminist that championed their interest.

The expectations of the society from men to provide, have money will never change. Broke men or men who dont have enough money will still never be respected. Yet men are going about supporting women to have all their opportunities while they take the back seat. Men do not want to step up for leadership positions again because they want the women there in the name of being woke. I am starting to see this pan out. It's becoming reality and I kid you not. The number of women I see going to work every morning far surpasses that of men. Where are the men?

I know I have read here that we should be covet with our red pill awareness but I can no longer keep quiet. I am starting to speak up now and advocate for men's interest. I am now known for pushing fiercely (with respect, facts and logic of ciurse) against equality of outcomes. I do not hesitate to express my view on this subject matter whenever it now comes up in a way that is not condescending. I still have to be sensitive as women are not logical.
For example, we saw a picture taken from a symposium hosted by my group but located in another country. Then the female colleagues
started complaining of how there were fewer women than men at the company sponsored's symposium, so they wanted to see equal number of women. I pushed back seriously and defeated them with fact. Only 1 guy supported my argument while the other guys were on the women's side. Shockingly the guy that supported me once told me he was a male feminist. Perhaps his view had changed.
How can you tell from a picture that the fewer women count means they were not given opportunity? I asked the women the question. Where is the place of free choice, biological leanings that drive more men to choose a certain course or occupation and fewer women to choose same occupation? And there would be some other courses like nursing where it's vice versa (more women than men). Would we then say that the men were not given opportunity or were oppressed?
Everything about women is emotion. Sucks!
They still argued blindly. The moment I mentioned the construction industry like bricklayer work dominated by men as an example, it dawned on them how illogical and irrational their arguments were. Coincidentally there was a construction site just in front of us where men were working under the scorching heat of the sun. I called their attention to why they are not advocating for equality in that area. Omo! This alone dismantled all the arguments they put forward.

Before I would have just kept mum and watch them spread their propaganda just becuase I want to be covert with my redpill. In the end, the company will then find all manner of ways to get equal number of women as men even if it's not an occupation women naturally prefer based on their feminine and biological inclinations. It doesn't matter to the few women who are in the occupation. it's all about equalizing the numbers for women. They rob men of their God given talents by doing this. I have come to the conclusion that I shall no longer remaining silent but will use my position to advance and protect the interest of men.

For the records, I don't hate women but I will not keep mum and watch them destroy the malefolks. I have cordial relationship with these women and they have the utmost respect for me than other male colleagues that align with them all the time
as I tend to be very non-agreeable with their philosophy most times yet still show my caring and empathetic side by helping them solve problems. They have issues at work, they come to me and I'm always willing to share my knowledge with them that helps them in their work. But they respect me for not being a pushover. Perhaps they're faking their respect...I care less but I don't think so. They always want to come to me for advice which means they see me as a leader even though we are peers.
Most men think agreeing with women always will make women like them while in the real sense it's actually the opposite.

Happy International Men's Day to all the real men. I have to use "Real" as the quantum of weak and feminised men that abound in recent times is worrisome.

I've been married for a while now and I have a daughter.

My wife and I has always had issues, anytime issues arise her first reaction is to leave the marriage.
