For instance there were a bunch of Bolivians who came for a vacation in Cape town some months back, and they were wearing their colourful native wear with some similar facial features to ours but with long wavy hair. People were curious , some were approaching and asking them where they're from and even taking pics, this doesn't mean that we wanted anything more than that,we were just curious because we have never encountered such people before even though we have so many people from different parts of the world.

You can arouse people's curiosity by being at a certain location where people like you aren't a norm (without them actually wanting to jump your bones) . There's a thread on nairaland from a West African man who goes around Chinese villages and you can see the curiosity when they are engaging him ...its not like they're looking to be friends with him but his black skin and hair are an unusual sight for them so they all gathered around him to cure their curiosity...ain't none of them trying to exchange numbers with him because of his "swag" ....he is simple something they're not used to seeing in their region
