If you're locked out totally it might be intentional. Did you get any mail notice about your account?

If your account is not new , don't fear location change. See CS as your friend, not your enemy.

I am not locked out of the mobile app o. Each time I try to log in with epic browser, I change passwords because for some weird reason, it won't recognize the former one. I tried to change as usual and my laptop shut itself down, when it restarted, the prompt was that my mobile network needed for the verification is not available...or something like that. I seriously do not want to be deported. Please how do I use zenmate?

What do you advise I do in this case? Just log in from chrome without vpn?

If you shared screenshots, you were not under any obligation to do that. You could have easily typed the questions and I would have believed you either ways. All I am saying is that it is not compulsory that he shares screenshots of his email.

I got the same mail. I think it's because I did not verify within the 30 day window, I have been away for some time. I am even on vacation mode in the Fiverr sef.

Did anyone face this issue? How can I resolve it?
