Hi everyone. My system has been misbehaving lately and I will write out everything for a possible diagnosis or solution.

First it started by showing the "your pc needs to restart and we will restart it for you and the error was system thread exception not handled or something"

I gave it to a guy and he removed the hard drive and ran something while connected to his pc. It worked.

After two weeks, same thing happened. This time, I gave it to another person. He formatted the system, cleaned the ram and even installed another Windows. It worked but then I noticed some changes.

1) my laptop battery no longer stays. If I remove it from charging, it switches off. Sometimes, it stays but most times it switches off after some time.

2) Even when plugged in, it switches off occasionally and goes back to the "your pc needs to restart and we will restart it for you and the error was system thread exception not handled or something".

3) I noticed that it switches off while plugged in when it becomes very hot. Like really hot. I am suspecting that the fan is no longer working because after I leave it for a while and it cools down, it will clear the system thread exception not handled error and start automatic repair.

4) I still can't explain why my battery trips off when unplugged and I still can't explain why the system trips off and shows system thread exception not handled error.

I tried to be detailed because I need a diagnosis and solution. The engineer is resuming next week and I want to know what to suggest to him.
