I can't be too sure about that, it's common sense, most Nigerians have that of the local government. It's is bad if they use that to disqualify people.

One can get it from Liason office, obtained one for my younger brother some year ago when he gained admission. One with the local government certificate should be deemed an indigene of the state.

It should hold in Benin, at the state headquarters. No mail or msg yet, but most states ar having it on Monday, 6th June, 2016

Thanks, it went well. Although they asked how I got to know the firm, and I told them I'm not sure how, cos I got a call from them that I was referred. It seems a marketing job, but they didn't want to come out straight. Nice experience anyway

I got a success mail too, but I applied for finance and got IT 4.

Unical is not the only uni offering anti-corruption course. I also did studies in anti-corruption in UNIBEN at the PG level.
For plagiarism, its a big offence. How lazy or stingy is that prof not to run plagiarism test on the article or book.

Most Nigerian book authors mostly are lazy writers. They will just get a foreign book, remove the cover page and put their name, thereafter, they start selling it for students.

If ur fada na lecturer pls warn him of plagiarism and student extortion.

Grammarly won't help deplagiarise, it only shows the source of the copied work. Deplagiarising is more than just quoting source or adding reference.

This is also a deviation, as the rich man is filled up already. The poor man is hungry and can't sleep, the rich man can't sleep but has eaten. I deviation from the actual.

Let me start by saying deviation is going astray from what is expected. Both the rich and poor are on same page, both can't sleep as a result of the poor man hunger. There will be deviation if the rich man sleeps when the poor man is hungry.
