I have an 08 accord with engine knocking noise on cold start and when accelerating. When i take my leg off the pedal or normal idling. it sounds great and quiet. scanning throws a knock sensor code. Had a peep at the sensor and found no wire connection/connector to it. Will locating the cable and connecting fix this knocking sound or is there other things to look out for.

The knock sensor has a wire harness & the absence of it could be responsible for the cold start rattling, very common with 2008 accord 4 cylinder engines.

Even at that, shocks are still being changed everywhere in the world, the frequency may be lesser than ours.

All well meaning Nigerians have a duty to reject the National Grazing Reserve Bill.

The consistency in violent attack of the Fulani Herdsmen since Nigeria elected a Fulani President in 2015 are no coincidence. They are calculated attempt to persuade Nigerians of the need to expand fulani territorial sphere of influence nationwide. Election time, a small group of fulani army will be in position to intimidate the native on the party to vote to avoid attacks.

As i type, there are more than enough green field in the North that the Fulani have refused to use for grazing. The Fulani never attack muslim communities in the North but are prone to attack Christian communities, buring down homes and Churches.


The burning of Churches underlies a religious incentive and motivation for the attacks of Christian communities in their ancestral homes. The islamisation agenda of the Fulani core North have entered phase 2. The first wave of attacks were from Boko Haram religated to the border of Chad by the GEJ administration. The second wave of attack is by Fulani Herdsmen aka Boko Haram. It is no news that majority of Boko Haram fighters are actually Fulani.


Fulani Herdsmen are not indigenous to Nigeria, they are invaders that subverted the indigenous Hausa communities. Fulani have their homeland in Mali. However, under the proposed National Grazing Reserve Bill which creates a council to be chaired by a Fulani Chairman to be appointed by the president. The council shall have the power to take your land anywhere the land is located in the country and then pay you compensation. Your land, when taken, shall be assigned to herdsmen who shall use your land for grazing purposes. They shall bring cows to the land and you shall lose the land permanently to those Fulani cattlemen".

In this sense, natives will lose the land and fulani will own (gain) the land across the country. If your land has oil or gold, the government will hand it to Fulani and drive you away from the land. Maybe you can go and stay on top water or jump into the ocean, since you have suddenly become landless. There is no guarantee that you will get any compensation in your life time or after death.

The Fulani are muslim and this means that Sharia court will be set up, alongside mosques in their new community and land.The Fulani would have gained a foot hold and forward operating base to attack indigenous Christian communities. They will no longer be guest on the land but land owners. The National Grazing Reserve Bill is invitation to subvert and destroy communities in the North central and South.

Fulani and their cows should be handed Sambisa Forest with its green pastures, that territory is enroute to Mali.

Buhari was not handed the fastest economy. IBOs will always lie. The economy handed over to Buhari had not sold oil for three months. 600 billion Naira was owed to fuel importers. Power generation companies had been sold to incompetents who had invested their working capital back in the election of the most stupid President Nigeria ever had.
The country was making less than 300 million USDollar before Jonathan left per month but was importing fuel and rice equal to 2 billion dollars.
Jonathan's had spent 16 billion dollars on security all looted by his generals with the always cowardly CIC just looking on.

The looted economy that was 22nd in the world from 92, that became the biggest in Africa & no. 1 foreign direct investment & fastest growing economy in Africa.

APC crashed all those.

There has always been blackout, it's seasonal and this time of the year is usually worse. It would get better when the rain picks up by June-July, stop feigning amnesia.

As for the campaigns, the last time I checked, APC campaigned for a 4 year tenure, they haven't even used up to 1 year. Blackout is an age long problem which has never been solved by any previous administration to date. Hopefully, something will be done about it soon. Fuel scarcity is also one of the negative fallouts of the oil price slump and forex scarcity.

And oh YES, Nigeria is a mono-product economy, you don't need to be a PhD scholar to understand the link between the crash in oil price and the negative economic situation in Nigeria today.

Blackouts was never this bad in Nigeria despite a 40% percent increase in tarrifs.

Did'nt APC know that Nigeria was a monolithic economy before they campainged to dwarf PDP in performance & PDP was able to drive the same monolithic economy to fastest growing one in Africa.

Fortunately for the PDP and unfortunately for APC, the oil crash and its consequent impact on the economy just coincides with the very moment they handed over to APC; hence knowing that most Nigerians are blockheads, they find it quite convenient to heap the blame on APC, and the blockheads happily swallow this deceit.

Finding it amusing when oil price slump is always used as an excuse for APC's inefficiency as if we elected an NNPC GMD to manage oil income for us.

We are talking of the GDP 'growth rate' here, not the GDP. GEJ inherited a GDP growth rate of between 6-7% but as at handover, it had crashed to 2.3%.

Regarding the GDP, the value was only rebased (calculated) in 2013/2014 and found to be as high as over $500bn; that doesnt mean it actually leaped to that value overnight. The size of the GDP grew because of the telecommunications industry which was introduced as far back as 2001. That no record of the actual GDP size of Nigeria existed until 2013/2014, that does not mean the over $500bn was made in 2013/2014.

This is the problem am facing now. My gear oil went low and I didn't notice that. Last night the gear stick went soft and free, no friction. Worse still, the gears were not selecting.

Moreover when it happened last night my neighbour helped me with brake transmission fluid into the gear oil tank. He said it does the same function. Unfortunately, it didn't save the situation. Please how true is this?

I have asked my mechanic to come with gear oil to service it. I pray nothing else would be affected.

Start by stating your car model, year & engine capacity.

Get the car scanned, get the manufacturer recommended transmission fluid & do a repeated flush on gear & drive again.
