APC politicians are shameless crooks, from Roaches Okorocha to Ogbeni di-Rascal.
Imagine, over 120 billion in debts (continous intetest not included) for a state that generates less than 2 billion from fed allocation & IGR monthly and the debt was used to pay for frivolous welfare policies like school feeding & opon imo.
All projects are abandoned, salaries are no more being paid, doctors & teachers are on strike. State of Osun is a hopelessly failed state.
His brother in Imo state is busy still embezzling even the bail funds given to him from our commonwealth to pay salaries that he has refused to pay till date.
APC is a scam. |

oduastates: I have been saying this for so long . Whenever the government tries to gentrify the land , the so called Yoruba activist move out enmass . Okada, street trading ,slums, buildings without approval or planning are so of the stuffs that can be used to deter those who frankly have no business living amongst decent people. Apart from minorities from the south and middle belt(th who plug in perfectly into our ways ,It is impossible to integrate folks now. The stupidittty of too much liberalism. A lot of these folks were born destitute .they lack Any concept of modernity and city living . While the leadership navigate the treacherous waters of Nigerian politics , they should not lose sight of the main cause . That is getting the yoruba nation out of the country . And to those canvassing for one useless paper from Jonathan's conference, that paper is dead on arrival. I cannot believe that while others are conspiring, SW leaders are not taking the Bulls by the horn . There is no doubt in my mind that the leadership need to activate a fallback position. That position must start by activating a purposeful move towards independence . Total gibberish !! |

Travejyke: I read it. But do you think the president's advisers/minister's are always right?not that am saying the president too is always right and should be called to order where he falters. But the truth is that you and I are not privy to that agreement hence it's unfair concluding because you read where the minister's opposed the agreement. I only hope the agreement isn't one sided anyway.
P.s: I didn't know buhari's critics believe saharareporters news too cos that's obviously where you got the story The president knows zilch about economic policies or financial management, those two does & are his ministers. For them to say 'NO' to the agreement meant it was bad. |

I beg to disagree with you pastor Bakare.
Rewarding party loyalists is different from clearing logjams, the minister of education confirmed this with the recent sack of 12 VCs without due process & replacing them with party loyalists. I do not see any mess being cleared by that.
What i see been done is PMB clearing office holders & replacing them with party loyalists. |

The reality is that Nigeria's borrowing for 2016 budget will be well over N2 trillion & spending a quarter of that on poorly articulated welfare scheme that will end up enriching politicians pockets is clearly bad for Nigeria.
All economic indicators are down & still going down, the roof is on fire, drastic & aggressive fiscal measures are highly needed now, not welfare packages. |

PassingShot: I think the combined factors of huge expectations from the govt, numerous promises by APC and the woeful performance of PDP and especially GEJ, are responsible for a rise in agitation from even many informed erstwhile supporters.
What I am convinced of is that, without mindless corruption that was a common denominator in the past governments, this regime will eventually get us out of the woods. The child that was born since GEJ handed over to Buhari & APC has stopped sucking breast, has grown some teeth, is now walking & about to enroll into nursery school & you are still here blaming GEJ. Passingshot wake up, you wan piss for body ! |

PassingShot: Buhari is far better than the Ineffectual Buffoon. Under PMB, you can be sure of not witnessing mindless corrupt practices from his ministers and other appointed govt officials. And you also be assured that anyone involved in corruption will be dealt with promptly.
Fighting insurgency is also an area you dare not compare the IB with Buhari.
And surely, in a matter of 12 months from now, the economy will be healthy again as a result of the president's efforts and you will know that the Jona daft was a sleeping duck indeed. Meanwhile Nigerians will starve to death waiting for Buhari 12 months from now, that is if it does not get worse. Also Fulani herdsmen has taken over from where BH stopped, occupying a whole local govt. in Benue state. |

That Buhari has displayed gross incompetence before & now. There is absolutely nothing in his track record to show he is better than the 'ineffectual buffoon', therefore i am not expecting anything better than GEJ's performance from him. |

Boko haram kills men, women & children, Fulani herdsmen kills same way.
Boko haram burns down villages, Fulani herdsmen does same.
Boko haram occupies territories , Fulani herdsmen are doing so now.
Boko haram activities on the decline up North, Fulani herdsmen rampage on the increase down south.
These similarities are NOT coincidental, it says a lot.
Fulani herdsmen = Boko haram.
And guess what, Buhari is the grand patron of them Fulani herdsmen (I did not imply anything oo!).
Welcome to the jungle called Nigeria. |

Obasanjo went back schools after 8yrs as head of state, Gowon went back to school after 9yrs as head of state & became patron & ambassador of several international NGO's.
Buhari still has a controversial WASC, 150 cows, became grand patron of Fulani cattle rearers, has 2 bungalows & N950,000 30yrs after retirement as a millitary general & head of state, collecting pensions & entitlements all the while and you expect anything meaningful from him?
