It moves and accelerates perfectly but when I try to accelerate past some speed, about gear 4 i think, it makes some humming noise when I march the gas and mever picks. If i remove my leg the noise stops. Our mechanic is saying it’s gearbox. Is it gearbox?

The vehicle is 4 cylinders and 8 plugs, also uses CVT automatic transmission. Thanks gurus

That City CVT gear box na abiku(ogbanje), not all gear technicians know about it well. You may end up replacing engine and gear after repeated failed attempts to replace the gear.

My advice, go easy on replacing the gear, exhaust all repair options with one, two or more gear electricians, including replacing the fluid with Honda CVT fluid, you may end up not needing another gear.

Section 5 clearly allows the minister to act on behalf of the president with his approval and she did that, why is EFCC not questioning the ex president if he granted such approval for those funds to be disbursed to security agencies as part of his security vote?

And yes, the NNPC act (not the constitution) gives the corporation the power to deduct all their operational cost from revenue before remitting the balance to the federation account.

So tell me, which section of the constitution gave Jonathan as president the power to withdraw funds from NNPC's account for national security without national assembly's appropriation? Which law even gives the president the powers to withdraw revenues directly from a revenue generating agency without passing through the federation account?

PPPRA never paid subsidy at any point in our history, the ministry of finance does. Operational cost does not include augmenting shortfalls in landing cost of finished products, that purely involves the process of extraction and refining and not on imported finished products that is being distributed to marketers for retail to consumers, that aspect of subsidising is belongs to the ministry finance through appropriation.

My issue with Buhari is with his handling of social issues like the herdsmen crisis, ipob issue etc.. his unforgivable and senseless nepotism and his inactivity/slowness to respond to issues is my main problem. In terms of the economy/business, I wouldnt be handing my business over to someone who earned the unprecedented highest profits but remains the only CEO who reversed the company's reserves and increased debts at the same time with nothing tangible on ground.
