DaVinciii: Hi, I have a problem with my honda city 2008 model. Who is familiar with this model?
It moves and accelerates perfectly but when I try to accelerate past some speed, about gear 4 i think, it makes some humming noise when I march the gas and mever picks. If i remove my leg the noise stops. Our mechanic is saying it’s gearbox. Is it gearbox?
The vehicle is 4 cylinders and 8 plugs, also uses CVT automatic transmission. Thanks gurus
Kashif Gazzuzz kingreign Inze Mayor2013 Luvinhubby adanny01 Demeanor That City CVT gear box na abiku(ogbanje), not all gear technicians know about it well. You may end up replacing engine and gear after repeated failed attempts to replace the gear. My advice, go easy on replacing the gear, exhaust all repair options with one, two or more gear electricians, including replacing the fluid with Honda CVT fluid, you may end up not needing another gear. |

seunmsg: Above is section 5 of the 1999 constitution, show me where it gave Jonathan the power to withdraw money from NNPC and spend without appropriation.
As regards PPPRA, if you don't understand how government agencies operate and you still intend to wallow in your ignorance, then I really can't help you. Government agencies do not operate in secrecy and there is nothing concealed about their activities. One breath you said PPPRA pays subsidies, another breath you are saying ministry of finance pays through the office of the accountant general after PPPRA approvals. You are obviuosly trying to confuse the gullible with your ignorance. Section 5 clearly allows the minister to act on behalf of the president with his approval and she did that, why is EFCC not questioning the ex president if he granted such approval for those funds to be disbursed to security agencies as part of his security vote? |
Politics › Re: Diezani Blasts EFCC: You Lack Understanding About The Powers Of A President by luvinhubby(m): 8:50am On Jan 26, 2018 |
seunmsg: Ministry of finance, through the office of the Accountant general only pays what PPPRA passes to it after verification. OAGF is just like the cashier that disburses cash, PPPRA is the actual agency in charge of subsidy payment.
NNPC act is available online, download and read. Still waiting for you to show me the section of the constitution that you and Deziani claims gives a president the power to withdraw funds from NNPC for security purpose. Nigerian constitution is online also and section 5 of it is available with it, download and read where appropriate. You said PPPRA pays subsidy and again you are saying they do verification for AFoF to pay after ministry of finanace has released, you are trying to confuse yourself. |

seunmsg: NNPC did not pay subsidy to any company or agency the way PPPRA did under Jonathan. The current subsidy is an implicit cost that is charged as part of NNPC operational cost. And yes, the NNPC act (not the constitution) gives the corporation the power to deduct all their operational cost from revenue before remitting the balance to the federation account.
So tell me, which section of the constitution gave Jonathan as president the power to withdraw funds from NNPC's account for national security without national assembly's appropriation? Which law even gives the president the powers to withdraw revenues directly from a revenue generating agency without passing through the federation account? PPPRA never paid subsidy at any point in our history, the ministry of finance does. Operational cost does not include augmenting shortfalls in landing cost of finished products, that purely involves the process of extraction and refining and not on imported finished products that is being distributed to marketers for retail to consumers, that aspect of subsidising is belongs to the ministry finance through appropriation. https://guardian.ng/news/buhari-wants-eror-war-others/And the statement said section five (5) of the constitution, go back and read again. And please show me the aspect of NNPC act that empowers them to deduct subsidies as operational cost. |

Which section of the constitution gave the president the power to withdraw money from NNPC and spend on security without appropriation? What's wrong with extremely ignorant folks like you? If you have as low as a quarter IQ, you will see that Deziani simply roped Jonathan into the matter. She's telling EFCC indirectly to go and hold Jonathan and leave her alone as he's the one that authorized the illegal transaction. Which part of the constitution allows NNPC to pay subsidies without appropriation? Grow up. |

SIRTee15: Buhari understands the principle of self preservation..... A very important factor in the longetivity of a business..... Most businesses don't last long in nigeria because their owners don't understand this principle..... Now remember we are not talking about a good national leader.... So the issue of ethnic bigotry doesn't arise here.
Let's take the cattle colony as an example.....
Buhari may not have heard about it.... Cattle colony is only practiced in Pakistan..... But it seems like a good idea to him as regards his vision for fulani hegemony....... See how he's pursuing it like his life depends on it.... Hectares of land has been set aside... Funds have already been allocated...... States who are interested are getting prepared... The ministry of agriculture has began sensitization.... By ending of 2018 pilot projects will kick off...
Now jonathan doesn't look like someone interested in cattle business.... However the embraced the cattle colony concept during his tenure.. ... He released 100 billion naira to states to fund the project.... And that was the end..... In the first instance, why should u release such huge fund for something u are not keen about..... Have u ever seen buhari wasting his time on things that doesn't interest him.... Nobody even knew such money was allocated for cattle colony in GEJ time until Audu ogbe spoke about it.... Jonathan never called to question states governors on the use of such funds... He never demanded for accountability or probe on the issue.... My otuoke nigga just let it slide as usual.....
I beg u in the name of God..... Pls never give ur business to someone in the person of GEJ.... If not for anything, pity ur employees n their families that will be thrown into the Labour market after GEJ successfully ruin the business... That guy is better off as commonwealth secretary general or something like that....
I voted for him both in 2011 n 2015..... Not because I believed in him or anything.... But I felt niger delta should be allowed to rule for 8 years.... At least they are the goose that lay the golden egg..... And I knew buhari is a tribal bigot anyway n would definitely show his hand once elected..... It is very obvious that you are either ignorant or outrighly childish. You Buhari becomes a better business than GEJ because he agreed to the concept of cattle colonies when, according to you, GEJ had already invested money in. Doesn't that make you dumb? So a concept GEJ had already invested in is what is novel to Buhari and that makes him better than GEJ? how old are you? |

LordAdam16: Summary: I don't like GEJ because he's reasonable, I prefer PMB because he is a psycho.
And I'd rather vote out a man who believes in Nigeria for a man who believes in Fulani hegemony.
The things that come out of people's mouth.
I'm sure you'd also hire Shekau to run your business because he's committed to building a Caliphate in Nigeria not minding whose ox is gored.
Some of you need to be examined to find the id**t gene.
-Lord Am seriously like, what the heck is wrong with this people. Nigeria needs lots of good shrink houses for the likes of that guy. |
Politics › Re: Voted For Buhari, But Regretting It Now? Fall In by luvinhubby(m): 9:16am On Jan 25, 2018 |
SIRTee15: sorry o.... but if I have a business, I will never hand it over to GEJ... never..... he just doesn't have it in him at all...... he looks more like a guy who would function better behind the shadow..... maybe deputy director or VP without portfolio.... something like that..... a role that doesn't require critical analysis and logical reasoning..... the guy lacks depth, poorly exposed, a bigot himself and obviously clueless.... he's not smart and quite dull.... not insulting him but really that's who he is.... he will most likely be unaware if the business is doing poorly.... he doesn't look like someone that can control his surbodinates..... contract kicbacks, projects delay, gross insurbordination, lack of administrative discipline, procurement inflation, funds misappropriation and mediocrity will be the norm in his tenure..... and the funny thing is he may even be oblivious of all these vices.... I wouldn't trust him managerial decision at all.... GEJ is just like that poor white guy in madea witness protection....
look here, if me and buhari are on the same page as regards the business mission and vision.... I'll definitely choose him over GEJ.... buhari understand the principle of self preservation and will never watch while the business crumbles.... look at what he's doing as the president.... he's using his seat of power to pursue the dream he believes in.... The self preservation of his Fulani people in the territory called Nigeria.... and he's pursuing it selflessly and rigourously.....
buhari is not aso rock to enrich himself, or his cronies or his family... unlike GEJ who made his wife the most powerful woman in Nigeria.... Buhari has no plan to make Yusuf the next governor of katsina...... he's not interested in becoming a godfather after leaving office.... rather he's more keen in entrenching and preserving the legacy of the Fulani in Nigeria... and u will agree with me he's doing a good job at that....
that's what makes him a good business manager.... he's man of steel and will.... he gets things done even at the detriment of others not minding whose ox his gored....
the problem with buhari is he doesn't believe in Nigeria... which is unfortunate because that's why people voted him anyway.... and maybe that's why he should be voted out..... So you will hire a Buhari over a GEJ because Buhari is an ethnic supremacists, that makes you an ethnic bigot my dear. Which of the above fabricated qualities have Buhari demonstrated so far and give examples. Waiting patiently........ |

obailala: Buhari My issue with Buhari is with his handling of social issues like the herdsmen crisis, ipob issue etc.. his unforgivable and senseless nepotism and his inactivity/slowness to respond to issues is my main problem. In terms of the economy/business, I wouldnt be handing my business over to someone who earned the unprecedented highest profits but remains the only CEO who reversed the company's reserves and increased debts at the same time with nothing tangible on ground. Permit me to submit to you that you are a very big bigot.
