Why won't you have suspicion when you aren't proud of your heritage.

Successful people are often the first to reconnect with their roots.

Failures call their homes shitholes because a white man said so.
God bless you for this thing you right, I swear

I think 60yrs is forever. Moreover, comparing fashion were all brands can excel without running the other out of market to mobile software is funny. Have u seen 3 OS making wave at the same time? It actually means one have to leave the market for a more advance one to thrive. Presently we still have windows phones, but the demand is low cos Android and IOS are the latest trend. Who knows what will happen in 100 or 200yrs to this time? No one. Let's just enjoy the present moment

We elect who? How do we know, when INEC and court do decide a winner?

Example if the leaders of CPC and AD, PDP faction did not impose Buhari on Nigeria he will not be elected president today.

I rarely seen how Nigerians elect their leaders when the whole process is in secrecy and subject to manipulations by election officials including the court.

Leadership is the problem of Nigeria. That us the simple term.
Bros, even the past ones are bad, Nigeria should have been better before now
PoliticsRe: Sorry To Say, The Nigerian Government Is Better Than The Nigerian People by m140(m): 6:53am On Jan 21, 2020
Kingspin:
The Nigerian government/leaders corrupt the
Nigerian people.

The evil, greedy, divide and rule activities of those in public offices trickle down to the populace over time.
We are the kind of leaders we elect. The govt problem is lesser compare to the masses. Nigerians get much problem to the masses. A customer did something at my place of work yesterday, she was still making mouth. Was just smiling, thinking inside of me that this one is playing with jailtime
PoliticsRe: Sorry To Say, The Nigerian Government Is Better Than The Nigerian People by m140(m): 6:50am On Jan 21, 2020
AceRoyal:
I understand you points and perspective BUT
Are you saying the government is different from the people?
Are you trying to subtly exonerate the government?

A fish gets rotten from the head downwards and not the other way round.
The masses have a share in the blame but the government has the greater share.

While you drive home your point in castigating the people, be fair and do same to the government.

Most people act the way they do because they see how power drunk government officials are and tend to follow their example unconsciously in their everyday lives once given a bit of power or when they find themselves in positions of power because they feel it's the right thing to do based on glaring examples.

Most of the things you wrote up there can be attributed to one major factor.... POVERTY!

Is the government not directly and indirectly responsible for the prosperity or poverty of a nation?

The government is by no means better than the people, they're worse because their actions and inactions reflect in the lives of the people and gives credibility to the points you have raised.

Nice piece though.
Will you the same for a house

Think international, 130k is not even up to 400 dollars
Living a good standard of living requires u earn far more than that...
Or else u are happy being a local champion in your comfort zone..

If u will raise children that will compete internationally, then earning below 2k dollars monthly cant do that ....how much will u even spend to make your kids enjoy to vacation...pls life is for living not for mere existence.

Stop encouraging poverty and mediocrity....weather u like it or not, reality will catch up with u as the world evolves and become more competitive...and pls, stop birthing more children...dont kill innocent kids with mediocre living
Help him na

There is evil in the Nigerian youth.

Parents have failed in their responsibility to educate and raise honest, hardworking individuals.

Religious leaders have promised heavenly wealth without the commensurate diligence.

Traditional leaders have failed to promote peace and adherence to traditional values.

Successive governments have failed to create an environment in which industry thrives.

Nigerians have a problem.
This won't be your last statements by God's grace. Parents, Religious leaders, Traditional leaders and the Govt is it. Not just the Govt.

Una never see, you guys will be the ones pressuring young girls for sex, and later start crying that there are no decent girls. When you guys are the chief demons.

A girl will start dating, the next thing a useless boy will want from her is sex, you men are the ones that bred this, so, let it consume you and don't complain while at it.

And btw, if a woman has a child that's not her husband's child, it means that another man is responsible for the pregnancy and thereby, breeding children outside wedlock on his own side. So, it's not entirely a woman's thing cos they aren't the ones getting themselves pregnant.

The thing is, if men were really committed to following what religion and society has been prescribing for centuries...that good sex is best within marriage , and with your spouse...the idea of women sleeping around would not arise, because both sides would control themselves.

Also electing a corrupt free president means better economic polcies, which means more jobs, and less opportunity for rich men to prey on poor girls...and enough disposable incomes for young women not to be looking for rich sugar daddies.

Good night.

BusinessRe: What Will Happen If One Fails To Pay Back Loan From Loan App? by m140(m): 9:52pm On Jan 12, 2020
Prechy08:
I will give an important advice because of my work experience.

Don't allow them to call you first or start harassing you, contact them or go to their office. be honest. it's now up to them to allow the month go or you pay something.

but honestly, a monthly debit has being set in your account so even if you pay some the mandate still stand and waiting.

even if you don't use that account, CBN has given credit firms power to take money from other account you have.

not paying Will lead to you being black listed, in the future you can't do any serious credit transactions with any bank. at the embassy self it will show , you can be denied Visa.

interest will keep accuring on the account, before you say jack it will increase or tripple and you must pay.

in other words the implications are high, so go and pay, avoid the stress, it's not worth it.
Even if you contact them first, branch change am for me, but later paid them, was really sorry for the fuckup cus I collected the money when I ran out of transport fare n got no money in my account
