Sad but that's the bitter truth. The average non igbo Niger deltans trust the Hausa fulani more than the igbos, even more than the Yorubas.
It is the belief that once you reach a gentleman's agreement with the Hausa Fulanis, you can be rest assured that he will not cheat or circumvent the agreement. That cannot be said for our igbo and yoruba brothers, they will most certainly circumvent the agreement and cheat you.
Can you give instances because I know Igbos to be loyal.

candidtalk:
Another proof of what I have always argued if indeed Aisha Yesufu said this. I.e Nigerians have now worked out the Igbos to noted they are stupendously egotistic and emptily emotional to the extent even insincere flattery can be deployed to use and dump them. Is this not how FFK who spat raw bile and hate against Igbo became their 'Son' once he started praising them and hooked up with their 'daughter'? Fayose, hailing Kanu up and down while fighting Buhari, is now silent over Igbo issues since he is no longer a governor and does not need the emotional people anymore.

What concerns Yesufu with Biafra if not that the word is trending and she needs attention she obviously knows she will get mentioning a people who will swamp the internet and social media obsessively once anyone of note associate with their Biafra nonsense. This is simply what Yesufu is doing. Expect Deji Adeyanju and even Adeyinka Grandson to announce themselves as Biafrans soon. Activism is now a profitable and bonafide profession in Nigeria. For smart 'activists', mention Biafra and get paid/attention.

No one says she deserves to die, no one does. I feel sorry for her kids.

But other prostitutes and gullible hotel waitresses should repent or stay woke and alert.

Our ladies will say they are not prostitutes but login badoo or insta message and look for a decent lady to date, 90 percent of them don't like too many questions they are looking for hookup, mature minds, guys that can make it rain, straight to the point. Is there another meaning for prostitution?
The question remains does she deserve to die

We will never know the truth on this issue until the mad person who kills these women is caught... but just for the record, many women working in these places sell toto on the side (especially if mad killer promise them insane amount of money to entice them)

Btw if she was just a waitress in the hotel (supposedly serving food) then why wasn't she reported missing as soon as she didn't return from serving the food in the room?! Unless waitresses in that hotel can bring food to a guest room and disappear from their shift while nobody cares.

It's obvious the mad killer took his time with the babe to UnCloth her and then TIE her up before killing her.
Even if she was a prostitute does she deserve to die? Who is there without sin?

A young man who schooled in Surrey suddenly became so rich overnight. His father is also a good asslicker You skipped that part. Mind you I ain't hating on him that's why I censored his handle. I am rich enough to meet my needs. You are the one hating probably the truth. If it was an unknown young Nigerian that launched a brand new hotel and a tech company your ilk will be the first to tag him a fraudster or a yahoo boy. Educate yourself well my brother. Open your eyes and see your leaders don't love or care about you they only care about their own just like you stated up there. Shalom too.
Do you have proofs?

Right project in a wrong location. From the look of the landscape this place looks like a village that has low vehicular movement and activities.

I thought fly over bridge is for a notorious junction known for traffic deadlock to decongest traffic.

It's like the built Bayelsa airport that has the lowest traffic known to airport that have made airline companies not to move to the airport, from Bayelsa to Abuja or Lagos less than 40 passengers a day.
Not true. That road is very busy. Connecting both afikpo and cross river to abakaliki and Enugu. If you're travelling to Benue, Enugu, Onitsha and Abakaliki from Calabar that's your road.

If not for Globacom, you in particular wouldn't be able to afford the trash you put up there.

Google "cost of SIMs", "per second billing" when GLO entered the market and what Globacom went through paying over $ 100 million twice getting the license.

I don't have time to educate cr3tins. Buzz off
Mumu did he collect the license for your family? Look at this one talking trash. In ur mind Mike Adenuga came to do you favour. A business man who was looking for a way of penetrating the market. If not for Nigerian government who deregulated the sector you think they stood a chance to compete. Low self esteem no go kee you.

No matter the unwarranted attacks on GLO. I would support them forever.

Rubbish. Who cares about that. What has glo done for the society if not Adenuga raking in billions every week. At least MTN has raised stars and you're here attaching sentiment to someone else's business.
Crime › Re: Juanito Pistola, 16-Year-Old Mexican Cartel Hitman Killed By Police by mabea: 11:01am On Aug 31, 2019
Explorers:
Juanito Pistola's headless corpse lies upright beside the window, while other dead members of Hell's Troop are slumped across the back seats covered in blood after the shoot-out.

Another four members of Hell's Troop, a wing of the notorious Northeast Cartel (CDN), were killed in clashes with police in the town, Vanguardia reported.

Local media said that the vehicle Pistola died in had been used in an attack on the police several days before in a different part of the city.

According to reports, cartels often recruit minors to mainly work as drug smugglers and Pistola was once arrested by police in 2015.

Social media videos and narco-rap songs refer to Pistola as being a hitman in the ranks of the CDN since he was just 13.

The CDN, formerly Los Zetas, have controlled the town since 2004 when they took it from the Sinola cartel in a bloody turf war which claimed at least 2,000 lives.

But one thing I detest about our African culture is this nonsense in bolded text. angry

We so much believe in some imaginary supernatural beings, which in reality are very very non existent. And in my opinion, this accounts, to a very large extent, for our stunted growth.

If some of us have a little idea of the knowledge and logic applied by the West in designing most of the hi-tech equipment we use today, we will realise all these useless beliefs shouldn't be found among higher animals like human beings.

@mabea,I dont feel threatened, not in the least. If anything, I want other states to develop so that Lagos can be decongested at its heart. The demographic disequilibrium is not doing Lagos any good.Too many souls are swamping the city.
But some south east governors- past and present- have spoken irresponsibly, reductively and invidiously about Lagos. They are always saying Igbos developed Lagos; saying they'll overtake Lagos, bla, bla, bla.
There's too much burden on their shoulders. They should gear their efforts towards developing their regions instead of being in irresponsible competition with Lagos.
I can understand where you are coming from but in this context I think Obiano is right that is if his words are backed with action.

I am an Igbo man, and am proud of Anambra for what they have been able to achieve, but for now this statement is a fallacy.

There are a lot of things that favours Lagos state.

Lagos was once a Federal Capital Territory

Lagos is a commercial town.
Lagos is an Industrial town
Lagos has Airport
Lagos has seaports
Lagos is still being favoured by the FGN as it sees it as the commercial headquarters of the country.
What you wrote here doesn't make sense, maybe you didn't understand what Obiano said.
