McDaddy...I'm exactly the opposite of you. I can't sleep with the faintest of light on. I have been condition to drift off in the dark. Now I love and embrace the dark. it is in the dark that am at my peak of imagination, creativity, answers, pensive especially with so blazing hard rock.....thanks to NEPA!

The only time I tend to sleep with the lights on is when I'm extremely exasperated.

Talking about fears. I fear nothing of the dark...its highly irrational.....though there was a period I almost relapsed into the fears of my own fearful thoughts... but thanks to Batman's “to overcome fear is to become fear itself”. I'v been able to inspire fear on myself in order to deal with it".

Yours is even small....today I laugh over myself because I still couldn't believe I was scared of flesh eating zombies for 7 years after watching George Romero first gore classic at a tender age. Man, that shit worried me. Now I bask in the imagination that gives me serious hard on when I visualize myself as lone survivor in world filled with raging zombies with some heavy GUNs. See! I have my own way of dealing with fear.

The only one I haven't overcome is the fear of Lizards. I might vanish if it walks on my skin. I have a friend whose own are roaches. As for me I can confront any wild carnivore than standing a common lizard.

As for the supernatural, as an african i belive in the supernatural but not the ones in Abrahmic religions.

I don't see your point here. The fact that there is no proof for Allah, for instance, has nothing whatever to do with Yahweh. If you will reject Yahweh, you must do so on Yahweh's own demerits, not Allah's.

The bible is so immoral/contadictory that you cant even explain many things there to children. The old testament supports slavery (leveiticus 25;44 your slaves may come from the nations around you). The bible has laws against incest but Abraham married his step-sister. Adam is the parent (ribe clone parent) of Eve, yet the have children together


If the bible is applicable to all parts of our modern life, how does the bible relate to the internet? What if I download a video from youtube; is it stealing I am taking a copy of a video that has infite copies and life from a public domain. What about stem cell research? Can the bible legislate on that? No.
