Orders? She needs to evaluate her situation as a matter of urgency. If she is finding herself having to "ask" for permission from someone other than her parents then that relationship is unbalanced. If he is having to "deny" or " restrict" her movements then he is not addressing the issue either. His lack of trust and the source of that lack of trust. A healthy relationship is based on trust and that applies to both parities. When you say "Do you mind if I ...?" to your loved one you are taking his/her thoughts into consideration. When you start "ordering" someone and that someone starts to sneak behind your back it's time you both became parallel lines as you are clearly never going to meet halfway.

Nigeria’s Senate President, Bukola Saraki has stated that he will head to the Supreme Court in search of justice after a Court of Appeal ruled against him.

Saraki’s position was conveyed by his lead lawyer, Mohammed Mogaji. He revealed that Senator Saraki would file a further appeal at the Supreme Court.

Saraki wanted the appellate court stop his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, where he has been charged on 13-counts with false asset declaration.

Delivering judgment today, Justice Moore Agumanen, who read a majority verdict of the Court of Appeal morning upheld the trial of Senate President, Bukola Saraki at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.

Reading the verdict of two of the three man panel, he said the tribunal, which docked the Senate President on 22 September and 21 October was properly constituted, thus trashing one of the grounds of the objections to the trial by Senate President and his lawyers.

The dissenting third judge, Justice Joseph Ekanem however ruled that Saraki’s appeal has merit.

On the contrary, the majority judges, including Justice Mohammed Mustapha, in their verdict said the tribunal led by Danladi Umar could sit with the chairman and one other member.

Agumanen said they relied on section 28 of the Interpretation Act to reach the decision.

He said the Code of Conduct Tribunal and Code of Conduct Bureau Act and the constitution did not talk about a quorum.

In a further blow to the Senate President, the majority judges said the CCT has criminal jurisdiction, though limited.

The judges also ruled that the Code of Conduct Tribunal has powers to issue a bench warrant.

The court further ruled that the solicitor-general can institute proceedings in the absence of the attorney-general since the office of the AGF is statutory and cannot die whether the AGF is in court or not.

2. Men Don't Value The Women That Asked Them Out: I shouted holy ghost fire the first time I heard this, because I have been in relationships where ladies made the first move.

I don't wanna go into details but what I learnt from dating them is that the women who have the guts to ask guys out also have cheating tendencies and security issues.

Though the later is not a real problem but who wants to reminded every ten minutes that the reason you did this was because she asked you out.

If she called and I didn't pick, it was because she asked me out

If my number is not available, it was because she asked me out

Truth is, Men value them but they're too difficult to date.

I almost fainted when I checked someone's inbox and saw that she's using the same "scope" she used on me on other guys.

Most 10s are quite demanding and also incredibly self-absorbed, why? Because they feel they can pick and choose.

Men fall all over themselves to try to please her in any way they can.
Endless compliments, outrageous gifts, free shopping sprees on Rodeo Drive, all expense paid trips to the finest resorts in the world, invitations to parties with the rich, famous and powerful men and women.

This always gets into their heads and spoils them.

A recent analysis revealed that having an attractive husband or boyfriend was no barrier to a relationship succeeding. But, if the woman was extremely beautiful, the relationships tend to last only a matter of months.

It is difficult to state how challenging it can be to get involved with a 10s.

Men consider this and backdown.
