Unicode Consortium, the non-profit corporation charged with the development and maintainance of Emojis worldwide, has released a preview of 72 new Emojis that is now scheduled to

be released and added to the existing collections of Emojis available on your smartphones on the 21st of June 2016.

These set of new images which will be added to the already existing 1,601 . Regular emoji users and lovers will be very very excited about this upcoming development.

These updates will be adopted bye Unicode in June, smartphone users will have to wait for an update from their manufacturer. These new sets of Emojis could be introduced with IOS 10 and Android N, due to be released later this year.

A new Born baby was found, abandoned inside a dry well in the early hours of Wednesday June
15th.
According to a Facebook User who posted these photos of the new born baby, when he was rescued by good Samaritans who heard the baby crying, This unfortunate incident happened somewhere in Northern Nigeria.

It's so disheartening to see things like this happening, at a time when many women are seeking for fruit of the womb, some are throwing away a child they carried in their womb for a whopping 9 months. End time signs indeed!

For Mary and Mae Belle, a pair of identical twins who just celebrated their 100th birthdays, they have never lived apart from each other and they still can't get enough of one other, the
'BOND' that holds the pair together is indeed, "Everlasting".

The sisters, who are still known as 'The Wallace Twins' because of their maiden names, were born in their hometown of "Symsonia, Kentucky" on March 25, 1916 in the midst of World War I.
Mary and Mae Belle were teenagers during the Great Depression, and Mary recalled how their family 'had nothing' at the time.

Despite the financial hardships of the time, the two women were able to afford the $5 a semester tuition to attend Murray State College together.
As college student, the twins took advantage of their identical appearances and divided up their time in the classroom based on their different interests.


While Mary would go to gym class for her sister, who couldn't hit a ball to save her life', Mae Belle would return the favor by doing her sister's book reports.
The sisters even chose chose the same profession. After they married a pair of best friends that they had grown up with, they both took teaching jobs at Symsonia Elementary School where they made a $1 per day.
Mary and Mae Belle taught in classrooms that were right across the hall from each other, but after their husbands were drafted into World War II in the 1940s, they temporarily moved to Detroit to work in wartime factories. As Mae recounted the events that signaled the beginning of "World WarII" she said;
"Everything was real quiet; I remember how sad it was,' Mary said of hearing about the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.
She will also never forget the Sunday after the first atomic bomb was dropped as she recalled how 'you had to wait in line just to get into church."
After the war ended, the sisters and their husband bought motor homes and traveled around the country.
Over the course of their lifetimes, they have visited all 50 states, as well eight countries in Europe, together.
The women, who are both widows, continue to remain active despite their 100 years.


They keep each other company at a nearby gym where they walked for 30 minutes each day, and every Friday they go to the hair salon dressed alike.
Mae Belle insisted that if she is not with her sister she is worried, and they both agree that they simply can't get enough of each other.
''I need her all the time,' Mae Belle said. 'We've had a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful life and still have it.'
As for their secret to living living to 100, Mae Belle told Inside Edition its 'good genes', noting that their mother lived to be 97.
'We didn’t smoke cigarettes. We didn’t smoke that pot. We never drank beer,' she added."


After a century of being attached at the hip, Mary Belle Roach and Mae Belle Powell from Symsonia, Kentucky, still dress alike, get their hair done together, and live with each other in their childhood home. They have even taken to sharing a bedroom in case one of them ever needs anything in the middle of the night.
'We're together all the time; we've never been separated,' Mary told Today. 'That's all we know: to love each other.'

The world’s shortest couple, "Paulo Gabriel da Silva Barros" and "Katyucia Hoshino", have proved that size doesn’t matter when it comes to love, these lovebirds, both from Brazil, measure less then three feet tall each, they both have forms of dwarfism and stand at 34.8in and 35.2in respectively.

The pair, who hope to enter the Guinness Book of World Records, said they met on a Social Media website a little over ten years ago and started chatting on MSN Messenger.

Paulo 30, who has a rare genetic condition called 'Diastrophic Dysplasia Dwarfism', said it was love at first sight for him.

"I found her very beautiful from the first moment I saw her,’ he said.But the attraction wasn’t mutual. Katyucia, 26, who has "Achondroplasia Dwarfism", which affects bone growth, initially blocked him on the instant messaging site. She said: ‘The first time I started talking to Paulo, he was really annoying. He had cheap-pick up lines.’
Paulo, who works as a legal secretary, said: ‘She thought I was trying to flirt but I was just being nice. According to her I was a really boring guy."

That would have been the end of the matter, if Katyucia hadn’t suddenly decided to unblock him 18 months later.Katyucia, who now owns her own beauty salon that has been specially adapted for her size, said: ‘One day something happened in my head and I went and unblocked him. By then he was already more sociable.’
Paulo said:
‘When she unblocked me, it didn’t take me more than a minute to say hello. we started speaking and she said I was more civilized.’

Two months later, Paulo travelled more than 186 miles to Katyucia’s home city of Londrina to meet her.
He said he was bowled over by Katyucia’s beauty, but she was shy and unimpressed with his dress sense.
Paulo said:
‘What most attracted me to her, besides her beauty, was how sweet she was. It was her sweet personality.’

The beautician said: ‘He was wearing an orange shirt, jeans and sunglasses – thank God it has improved since then.’
Despite Katyucia’s concerns about the long distance between them, five days later the pair started dating and after four years they moved in together.
Katyucia said: ‘I had never dated before so Paulo is my first boyfriend, my first everything.’Now they say they’re are like any other couple. Paulo has a specially-adapted car to enable him to drive, while Katyucia’s beauty salon has been specially modified for her height.Paulo has a specially-adapted car to enable him to drive. Here are the awkward places many Nigerian ladies snap pictures and upload them for the world to see;

1. Toilet

Some ladies don't even mind the odour emanating from the toilet just to show how classy they are. In fact, some of them will even take a selfie while defecating. This is aimed at craving attention from guys. This silly act is very common with Lagos babes.

2. Okada

It beats my imagination how some ladies managed to snap themselves conveniently on bike despite the gallops and brake applied by the bike man. Just because wind is blowing their useless weavon and perhaps they are wearing sun glass, they will snap themselves and later seek guys' consent if they look like nadia buhari. This is pure nonsense.

3. Public transport bus

I also experience this inside idanfo or keke napep; you must at least seen a lady snapping herself. Just yesterday when I boarded a bus from Anthony to CMS, the lady beside me was taking selfie as if her life depended on it. I advised her to keep her phone because of traffic thieves instead she abused me and I kept quiet. Before a tinkle of an eye, a dude snatch her phone from the window and she started wailing.

4. Market

I don't know what pleasure ladies derive in snapping pictures at dangerous market places such apongbon, yaba, oshodi, etc where there are high number of rogues, financially frustrated guys and armed robbers. 6. Road side

Even if it's possible for some ladies to take pictures at Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, I know they will definitely do that. Later when an unforeseen circumstances happen, they will blame it on Lalastic.lala for not making their topics to the FP.

7. During church service

This story is a non friction, it happened on 23rd of this month. It took place here in abuja. I was coming from my place of work, instead of entrying bike i decided to follow one short cut, though the part i wanted to take is a bushy part and it was something after 5pm but I am Never scared of anything. I started my journey, it was a lonely one until i sighted a girl from afar. I was happy i have seen someone to walk with and a lady for that matter. I began to walk faster to meet up with her.
