This action done by women is something that I've always had mixed opinions about.

If you have tiles, abandon the bed, lay a wrapper on the ground and also a pillow if you have one and lie down, and it will be much better.

The ground is colder and doesn't really conduct heat like your bed.

I've never collected any loan from anyone or organization in my life. I just wanted to know how you were able to resolve this.

Did you go to your bank directly to resolve the issue?
Did you stop using that particular bank?

Saving is quite easy. Have two bank accounts. One should be for spending and the other should be for saving/emergencies. So in a way, you're spending from both, but just a little from the second account. This way, you always have money at hand. You can always then add another account for miscellaneous spending when things become more stable.

You're right in every way. About ubunja, that nigga is a beast when it comes to women. All my problems pertaining to women evaporated when I started reading his miseducations (and also his comments) on this platform. Good to know that. Thank God. But understand that the account has used up it's lifeline. Any other infringement will result in outright termination. I will advise you let the account be, while you just keep taking royalties and build a new one while using royalties from this one to "see front".

There must actually be a book responsible for that termination, but they won't tell you the specific one.

Thanks. Even better: They republished all my books for me by themselves so that I don't have to do all the work. But the book that caused the error is blocked though but that's ok. They apologised that the account was terminated in error. I finally found what caused the problem entirely. I've learnt my lesson. All is solved now. Happy New Year in advance.

Sorry to hear abt this. But dust yourself up and start all over again. Avoid any shortcuts. Stay within amazon's terms and condition. You will be fine. If you try to game the system, they will eventually catch you and your royalty seized.

That's quite bad on the part of Amazon. The thing is that some of the Amazon support team take decision based on their individual minds and based on how lenient the individual that will respond to your issue is. Some won't terminate your account on the first time you make such a mistake. Others will just terminate the account straight up.

I have seen someone who has received multiple warnings time and time again, but his account still stands. That's why I said, there is more to this business. Let's not always rely on our own human cautiousness. No matter how careful we can be, we still need to make some prayers here and there regarding our accounts.

Such prayers will help keep our account safe even in the face of any mistake. There are times when the wrong person will attend to your mistake and that will come with a termination email. That's why we still need to pray for our accounts so that no matter the mistake, terminating your account won't be the first option that will cross their minds.

Having said that, you need to bounce back. Go on and create another account. Clear your browser cookies and cache and create a new account with new details. New email, phone number and address. Write new books and start publishing again.

And to avoid that mistake, don't in any way copy anyone's title word for word. Avoid making your book cover look exactly as another person's cover. Make sure your titles are unique to avoid amazon query regarding misleading customers experience.

I think this will help to keep your account safe.

Mcslize, thank you for your encouraging words. Good news! I just checked my email and found out they've reinstated my account!!. I didn't give up and I sent them another email pleading my case and it has been resolved. I'm so pumped right now. Just logged in and everything is ok. But my last book that caused the issue is blocked, but that's ok. I finally know what caused the error. God is the greatest! This is literally an "eleventh hour" miracle.

You said your account was terminated. First thing to do is to first of all know the reason that led to the termination.

So, I want to ask, what was the reason your accounted was terminated?

They said that one of my books caused"misleading customer experience and it impairs customer's ability to make make good buying decisions", it was blocked then the termination followed.

I made sure I cut out the rest parts. I picked interest in this bolded part. Now, this is what I will ask you to do. Go on Facebook and search for Verydarkblackman, scroll till you find his analysis about Emeka Ike and his ex wife saga.

Trust me, that analysis will provide you all the answers you need especially that bolded part when you said you can train her more like shape her to be the woman you want.

But something really bad happened to me. My kdp account got terminated a few days ago and I must say it has been awful. I tried sending a few email of appeals but I guess it didn't work out because they didn't reinstate it. I saw this your story right here on NL. I will pull out some part of it:

"The most painful part was when I wrote 10 particular forbidden books that raked in about $1000 for me but trust me, my account got terminated. What a big blow on me! That made me feel so terribly bad when I got that termination email from Amazon.

However, they included in the email that I would be paid the money. Normally, when amazon terminate your account, they will tell you whether you would be paid your already earned royalties or not. So when I saw that they will pay me the $1000 royalties I already earned from those books, I didn't feel the pain of my account being terminated much but rather I was strategizing on how to open another to start afresh. Alas, I got paid about N340,000 from the proceeds of those books cuz I sold the funds to my exchanger at the rate of N340/$1 as at then.

Mind you, starting afresh means I will have to write entirely new books and begin publishing. The over 30 books I wrote in the terminated account shouldn't in any way be published again by me to prevent any trace of my previous account being linked with the present through those books..........."
