Thezoomustfall:Are you saying she is a product of Awolowo Would that mean Yorubas are hereditary wicked devious heartless Fraudsters ? ....spits... Good riddance to bad rubbish. |
spyder880:Beautiful |
Plots 52 and 53 will be good too for the park as it is the most central. Or 26 and 27 merge. |
spyder880:Surely that's more central. what idea of park do you have in mind, green park with kids play area ? |
Spyder, Thank you once again for these lovely initiative, i will continue to support you. in anyway i can. However, these plots sizes, are they not too small? I am beginning to wonder what kind of house could be built in these. we would want an estate of class; just like the layout of the Ugwuoma Nike estate, with clearly defined road network, good size plot to accommodate befitting structure ( you are a builder so you should know better). your thought to use plot 77 for estate play ground, first, from the number of plots in this estate, this will be a Large populous estate, i would think they would need more than just one park. would it not be better if they are centrally or strategically located where it will be easily accessible by all. "the existing access road crossing between Okuku and Irete runs on the dotted section with R1-R6. I plan to reserve some plots for estate use and they include plot numbers 25,30, 36, 70, 71, 72 and 73 for estate services like shopping malls, security offices, administrative posts etc. I am also planning to have at least three gates here, (security headache but easier for entry and exits) but the main gate should be between plots 25 and 30." |
spyder880:Plot 77 for outdoor play ground? man it is obscured, wouldn't it have been better if the play area is more centrally located? |
Spyder, could you check your email and reserve the mentioned plots for me, please? BTW i have not received my deed yet for the ugwuoma Nike . |
spyder880:Any update on this, still not gotten mine. |
Not even ONE from the majority in the list ! Na wao.. what kind of impunity is this! |

July 16, 2015 ↔ no comments HON. TONY NWULU’S SURPRISE VISIT TO ISOLO GENERAL HOSPITAL RELIEVES PATIENTS OF FINANCIAL BURDEN IMG_8441 ShareTweet+ 1Mail It was a day of joy and honour for patients and staff of Isolo General Hospital when Hon. Tony Nwulu, Member House of Representatives, representing Oshodi/Isolo Federal Constituency II Lagos State, in his usual characteristics paid them an unscheduled visit. Hon. Tony had during the last general election, promised to make the welfare of his constituents his priority. In keeping to his campaign promises, Hon. Tony ensures he touches base with his constituents by making spontaneous appearance at key places that afford him the opportunity to interact directly with members of his constituency. Earlier today, July 15, 2015, Hon. Tony visited all the wards in Isolo General Hospital housing over 200 patients some of whom have been discharged but detained due to inability to pay their stipulated bills. Hon. Tony was emphatic to the plight of most patients on admission for different ailments. He equally visited those in prenatal and postnatal wards where he interacted closely with them. Some of them unburdened their hearts to him on their inability to pay their huge medical bills arising from delivery through CS and complications running into hundreds of thousands. IMG_8458 Tony volunteered to offset all their bills, including the prenatal patients which runs into millions in naira. However, all the bills were paid before he left the hospital few hours later. Additionally, he gave money to six other patients who couldn’t afford their prescribed drugs as some of the drugs were said to cost N68,000 for a single dose. Moved by the plight of most of the patients, he gave out N10,000 and N30,000 respectively to all the patients in the hospital. One of the beneficiary Adetutu Akiola who is to undergo surgical operation shed tears of joy as she termed the honourable ‘God sent’ as her operation was delayed due to lack of funds, but now God has answered her prayers. Another patient, Mrs Lasisi Latifat, who gave birth through CS who has outstanding bill of N51,800 and additional N65,000 for a single dose of an injection called Haemoglobulin, thanked and prayed God to bless “their honourable” for coming to their rescue. Other patients whose bills were paid to enable them undergo their respective surgeries include the following: Mrs Quadri Oluwatobi, Mrs Aluge Wealth, Mrs Raphael Janney, Mrs Adegbite, Mrs Blessing Ekiogu among others. IMG_8433 Tony while speaking to Mr Henry Koleosho, Head Admin & Personnel, said the plight of the people of his constituency is his major priority, therefore he is open to assist in making sure his people receive adequate and timely health care. According to Honourable Tony “I’m on a mission to make my constituency the best among the rest, and that is why I’m here today to make sure the pregnant women and children of my constituency do not suffer. He added, in this constituency, there is no PDP, APC or LP, “we are all one and I will make sure we remain the best constituency, as I talk with you now, renovation and rehabilitation work is ongoing at Ajao Estate Police Station as well as some schools. We are out to make them the best in Nigeria. Mr. Koleosho who received the honourable after the wards inspection praised and thanked him for such great and noble gesture, he prayed God to bless him with the wisdom of Solomon in the Bible. He said he was moved by Tony’s action, as many others before him only came and made big promises which were not redeemed. The problem with Nigeria is institutional, when Nnaji was the power minister why on earth did he not focus to building a coal powered power station in Enugu , that would have revitalised the coal industry of Enugu and Kogi states. By the way he is from Enugu !!!!.. He was busy trying to sell the entity to himself. No doubt, he is the best we have had so far in that ministry, that still didnt stop him from making decision for the state against state interest. And nothing to kicl start the eastern coal industry. Of course if there is a biafra , people like him and his caliber would be expected to lead the government. I WOULD REPEAT, HE IS THE BEST WE HAVE HAD SO FAR IN THE MINISTRY. |
bolabolakemi:do you really think if Biafra is realized, the same problems of Nigeria wouldn't befall it ? |
More to come... |
I'm a very proud Igbo man, however i don't believe biafra will be the solution to our problems. Our current underdevelopment would no doubt be chiefly pointed to biased government policies eg refusal to dredge/ expand or designate warri/crossriver/ptown port to international thereby enabling international shipping operations to commerce on these ports; relieving eastern importers and marketers from excessive high toll on goods transported through very deplorable lagos -benin express way. Failure of governement to maintain Eastern Federal Motor way, considering the Eastern are most reliant on roads ( north has railway. SWestern has lagos port at their doorstep ) Failure of federal government to redirect international flight operators to eastern airports ( Enugu was only recently made an international airport, and ptown airport was in such a shamble that defunt okada airline would shy away from it. ) Federal Government failure to support the big markets and the marketers. There is no soft loan facility to these marketers, no startup loan, whereas the major business of the northerners -Agriculture is highly subsidised, with loan , free fertiliser, govt back-back policies. The federal universities in the Eastern including UNN and uniport are widely less developed than top federal universities in both SW and North. Considering the region was massively devastated during the war, with UNN purposely destroyed to rumbles, hence there should be a concretrated development effort to bring these facities to par with premier universities in the other regions (IFE, UNIBEN, ABU). Same for sporting facilities. However FG can't take all the blames. Nothing stops our state government from initiating economic developmental policies either alone, joint with other states or in partnership with illustrous citizens and investors from around the world. Ariria has been in state of massive structural detoriation and yet nothing is getting done to it, the state government could provide a new site, source loan from bank ( there are big eastern banks), ask for a shared ownership with the other states the market cater for; AK, Rivers, Imo, pool funds together and build a magnificient market that would put dubai mall to shame. (With the contract awarded to a reputated company with expertise of such) Same goes for Onitsh main market. Nothing stops Rivers from building similar "Eko Alantic" kind of financial district in portharcourt. (Again pulling funds together will expedite the development ) Housing,; state government shouldnt have to build houses for people esp with other competing issues, state government could easily issue tenders of estates. As done abroad. So the government plans it, designs it and issue it out to developer to build and sell. Its a win win. No need to look up to FG for grants. Then the issue of identity; Federal Governemt should expedite abolition of state of indigene, so as an igbo man born and breed in zamfara i can actively contest and identify with my state. Zamfara shd be my state. And not any igbo one i have no connection with. (i wasnt born in zamfara btw) Weakening of state governement and more empowerment of local governement. Our states are designed in ways that put minorities at disadvantage. An Oron man cant never be a governor of AK without the acceptance of Annag people. This breeds antagonism and disenfranchises the minority, and hence calls for secessions etc. If the local governement are given more powers, the average man will be empowered, as his opinion would be closer to seat of government. People will be more concerned with their local governement. With local governement taking blames for any maladministration or underdevelopement. This would increase patronism of our country, the FG, even if that individual despises his ineffective Local government. Freedom of relocation/Resettlement ; there should be mechanism to enable a Nigerian move states and become a member of that state , able to be vote and be voted for. This mechanism exists currently but the durationshoul further be reduce from the current 10-15 years to 5. Eg An Edo man, should have the freedom to resettle in say Taraba and within 5 years intergrete into the state fabric. Claim any available state benefit etc. Some one from kaduna could move to imo and after 5 years start to enjoy the free education available in the state. |
How did the crusade go ? |
Op to what position did he appoint the Igbo man ? |
Shey LAGOS na NO MAN'S LAND, the OBA will welcome the BOko haram Prisoners. Southwest voted for Change , why dont you bring this change to them, move the prisoners to Lagos or any yoruba state. They are 50% Muslims, the prisoners will feel at home. |

Chapter 3. The leaves were falling from the plane trees and the nights were drawing in. Sarah looked in the mirror. Her lipstick a subtle shade of pink matched exactly with her earrings and necklace. A young man, naked and toned, walked approached her from the bed and squeezed her shoulders gently. Sarah sighed, tilting her head back slowly, her hair tickling his fingers as they massaged her shoulders gently. "That was nice. Note to self, spend more time in bed with beautiful young men." Charlie laughed. "Come back to bed then." Sarah sat up right and clapped her hands. ""No, no. I must be strong. Today I am going to have a meeting." "A meeting. Well, now that is exciting honey." Sarah put her arms through an exquisite pink and cream bra and reached behind her, fastening the clasp. An hour later she sat in the British Library in a quiet booth watching Simon dry his eyes. "I am sorry Sarah. I just can't give you anything else, everything has gone now. I can just about pay the minimum amount each month on the store cards and the debts. My bank won't lend me anything more until I start paying off some of my borrowings." Sarah smiled and took Simon's hands into her lap. Simon started to cry again. This was the first time that Sarah had shown any affection at all since all this had started, and he found it difficult to control his emotions. "Shh, shhh. Don't cry now. Let me help you. All you need to do is sell your flat. London house prices are booming at the moment. That will give you more than enough money to pay off all your debts and then you can rent." Sarah lifted Simon's head up with her hand under his chin and smiled at him with her mouth. Simon looked into her cold eyes and could see no emotion at all. They were shark's eyes. It made him shudder with fear and he felt a stirring that left him breathless with desire. A month later his solicitor rang. "Hi Simon, its Fiona here. All done. I've transferred the funds into your account and will send you the Title documents shortly." "Thanks Fiona, I really appreciate your help." Simon put the phone down and stared out the window. His heart started racing and he felt the most incredible rush. The phone rang a minute later, it was Sarah. "Hello Simon, any news." Simon felt his penis press hard against his trousers. He swallowed hard. "It's done. Now at last I can start to get everyone off my back." "There you go. You just needed little old Sarah to help you think straight. Come over for a drink, we can have a little celebration." "What, you mean at your place Sarah?" "Of course, why not, it is about time isn't it?" Sarah sounded hollow and distant, she was on hands free sitting astride Charlie, slowly raising and lowering herself as she spoke. "About seven. See you then." She pushed the button on her mobile and took Charlie into her, right up to the hilt. She was going to cum like a train and scream like a witch. She tightened her pelvic muscles around Charlie's penis which hardened inside her, causing her to gasp. At 7.32 pm sitting at Sarah's kitchen table Simon pushed the send button. Sarah sat next to him, her arm around his shoulder. "See. That didn't hurt at all. Now we just have to wait for the little blue circle to stop turning." They both looked at the screen, transfixed. A moment of unfathomable sexual delight for both of them. The world disappeared, melting away as these two people watched the screen. (Thank you. You have transferred £842,316 to Miss Sarah Carrington.) An hour later Simon, naked, on all fours sucked Sarah's right big toe as she sat on her toilet seat, the bathroom door locked. "Now Simon, time for that celebration drink, and then you leave forever, understood?" Simon, broken, bankrupt, naked and ruined looked up and nodded, a smile forming on his lips. Sarah stood up pushed him onto his back with her heel and sat astride his chest. He closed his eyes, feeling the hard wiry hairs against his top lip, encouraging him to open his mouth. As the warm salty fluid poured into his mouth large globules of cum splattered against Sarah's back, and ran down the crack between her buttocks. Nothing mattered anymore. |
