Driving around Ikoyi, there are lots of Federal Government High Rise buildings lying fallow and wasting. Why not allocate one of those structures wasting to FIRS. why embarking on a new construction of FIRS office in Lagos when lots of high rise structures belonging to FG are wasting in Ikoyi?
