You sounded like their 'greed' is a stumbling rock.
Their greed is not a stumbling block.

There will be permutations and probability.

There will be alignments and realignments of interests.

Then it will all result in certain consequences which all.of us will bear the brunt as a nation.

I know you are from the north
One thing is sure, when the battle comes tomorrow, the north can never survive it.
I am not from the north. I am from South East.

Tinubu's greed and foolishness is going to cost the south a lot.

If he is not greedy , the presidency without issues should I domiciled in South south or south east, in the interest of equity and fairnness.

Now there's going to be a lot of political realignments which is likely to cost the south presidency.

Oga Sagay, as a constitutional lawyer, you should know that there is nothing constitutionally wrong with power being in the north in 2023.

Since the greedy south west that have had presidency for eight years and VP for eight years by 2023 don't want to respect zoning and by extension micro zoning, then we should be ready all be ready to perpetuaate power in the north untill south west is cured of their greedy.

Every region is now ready to build its own "POLITICAL BRIDGE".
It is a always good and refreshing to see that we have a President who does not intervene in the rule of law.

From Corruption, down to politics, Our darling Daddy always allow the rule of law to take charge...

Memory lane........
Elections In Nigeria now,
There is no need to fear.
Why? Because the will of Nigerians will not be subverted. Never! A President once told us in this country that the coming polls would be do or die.
Not with President Buhari. Fair is fair. No foul play. Under his watch, his political party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has lost gubernatorial elections in Bayelsa(now twice), Oyo State, Zamfara state and Anambra states.
At the last Council of States meeting, Gov Willie Obiano publicly registered his appreciation to President Buhari, for the level playing ground he made available during the election in his state. With do or die apostles, and a certain political party in power, such would never happen. Not with their garrison mentality. All states are territories that must be conquered, willy-nilly.

APC has won gubernatorial positions under Buhari in Kogi, Ondo and Edo states. The victories were fair and square. The party lost in Bayelsa (twice), Zamfara, Oyo, Anambra etc.
This President would never manipulate victory for anyone, not even his own party.
And you ask us not to trust him?
We will, and no mistake.

God bless our darling Daddy President Muhammadu Buhari.
God bless Nigeria.

Lol cheesy
Just 3 mins ago sir!
All of us @ love you too.....
Let's share the love around!
Stay blessed Chairman!

Because that is what you have programmed your mind to believe and have successfully brainwahsed your self in your bs
believe.
So in that case, you can't be helped.
We leave you to your believe, supporter of criminals and looters.
Live with your nightmare kid! wink
A serving president in this country once said "dogs and baboons will soak in blood" and that statement resulted in the brutal massacre of thousands of people, Corps members inclusive.

When will people stop acting foolishly on this forum?

Lagos is huge. You have to be more specific

Is it in the mainland or Island?

If it's island, is it in V.I., Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, Awoyqya, Laokwe or Ibeju Lekki?

Your budget is also another contributory factor
Be more specific if you really need a house in Lagos.

Why are you guys jittery... grin cheesy
Hahahahaha, I laugh in patience Ozokwors voice.

All along his foot soldiers has been mentioning his name in relation and connection to 2023 presidency,he has not for a day issued a rebuttal or at least called them to order telling them that it is even too early to start talking about 2023, he is selfish and not smart.

I was expecting him all along to make a statement that it's too early to start discussing 2023 so as to avoid unnecessary distractions from delivering the party manifesto.

Secondly that seems also to be you people's line of defense when confronted with facts about odds being against him in 2023.

Tinubu is not smart after all, he's just lucky.
