This is a tactical endorsement and approval for Obaseki continuity, from Oba himself.

This means the Oba is not in support of any form of godfatherism.

Truely Edo is not Lagos.
Politics › Re: Third Mainland Bridge: Lagos To Roll Out 600 Buses In August – Sanwo-Olu by Macphenson: 6:47am On Jul 26, 2020
jawalis:
Even those who have never been to Lagos not to talk of plying 3rd mainland bridge are here claiming too know. If you really know the weight that bridge carries everyday and how important that bridge is to Lagosians, most of you will keep quite and let the government perform her duty. One thing i have lived to realize is the fact fact that Human can not and will never be satisfy. Am not defending Gov. Sanwo Olu neither am I trying to justify our government mismanagement and embezzlement through project but there’s this •Pull him down• trait that should be eliminated among us in Nigeria.
Everyone are here putting mouth to the matter as if we don’t know the bridge needs to be examine for real. Now if the bridge fall and atrocities follow, same silly people condemning the government here will still be the ones to castigate the government for not been responsible and careless. Some people who stays in their villages are there shouting “audio bus” too like they really know what’s going on in Lagos outside what media brings to them. I have seen buses by LASG as promised when the Okada issue arose and if you want to see, come to Awolowo and you’ll see for yourself but false expectations won’t let some silly mofos see beyond their nose. Like some are expecting the government to give each street a bus right? Keep dreaming. We should encourage such act cos it’s fir the safety of Lagos residents.
Btw:our government officials should grow up and think like sensitive human beings. There should be more development like opting for railways instead of increasing the number in the city.
Oga nobody is condemning the governor for the repair works, the only issue here is the rolling out of 600 buses on an already over saturated Lagos roads. Did you simply stop for a second to ask which road the the 600 buses will use?

This is 2020 and Lagos should start thinking about trains and light rails. What happens to the one on going from mile 2? The only solution to the terrible traffic challenge of Lagos is train and water transportation.

I was even telling somebody the last time I wonder why Lagos is yet to fully harness the potentials of water transportation.

When I did a project in Anambra, there's a ferry that can carry cars across water in Omambala River. You just drive into the "PONTI" as it's called it crosses you to the other side and you drive out and continue your joruney that was over seven years ago, am surprised till date am not seeing it in Lagos, it will help a lot.

Sanwolu and his team should leave up to the 21st century leadership demands.

Politics › Re: Reasons Why BIAFRA Would Be Difficult (opinion) by Macphenson: 5:28am On Jul 25, 2020
IkwerrePikin:
That is why the Igbos want Niger delta to be part of them so much that Ojukwu forcefully included we Niger deltans to their Biafra.

Nnamdi also doing the same thing Ojukwu did.

But just like we rejected Biafra, we will continue to reject fraudulent Biafra as we wish the Igbos goodluck in their Biafra struggle. We support and respect their struggle.

But the Igbos should know Niger deltans will not gain anything in Biafra! Absolutely nothing. This is the reality.

Niger deltans republic is the best thing that can happen to we the Niger deltans. That’s the truth. We have the landmass, we have the access to the sea, we have agricultural, we have mineral resources, not just oil even uranium was discovered in Akwa Ibom, we have the beautiful cities and beaches.

Why will a Niger deltan join Biafra were you have igbos become 60% of the said Biafra? They will dominate the Senate, Job opportunities, the markets, and so on!!!

Ask yourself how many Niger deltans in Igbo land and how many Igbos in Niger delta??

God bless Niger delta republic.

We wish you goodluck in your Biafra
Ojukwu did not forcefully include Niger Delta in his struggle. He called for a meeting including all regions asking them the way forward. When he asked them the name the country will bear, a Niger Delta man told him that the name Biafra was already in existence as the Bight of Biafra, that's how the name was adopted.

His second in command was a Niger Delta man.

You are a Niger Delta man, with all the water bodies surrounding you, and all the ports around your region, yet when you people want to import car, you are tactically forced to import from Lagos ports.

Why is it so easy for your oil to be moved out through seas in your region but difficult for cargoes carrying cars and other goods to dock in your port.

Nobody needs your oil. I am from Imo state and we have oil. Today it has been proven that Imo state has the highest gas reserve in the country, so you can see nobody is interested in your cursed oil.

Take a look at Abuja and compare with your region that the money to develop Abuja came from, and have a proper thinking about yourself.

Today Buhari is building refinery in his state when there's no oil there, yet no refinery is functional in the region that has the oil.

ARE YOU REALLY FROM NIGER DELTA?

People like you have constantly failed to see the real problem of Nigeria because you view every issue with tribal lens. We have a serious problem with our political class across all ethnic groups. If we create south west or south east development commission today, similar story will still come out. Our society is deeply corrupt nationwide.
Now you.know we have a problem with our political class, but you always support and hail even those that rape you of your common patrimony.

Hypocrite.

What a bunch of cry baby looser!
One thing these men have in common is that they are underachievers seeking to live off a woman!
They have been in US for decades but did not attempt to advance themselves beyond blue collar and hourly low paying jobs.
Then when their smart wife from Nigeria advances herself and stabilizes, they begin to envy her because she is not letting him control her finances.
Did you read the part where it says those men brought them to sponsored their nursing education?

Politics › Re: Foreign Debt: Let Borrowing Binge Stop - Punch by Macphenson:
Honestly speaking this administration is on a borrowing spree, the simple question is what is Buhari doing with all these heavy funds as they are not commiserate with infrastructure on ground.

Ever since the inception of this disaster of a regime, it has been borrow, tax, borrow, tax.

Buhari came in and implemented TSA, increased vat from five to seven percent, introduced stamp duty charges, increased custom duties on new cars to seventy percent, removed fuel subsidy, introduced deduction on bank and POS transactions and other forms of extortion on hapless and hard-working Nigerians, yet it did not satisfy his insatiable lust for funds.

He has borrowed away the future of generations yet unborn, and he is not telling us the repayment plan of all these reckless loans he is piling up.

The irony of this whole thing is these funds are been looted with reckless abandon as it has been proven beyond all reasonable doubts ( even to the e-diots and zombies ) that this is the most corrupt regime ever in the history of this country.

Look at the amount been spent on debt servicing , close to a Trillion Naira.

I hope the people that voted this disaster of a president will explain to their children how they allowed a man close to his grave plunge his generation into such heavy debt.

Time will tell.

Lol FFK actually praised the same RUGA that he has been condemning and demonising online.

Then he said he was there on a "bridge building mission" in Zamfara.

Meanwhile he has been fooling his dim witted ipob followers into burning critical bridges with the North, while he silently builds his own.

Smart in a very wicked, selfish way.
Stop being mischievous and divisive,

Nobody has issues with RUGA being in the north, that's what everybody is advocating for, it is when they come down south and steal people's land in the name of RUGA, then issues will come up.

Some.people have even suggested Sambisa forest be converted to a RUGA settlememt.

The whole country has been advocating for RUGA to be sited in the north.
