Africans were groomed by lower materially conscious aliens who populated the planet at the time the ETs that groom the Germans/Austrians who were great in Technological advancement were also here. But our Gods or aliens or ETs as you might choose to call them, are from a different part of the universe were things are handled in spiritual ways and not technologically. I see no reason the juju should not work if done correctly.

The Energy is available everywhere, the potency and efficacy of this energy depends on how we know how to harness and explore it. It is like Exploring Space and announcing to the world, the Chinese, Russians, Africans and German Scientists like Astronauts, Genetic Biotechnicians that a new planet has been located in a milky way, all rushed to that planet and start colonizing and genetically re-engineering the beings they colonize. The Elohim, which is plural for Eloha which means 'those who from the sky came', are also humans like us, but more evolved and we have reached that maturity and we can create life and new species now and we are doing it.

The Europeans and Asians were engineered by technologically advanced Humanoids while Africans were engineered by psionically evolved humanoid aliens, but note that psionic and technological powers are all spiritual energies, how you choose to explore it and harness is your business. How you also perfect it and use it to your advantage is a goal many have not really recognized.

I have personally embraced both sides of the technology and I am developing both plasma and physical technologies to help me evolve as a spirit being in a material 3D density region in space-time.

I do not think many Africans still remember how to use the psionic techies because it is difficult to simulate experiments that cant be verified in a laboratory but it does work if you know how to harness the powers. I have used psionic evolution to understand how to invent technologies.
