Now a playmaker might have lots of assist like Debruyne or have less like Modric or Xavi or Pirlo, but what they do is create plays that opens up the game for the team to score.

Messi has been the creative outlet and top goal scorer for his team for so many years. That is no mean feat

Imagine someone doing the job of Debruyne and Lewandowski at the same time. What makes it even more spectacular is that he doesn't camp in the box 18 to get to do the Lewandowski bit.
