come 2015 you will be buying a litre of fuel in Lagos for as much as $2 when Thiefnibu becomes your premier head of state and things won't change for the next 20 yrs after which the reigns of governing you lot will fall on one of his kids! |
papparatzzi2013: Y1bos are really wailing about being marginalised in the oil industry ooooo. I can't shout. No worry , you go soon go back to that esteemed cocoa production that you used to build all of Lagos. |
eGuerrilla: My point is that the photograph was taken in 1968 and not 1966 as you claimed in your opening post.66 or 68 the Yorubas were demonstrating for oil 40 years back and still are. |
papparatzzi2013: So, there was no protest in Abuja and Kano. Who negotiated with government?I was responding to the 1966 protest assh0le! But even at that there were no protests in the Oil regions, SE and parts of the middle belt. |
eGuerrilla: @OP,what is your point? That is Tinubu square in Lagos and those are Nigerian Police officers. Don't you see a Nigerian flag in one of the placards being carried by that Yoruba man where it is stated that "We are for Gowon"?
|
papparatzzi2013: Was the protest only in Lagos?Lagos and Ibadan only. |
papparatzzi2013: You just dethroned Musiwa has the Joke of the Year.I am not here to make friends or take prisoners and I will not suffer a f00l like you one single lung full of air |
To Quote that famous etout agbameta on another thread... agbameta: Illiterate, it's our oil. |
atlwireles: The whole Ojota fraud simply showed Nigerians from the SS, that we live in two different countries. When this people were crying for N65 petrol, The same petrol sold for N110 in Bomadi or N90 in Warri. People never understood what that crowd in Ojota was really about.AND NOT A SINGLE PHUCK WAS GIVEN IN THOSE REGIONS TOO! |
papparatzzi2013: Joker/Retarde.en of the year award nominees on NLThe joke is on you and your people who are desperate not to return back to the cocoa planntation |
atlwireles: The war did not begin till 67. Was there any major showdown between Nigeria and De Gaulle in 66.I believe the French were supporting the Biafrans |
papparatzzi2013: No one has the time of a retarde.en, when it is well known fact on NL that Musiwa's brain is top notch compared to yours.Address the issue Mr. ITK. |
mascot87: Op, you are a fool, that is not Lagosnah Dakar be that abi? |
Abiolacicero: For every Musiwa their is a Magic Bishop.Yes for every load of rubbish you spew here a voice of reasoning depraved of any form of Tribal sentiments speaks out |
papparatzzi2013: Like Musiwa like Magic Bishop = laffing stocksAddress the issue and stop resulting to cheap insults. BTW you know say I get mouth pass you, abi? |
It is also important to note that the SW is the only region that has not at any time minced a word or made a move towards seccession. The northerners were the first to clamor for secession prior to independence and a flag was duly raised in places like Kano and Sokoto but the British advised them against that by stating that they could not sustain themselves without the north and that they just discovered oil in the south and that they will do everything within their powers to see that they managed the affairs of Nigeria. The Censors figures were thus rigged in their favor which led to the north dominating the house. Awolowo even called that census the biggest fraud ever. Even today, there are is a fringe group that wants to see the north free from the rest of Nigeria and are ready to die for it. They were even successful at gaining majority of northern Borno and Yobe were they hoisted their flags. The SE also have made clamors as we all know from recent history. The only region that still likes to complain but is not ready to fight for a change is the SW. Why? They even now don't want a confab to be held anymore because they know all the little wealth they have is as a result of them benefiting from this unjust sharing formula. |
revolt: posterity will surely judge those clowns that partied at ojota urging fg to keep feeding otedola and Co.This generation is cursed! Here is another of their useless demonstration
|
atlwireles: What was the first picture. That was a demonstration in Lagos around 1966 against France for supporting Biafra. |
TribalEAST: The fear of the yoruba is the begining of wisdom to your tribe. Mtchewwhy shouldn't any body be weary of your people? You guys are the main problem of Nigeria. You instituted corruption, mediocrity, nepotism and tribalism into the civil service after the civil war. You guys benefited most from the skewed allocation formula. For you to open your wide mouths now and ask for other non-yorubas to head back to their village and still be clamoring for free oil shows how stup1d you are |
papparatzzi2013: Can you please ignore this attention seeking OP. when the heat is turned on him, he will run to the MoDs again, begging them to close the thread.I laff. Address the issue you ingrates |
Is there anything from other regions that is being subsidized by government for the whole populace? The price of foodstuff from the middle-belt and north is subject to market forces. Even governance in "progressive" states like Lagos has long been privatized by concessioning roads and bridges why then should a finite resource like oil by subsidized? Bearing in mind that exploitation of this resource has destroyed their eco-system and by and large their traditional ways of sustenance. |
Bogus , Bunce and Bean One Fat, one short one lean These horrible crooks so different in looks but none the less equally mean
|
Shamelessly or f00lishly they have began celebrating the same assh0les that have misgoverned this country. The elite are not the problem but the useless illiterate youth who willing will mortgage their future in the hands of individuals that will not be part of their future
|
Agbmeta what have you to say on behalf of your "progressive" masters? |
If you want full resource control but oppose oil regions from controlling their own resource isn't that a blatant hypocrisy?
|
40years later they still want free oil. It is about time they weaned these ingrates
|
1966 Hypocrites. Tomorrow they will be asking for non-Yorubas to be deported from Lagos
|
agbameta: Illiterate, it's our oil.Just as your fathers were shamelessly occupying Lagos in 1966 for ND oil Olodo. How does the oil in ND and Anambra belong to you?
|
