Here’s my insight: It depends on what you’re renting. If you’re renting a an apartment (e.g 2 bedroom), then it is NOT your responsibility to pay any tenement rate, HOA and tax fees. If you’re renting a whole house (a single property on a single land), then all the fees associated with the house falls on you However, I have multiple properties that incurs millions in taxes every month. I average them out and just include it in the rent so that way, the tenant does not even know that they’re paying taxes. So, if your landlord is making it clear that you’ll be paying taxes, then ensure that the rent is below market rent. That way, you know that taxes was not added to it already. 91 Likes 7 Shares |

Lol... this list is based on “perception” and not FACTS. One thing you should note is that alll the countries listed have more foreign tourist/visitors per annum than Nigeria. Perception is based on exposure to the world. Ghana has become more exposed to the world and while the perception is that they are corrupt, it is still ranked one of the best places to live in. 1 Like |

Yorubas and igbos have to unite. We may fight and beef each other but a Yoruba man can live in the East in peace likewise an Igbo man! If my son or daughter travelled to Yoruba or Igbo states, I’ll be at peace knowing their chance of getting murdered is slim but i don’t feel the same way about the norther states! 4 Likes |

Interesting Since there isn’t any solution, I’d recommend random audits of restaurants. You can audit 50 restaurants a day and get multiple food sample after which it is tested for paracetamol. Should it test positive, the restaurant will be closed and the property handed over to the government. Awareness has been created and restaurants have been warned. This is not time to stand and look! It’s his personal life and his business. Though I can’t help but notice that most black athletes and celebrities go for whites women but you’d rarely ever see a white celebrity with a black women. Our women are beautiful and intelligent. It’s quite unfortunate that our successful men would rather give their economic power to the whites than to bring it back home. Time and time again, we’ve seen these white women clean out the black athletes account during a divorce a separation! It is well sha. I pray that in my life time, the black race will rise like a phoenix and take an enviable position in the world! It starts with Nigeria! The Libya conflict was a great opportunity for Nigeria to deploy thousands of armed military troops to fight the insurgents and also to Establish dominance as a power player in Africa. Send specially trained military men so as to ensure civilians are not harmed and collateral damages are minimized. Why are people acting so Naive? Powerful people in Iranian government were in Cahoots with the US government to dispose the Souleimani guy probably because he is a “true believer”, difficult to negotiate with, old school and will never lead the country to meaningful peace With the western world. Less than 48 hours after his assassination, he was replaced by someone who would talk tough and chant “death to America” but who’s actions will shows he’s a reasonable moderate!! In order to save face, the United States will allow Iran carry out some form retaliation with very minimal to zero human casualty.
