Nobody is defending anyone but the cops job is to gather information, present that information to the district attorney and let him do his job. Where did it say hit and run? The man was arrested and they had to let him go because it was an accident and he wasn't under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Just hope they aren't like the US and the case is still under investigation.

Please I really need someone's help.
My mum Is suffering from glaucoma. She discovered this last two years. She was told to do surgery then but because of the fear she has concerning anything surgery she opted to receiving prescribed medications(eye drops and drugs). Recently however, she has been complaining incessantly about her sight deteriorating and I'm really scared coz I don't want my mum to go blind. So we went to d doctor who told us to do surgery before...but we were told it was too late for surgery and she just has to keep managing her sight like that...please I sincerely need some advice from the opticians in the house. Please is there a possibility of getting glaucoma surgery two years after it was diagnosed.

The young man was just trying his luck politely, albeit his introduction is faulty and far from being top-notch. She could've also being polite and offered at least the barest minimum courtesy to make him feel human and maybe point out his lapses and maybe even decline his offer if she's already engaged.
The only reason she's this brash is because she is young, narrow minded and thinks she's getting it.
These kind of girls will now be very humble and accommodating when they're above 30 and no husband.

Back in Europe you will offend any uber driver if you seat at the back seat while he drives. He can insult you and not give a damn. They also love interactions while driving.
