Joebie: they have more access to the said players than we do because they practically groomed them. Hence, they utilized more of them than we did at various age levels. Let’s be logical how many of the said dumped players deserved a recall? All the Nigerian players that have once been invited and forgotten, would u say we also dumped them? We are talking “one passport” Nigerians now.
Modified It’s an unfair comparison because we haven’t been able to get a lot of the said players to play for us in the first place. oga i don't want to go on a circle |

Me i for see ighalo scoring charlesemeka85: i think an iwobi behind iheanacho will bring out his best. i will prefer success coming in as a sub to bully and muscle the already tired libyan defense when introduced. his power and pace will make him a handful for the libyans and i foresee him getting a goal. success invitation maybe be the end of ighalo in the national team |

Charlie on point ChrisKels: In the Enyimba match against Rayon Sport in Kigali, here are the words from one of the super sports commentators/pundits. It was probably TK ;
"if I was the Nigerian senior national team coach, I would give this Enyimba goal keeper(Afelokhai) a call up, at least, as a compensation for his heroics so far in this competition. Even if it means training with the team, not necessarily playing in a match, that will be enough motivation for him to keep doing what he is doing and doing it even better"
I was like, if only u knew that the one on the bench is always selected instead... This is injustice |
