There's no difference in salary between business areas. You can only have difference in Bonus which is of course due to several factors; appraisal performance inclusive.

He sacrificed his methods for results in his first year. That’s why he’s really struggling now.

If we want to continue to play transitional counterattack football, Bruno is the guy. If we want to play front-foot possession football like the other top teams he is not the one.
