your opinion is highly impracticable, EFCC and ICPC serve very different purposes... There are other ways Nigeria can save cost and not by merging two agencies with clearly established functions.

I’m very sure even you cannot draw a very clear distinction between the functions of the 2 agencies
FYI, a merger of Icpc and EFCC is one of the recommendations of the Oronsaye Cttee
