Birthed in August, the emperor`s month I write like God gave me a`text` of all sorts a notepad for a shield. . my pen, a warrior`s sword state of mind battle, I only fight victorious wars it`s me against the alphabets in my subconscious thoughts the desire never stops.... til every letter feels the intensity of a superior force need not even raise thy bar within these four walls cos i`m blessed beyond words..like i`v got suspended floors (flaws) won`t stop until every vowel, nouns, adverbs.. pronouns and verbs are pronounced as dead slash every consonant into tiny particles on the ground so they say I killed English like I `gbagauned` I`ll get across worlds just to cross words like puzzles, astronauts then let the slashed consonants, console ants let the facts roll dawg! i`m the main character, bleep ur cameo shots still king in this, peep the castle`s door its no braggodocio...bruh jst trying to paint a perfect picture like when Picasso draws kinda like i`m blowing my own trumpet now a one man show, i'v got my own puppets now he who pays the piper dictates the sound, i`m the the piper`s boss just here to CEMENT my stand....before I hit a writer`s BLOCK! You so called pro-tithers would never agree to simple facts [size=14pt]1) The commandment of tithing was initiated for the sustainance of the Levi priests (Levites) and to FEED the poor. 2) The Levites had no inheritance and at such no other sources of income by default. 3) Monetary tithing was never mentioned even though it was made clear money was already in circulation and being used to purchase things that period. 4) Presently, there is nothing like "the priestly tribes of Levi". 5) For the reason stated in 4 above, there was a need to cancel the commandment of tithing as documented in Hebrews 7. 6) Your pastors collect Pastorial offerings, Welfare and Tithes seperately to promote their greed and selfishness. . . . [/size] Honestly I can go on and on and on, I will in good faith like to state that TITHING IS NOT ONLY WRONG BUT IS A SIN. It's like giving Bribes, both the giver and receiver are guilty of the same sin. These pastors remember to read MALACHI 3:10 to defend tithing like/because their lives depend on it, the same old testament KJV tells us to purchase BEER after selling your produces (tithes). I mean, I can decide to take 10% off my income, buy alcoholic drinks for my family and friends thanking God for his provision. Do you know your tithe according to the scriptures is redeemable? this is the easiest proof you need to know MONEY is not even acceptable as tithe. The commandment of Tithe is basically the opposite of free will giving Apostle Paul and Jesus Christ kept teaching us about, it is just you giving because you have been compelled to. If you interchange FOOD, and STOREHOUSE for MONEY and CHURCH then you should be slapped back to reality. People would want to say why don't the anti tithers focus more on other wrong doings in the church...it's SIMPLE, Tithing is the root cause of the other problems the church is experiencing. You don't expect these Men of God to preach about morality if top church members in that particular church act immorally but pay huge tithes. They can't preach about the bad leadership if the church(Men of God) is benefitting from the politicians in the church. This is common sense, you do not need anyone to tell you. Christianity and the Christian faith is being questioned everywhere in the world today especially Nigeria because of the display of our so called Men of God. Go to the 'worse of men' houses today around the country and you will see so many pastors around worshipping them because of their wealth. It's more than just paying tithe, it's about enlightening the millions of gullible Christians in furtherance of the true gospel. Ignorance is no excuse..You own your money, your income...if you like give the pastor 80% of your income, it is not our business but please understand what you are doing and do it right. Too many fake men of God on the rise because one thing is sure for them......your tithe. Motivational speakers carry bibles around now adays, the church business is lucrative. I am not encouraging you not to give, but please it is the heart that matters and don't pay any freaking tithe. Make a pledge to God, you can walk to a poor person and hand over the pledge, God will acknowledge it way more. Tithe is a commadment that was cancelled in the new testament, by going by it then you are acting against the reason Christ died on the cross. I'll continue to support my Pastor financially the best way I can, I'll pay offerings and welfare but will not put a dime inside that tithe envelop. They even call the tithers out to pray for them seperately hehe they pray for them to enjoy what I am already enjoying without paying tithes to the church pastor. You can not deceive God, you are only deceiving yourselves with the help of your men of God and honestly, you are not even helping your men of God. Jesus Christ did not die for us to pay 10% before the heavens will be opened up for God to pour out his blessing upon us. @Coogar no personal ish but Christianity is suffering such ill fate in Nigeria and the world at large because of people like you. You are here screaming Evidence! Evidence!... what you need it for? to defend him more? ... Have you been to the Church before? If PFN knows it's duty, they should be digging by now to find every atom of truth but well, it doesn't involve money or new jets so they'll probably just relax in their mansions and laugh over it. This is the first time I'm commenting on this issue, the Native doctor pastor is keeping quiet and preparing a 'bogus response' for easily manipulated people like you. I won't even take sides with Ese but trust me when I say I know how these men of God manipulate members by peddling and editing the gospel. It is even hard for me cos i'm Obliging your posts with such response but my brother YOU NO GET COMMON SENSE?? If Ese brings out hard evidences, I'd completely rebuke her and call it a cheap blackmail. If it isn't for blackmail, I do not see any reason for keeping evidences unless this was all planned. Infact, with concrete evidence I will totally take Pastor Biodun's side and say he must have been seduce for the purpose of wrecking his ministry. This way since I am in Abuja, I might want to join the church and worship with them. All you see these days are MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKERS AND NATIVE DOCTORS using the bible to extort. We are quick to criticize policemen for their ways when these so called preachers are even more corrupt than our leaders. You need to have an idea of the level of mockery the Church is receiving because of these loosed souls. Until people understand the basic laws of life, they'll keep worshipping their church leaders. It has already been written, give and it shall be given unto you...you do not need anyone to force you or a commandment by way of tithing or a simple trick of sowing a "PAINFUL" seed as these motivational speakers cum pastors will say. They have turned God to a simple money doubler *sad*. God is more than this oooh! God is truly merciful and deserves even more than all the glory. These pastors won't even allow God take the glory, they drag it with him. God asked you to keep silent yet you are preparing a 'bogus' reply, please which God do they mention these days? the one that told a certain pastor he should run for presidency? Pastors are fast becoming like policemen, when you are getting frustrated in life, go to a bible school and CALL GOD!. A friend once said being a pastor is for lazy people who cannot hustle and have decided to defraud workers in the name of Religion. I have had the opportunity of working close to a number of wealthy Nigerians, they have no single respect for the church as a whole because the heads of churches are steadily bowing to them and worshipping their wealth. Read the bible for yourself, teach yourself, have a clear unbiased understanding and you will be exposed to the truth. Most of these pastors are excelling because they constantly preach prosperity. These modern churches with alot of youths worshipping there is a simple ish to decipher...of course we want to go to a church where they preach the kind of gospel that suits our social life and yet helps us attain the level of faith that will enable be make much more money to finance an untrue way of living. FAITH IS ALL WE NEED, SHIKENA! Please let's save Christianity, it is the only religion we know. We can't fight for God, he is already fighting for himself by exposing such acts, instead people are here fighting against him. Alot of wrongs in the society because of this same religion. If even Pastor Biodun is innocent and vindicates himself, don't you think this whole scrutiny will make other men of God sit tight and come to terms with their calling if at all they have been called?
