I attended Lagos career fair and I ve not heard from them yet. Pls let's keep ourselves posted on information as we get them. Anyone has an idea of their Pay? Cos d kinda cars and jeeps applicants came with to Lagos fair, I mean for the company to wanna pull those guys out of where they are already working, it therefore means that they must be willing to pay heavily.

That is not my mistake.... When batching concrete by weight all you need is the relative density of aggregate, water to cement ratio..... And you are good to go

Bro! sorry to distract u from ur nice work, buh I still insist u get this one wrong. The relative densities of these materials are already constant. Batching by weight involves weighing these constituents of concrete in that ratio, that is, 50kg of cement, plus 100kg of sand(0.1tons), with 200kg(0.2tons) of aggregate.

While by volume is using a head pan of cement to 2head pans of sand and 4of granite/gravel. And only few people batch by weight except big batching plants.

Also, isolated bases, remain isolated bases, standard works requires form works and prepared specially.

Another thing again is that u claim to use an isolated and pad footing foundation yet, I can't clearly see ur 1.2x1.2m pad form. All am seeing is basket placed directly on blinding. This is wrong construction. The need to use expert and certified civil and building engineers in any project cannot be over emphasized.
Now, of what use is the plinth beams to this structure at dat level of d dpm? It wuld bear more loaad of that beam ws at d base of d foundation tieing the bases of the pads together. And in this case, shuld be Tie/link beams. And the blocks can now sit on d beam.

We take so many things for granted because Nigeria is blessed wit good and stable soil, else so many collapses will be happening daily.

19.5mm coarse aggregates (ganite/gravel)
River sharp sand and ordinary Portland cement.

Mix ratio was 1:2:4 by weight

A total number of 250 ex-members of the youth vigilante, Civilian-JTF, who had been supporting the Nigerian military in the fight against Boko Haram, have concluded military training and have been fully inducted into the Nigerian Army.
The newly-recruited troopers on Friday stormed the Government House Maiduguri, on a “thank you” visit to the state governor, Kashim Shettima. They appreciated Mr. Shettima for helping them to be enlisted into the military.
The new soldiers, all clad in their combat fatigues, marched into the government house amidst cheers from their fellow Civilian-JTF members.
Benjamin Solomon, the leader of the team and commander of the parade, addressed the governor at the government house.
“We are here to say thank for making us become soldiers of our great country. We thank the president and we thank our father, the Chief of Army Staff, who ensured that we are soldiers today,” said Mr. Solomon.
“We are very many in the state and we are pleading that others too be given the same opportunity to become soldiers as well. We also have graduates among us who could also be given an opportunity to serve as officers of various military and paramilitary services. Who told u rain water is even near to distilled water. It is not, rain water are usually acidic due to the presence of acidic oxides discharged into the atmosphere which in-turn gets dissolved into d clouds and fall as rain. If in doubt test wit a litmus paper.

To get distilled water, get a kettle, boil water wit it, and condense the water vapour comin out from d open end of the kettle when d water is boiling.
