This is how they generate the 30% and other bonuses. MMM is using Crowd Fund technique that every financial institutions using. Like banks, insurance companies, pension houses etc. Crowd fund approach is when many people pool together fund and inside it people were paid what is due to them. Example you pay N5000 every month as insurance premium and one person got accident they pay him N1m, insurance paid him d amount inside the pool of cash earlier deposited. So likewise banks they pay withdrawals inside deposits,knowing fully well that we all cannot do withdrawals at d same time, if we all should do that they won't have money to pay us.
Mr Mavrodi applies d same approach in MMM
As people are joining everyday its making d community more vibrant with new deposit. And as old participants getting paid they are doing new deposits. So money continue rotating like that.

They actually wanted to conduct interview for some Kaduna Batch today. It was however postponed till further notice. Unfortunately I had traveled for 10 hours only to be told the interview has been postponed. I was furious and felt sad!!!!. Anyway Alihamdulilah!!!!!!!

Did they give any reason(s) why it wz postponed?

These guyz need to be much more organised, the whole thing looks a bit shabby, too many disarrays here and there. Some people had not even heard from them after the first career fair/interview, while according to Fifthcolumnst, another career fair is set to take place in Lagos again. May God see us thru sha!

Educated people should not talk like illiterates, it is disheartening. In this contex, there is no difference BTW ICT minister and minister of Nigeria Communication Commission. If u still check d hierarchy of Kenya's communications, there will still be a Bunmi Okunowo.

It's jst like Ministry of works having several chief engineers, directors and perm secs, and still having a minister of works.

The Newtons first law is easy to comprehend. If there is no external force/action, there is no change!

That is, change is always as a result of an external action.
If the Universe is expanding, logic tells us that at a point in time, it must be localized. Theists have an answer for what this force is even if it is impossible to bring the force into the laboratory-GOD.

What is the Atheists explanation?

I doubt if they have any, rather than rely on science to bring an answer someday.
Another thing they forget is that even theists are scientists, and in all their knowledge abt science, they have consistently meet up wit challenges that defiled human explanation.

No matter how hard u try, the best of human knowledge is mere foolishness before God. In other words, ur mortal brain cannot and never comprehend the glory and Wisdon of God. God created the Universe and everything else in the world, science can only speculate on this fact buh can never be sure.

For those of u who don't believe in God, what if u die and u discover that u must stand judgment before Him whom u never believed existed what will be ur fate?

My candid advice repent now and accept God into ur lives as ur creator and maker before u are being condemned into a christless eternity.

The God we Christians proclaim is a living God, he is in constant communication wit those who worship him sincerely, he speaks to them and gives his Holy Spirit to them to assist them live righteously. And I tell u, there is no greater joy than these.

At the end, only a fool will say that there is no God, seek him now that u can find him.

Sorry my response came in late, It was a long journey from IHS head office to my area close to badagry and I had to join our church program afterwards

Now for the interview!
There is no much difference BTW this one and the first one we had at workforce, except that we are kinda fewer, like 10 people with different interview time, and this time around, the questions came from one white folk dat looks European.

Still questions abt my CV which they have a copy already, what u can do for them, ur experience etc. It was not in any way technical, no salary discussion, jst like d first.

So to all those expecting their soon! no need to panic, go in there with all d confidence u need, and God shall see us all thru! Amen
