Pastors are biblical scholars who spent time studying Gods word and praying. Their Job is to teach people to have Faith in God and lead them to Heaven. Not to treat sicknesses. The gift of healing is giving to all Christians who have faith in the name of Jesus. So even u can pray for the sick to receive healing provided the sick have faith in Jesus.

U can decided to pray for El rufai to receive healing, but does he believe in the healing power of Jesus Christ the Son of God?

What u said is right, but don't generalise, there are many kinds of viruses. While HIV virus is spread thru fluid contact, the SARA COVID 19 virus is different, while it can also be spread thru blood contact, it is also spread through surface touches when u touch ur mucus entry points. And don't use the word survive for none living things, u rather say it gets destroyed when not in human blood. But the Coronavirus still remains intact in surfaces

We don't buy crude, rather we sell it and buy the finished product. And there is no indication that price of finished product dropped by 50%.

The crash in oil price will mean less income to the government, hence it is not a factor to use in determining price of the finished product.

The best visa you should seek for while coming to Australia is a skilled visa, which grants u a permanent residency and ability to work unlimitedly. U get to pay cheaper fees for study and enjoy free health care. Anything aside this is suicidal. Even persons on student visa don't find it easy as they work and use all the money to pay for school fees and visa renewal. Though it's still good as many seek residency after schooling.
