Christianity EtcRe: You Can Never Miss Heaven If You Understand These Three Simple Facts. by Mailthaddeus(m): 2:26pm On Dec 17, 2020
Kobojunkie:
Salvation does guarantee Eternal life, but that same eternal life can either be spent in Heaven or Hell.

In essence, the one who will end up in Hell when Jesus Christ returns are also saved since they too believe in Jesus Christ and as a result have eternal life....Salvation does not grant entry into Heaven, and this is according to the teachings of Jesus Christ Himself. undecided
Don't say what u don't know and stop twisting the Bible. How can salvation give u an eternal life spent in hell? What then were u salvaged from initially? Read ur Bible well pls. Read Romana 10:8- the end

Hmmm.... so if you go about robbing and killing and in the end get caught and sentenced to death and about to be ehmmm.... stoned to death .. at 5hat moment you call on the name of the Lord and boom.... you are saved... Heaven bound... express... just like that.
It's funny, but God's mercy is available as long as you are still alive. The only person we can't deceive is ourself. If u cry out to God with a sincere for mercy in true repentance, you will be forgiven. This is what it means to call upon the name of the lord. And Romans 10:9 explains this further, it says " if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved".

Irrespective of the weight of ur sin, it has already been paid for. The punishment u deserved has been paid for. Jesus Christ has taken it all up upon himself so that u might be free the guilt of that sin .. What sends people to hell is not d sin they commit, but unbelief in Jesus Christ. This unbelief is what breed the sinful nature. So start by acknowledging what God has done for us by giving up his only begotten son for us. Accept him as the lord of your life, and ask him to give u the grace to make Christianity easy. Honestly I don't struggle with sin, not anymore. All I desire is to know God more and more and love him diligently.

Isaiah 55:8 ( My thoughts are not ur thoughts, neither My ways.....)
For ur own good, stop quoting the Bible out of context. The same passage u quoted states this Isaiah 55:6-7
Seek the Lord while He may be found,
Call upon Him while He is near. 7 Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the Lord,
And He will have mercy on him;
And to our God.

The Bible never disputes the way to Heaven, only Jesus Christ, and there is no other way. Not Budda or Islam or co.

I thought judgement was reserved for God. No man knows his fate until the day of judgement.... so why would you even tell someone that he can make it if he follows whatever steps?
No! You are wrong here. A murderer standing trial before a just judge knows his fate even before judgement is pronounced.

Based on the teachings of Jesus Christ, a Christian knows his final destination. Mark 16:15 stated anyone who hears the word, and believes and is Baptised shall be saved. Also, anyone who calls upon the name of the lord shall be saved. We are not saved by our own good deeds, but by the grace of God who has imparted His righteousness on us. This is what saves us, this is where our fate lies, in Jesus Christ alone our saviour, not our fate.... So we know where we are going, we know our fate.

It's understandable this is so unusual to u. Many people doubted Jesus Christ even after all the miracles He did.
And same Christ said signs and wonders will follow those who believe in Him..so we are not surprised to witness this miracle, rather we give all thanks to our God who can use His faithful servants as vessels to glorify His name.

Hate them, MURIC has passed a message. The video from Nsukka is dangerous
Christians don't kill. It's not on our system to kill for any reason. The only reward for anyone who takes the life of another is to be cast into the lake of fire. No 72 virgins in paradise, and our Saviour Jesus Christ never asked us to die or kill for him. Rather He died for us and gave us eternal life.

So anyone who kill is not a Christian, cos Christ never killed.

My agent has been disturbing me to pay school fees for the February intake but am still scared that the Australian embassy may not be opened to issue visa for the February intake. She is assuring me that they will open and that the earlier I do it the better. Pls should I proceed to make the payment?
U better pay and start ur application. The school will refund ur money if ur visa is not granted, but it most likely will as they actually need ur money.

Will I be good to go? Please I just wanna get all the possible info on this. Thanks always.
Switch schools as how? Is there an affiliation btw schools in Nigeria and Australia? Take out time to read about migration options to Australia. Having a degree won't even land u here, u must have a skill that is highly needed and u must also gett the point needed before u will be considered.

Looking at the Pathways to Australia, ur age and skill level place u at a major disadvantage. I can't seem to phantom any visa u can come with..

Unless u wanna come thru a student visa and from there get married to a citizen or some other thing.

I'm not actually demanding to get a job immediately, I've watched many YouTube videos about their style of plumbing which is slightly different from our method, so yes I know I must undergo some form of training there b4 practicing and I'll be ready to do it if I eventually enter there. But my only problem now is, how do I go about it?(the process of going there). I am a weac holder, 34 by age, still single, I have practice plumbing work for 11yrs and have also worked for the state government (under water sector) for about 10yrs now. I don't know if these informations can help in any. I really need help on this. Thanks to u all.
Ur chances are slim. Very slim.

What do you mean by I should not waste my time, Please Explain!
Have u seen anyone coming to Australia with such visa in recent time? The last time such visa saw a massive entry to Australia was during the North and Southern Sudan war, and majority of those Sudanese who migrated to Australia didn't leave a good record, they started forming gangs and causing havoc in Melbourne, etc. Nigeria is not at war, and even if it is, the population of Australia now is 25m and I don't think they want it to grow further.
You will just waste money for nothing and it will most likely be rejected. They reject visa easily, especially when u just apply for applying sake.

If u have the right skill, try the skilled migration process. Or u come as a student and from there find ur way.

It's easier to be here and seek Asylum on the basis of conflict at home, rather than from overseas

Pls, somebody who is a technician, like a plumber for instance, does he stand a chance of going to Australia and getting a plumbing job there. I'll appreciate your response.
I doubt u will be able to get a job straight away. U will need a licence to practice ur craft. So U will have to be retrained and undergo apprenticeship before. But ur retraining will be faster and yes, u can get a job sooner than a fresher.

Thanks. I appreciate.

How much is an average house rent and how is it paid (per week or per month)

$24 per hour is $960 in 5 days (If one works for 8 hours daily)
Will this $960 comfortably pay the bills?

Have you experienced racism in any form?
Mostly, rents are paid forthnighly, same with salaries. Rent is relative and varies with location, quality and age of house. You can get a good 3bedroom for 360-400/week. And this can be share between 3 people. Or u get an all ensuite 2bedroom for $300 and share for $150/week.

I have not really seen racism thrown at me, maybe cos I don't even have time to reason it. But might occasionally see subtle racism, but them, it's nothing to worry about..

$24/hr is one of the smallest u earn, you should get more than that in most factory work. And u must pay tax, it also varies according to ur earning. If u earn very low, you won't be charged tax at all.

Pay in factories ranges from $24.6AUD per hour to 30$ per hour for casual staff. Afternoon rates are usually higher. Doing 8hrs shift a day should keep u comfortable for a start.

Please help!! how do I genuinely give my life to Christ. I know the truth.
please help me
Take a strong decision to follow Jesus. Repent genuinely and confess Jesus Christ as ur lord and saviour. Your main helper is the Holy Spirit and u must pray fervently. The moment u stop praying, u start loosing his presence. If possible, set an alarm on ur phone to pray every 4hrs, no matter how simple, it's all about relying and trusting on Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit to help u. As u journey through this, it becomes easier, and then u begin to grow through the word of God.

Scot Morrison update should not deter anyone who has a means to come to Australia.
The average Australian is lazy and prefers to get relief packages from the government. Health care is free for them and they even get rental supports, therefore some would rather not work. During these Covid times, many people are getting jobs. It's all there in job sites, and u will definitely get something to do. And studies is arranged in such a way that it won't clash with ur work. Cos no one except u not to work while studying. So ignore those comments about job losses and look at the positive side. It's not gonna be easy, but at the end, it would be worth it.

Please what is the financial requirements to study in Australia? It is the total tuition fee and cost of living for the entire programme (2years programme) or the tuition fee and cost of living for 1year?
On the average, tuition fee will be around $62,000AUD for masters program, then another $2000AUD for Overseas Health Insurance and collage/adminstrative fees. Rental cost starts from around $130/week, but once u are in Australia, you can work to support ur studies. But prepare for at least 1month rent, cos there is no guarantee u will get a job asap. Also, a car is very important, you could get cheap one from around $2000-3000...in everything, u start small and then upgrade.
