Yes.. You will just have to explain it briefly in your Letter of explanation, and make sure you submit the Original copy of the statement of result... Peace Shukusheka: |
Hello Yureyes Your application has passed the processing time so you have every right to start sending then mails and webform... But let it be more of emails.. Send at least 5 daily emails to Nairobi, London, Lagos. Let the emails be individual emails to these respective IRCC centers.. Peace Yureyes: |
Hello Topjim This is quiet straight forward and easy to tackle.. The major concerns of the Visa officer was that you had a lump sum in your Statement of account which wasn't explained, you failed to demonstrate your relationship with your sponsor, I assume your sponsor is a 3rd party sponsor.. Your sponsor failed to show commitment to your studies and living expenses. Now, having a lump sum in an account isn't a problem at all, but not explaining how the said amount dropped in your account is the problem, so in your next application, you will need to explain in details the reason and purpose of the lump sum.. Secondly, you will need to proof your relationship with your sponsor.. If the said sponsor has sponsored you before for any educational pursuit , then that will be a very good tool. Also he or she will have to show total commitment to your studies and living expenses all through your stay in Canada. Let the Visa officer see that these funds declared will actually be available for your studies.. If you haven't paid your school fees, at least the 1st year, in your next application, please do.. Break down how you gonna use the declared funds for the purpose of your studies and living expenses all through your stay in Canada... Peace Topjim786: |
Hello Lanrejacobcfe I have answered a related question earlier... Eligibility can start anytime, its not compulsory it starts before Medicals.. I have seen Eligibility got started and completed same day the applicant got his PPR, and this is much after Medicals have been passed... Your application is in its final stage so be hopeful and positive.. It will end in praise.. Peace Lanrejacobcfe: |
Hello Olamiteni It will surely end in praise... We wait your testimony.. Peace Olamiteni: |
Hello olasubomy This looks familiar.. There is nothing wrong with your post cos we are here to help each other with information.. But what is wrong is taking someone's content without acknowledging the source of your post, this is how plagiarism starts.. It's better you correct it now , so it won't put you in trouble later when you get to Canada. Plagiarism is a big offense in developed countries.. Peace olasubomy: |
Hello Nimi This debate between Canada and UK has been on for years.. And I don't wanna go into that again, probably anyone that has something to say can advise you... But Honestly speaking, Canada is worth waiting for.. Once you get to Canada, you will forget all what you went through enroute getting your Canada Visa.. If you scroll up a lil, you will see a post of an applicant who got to Canada 12 months ago advising that Canada is worth the wait.... Even some peeps that are in UK, still find their way to Canada.. Let me stop here.. Peace Nimi3326: |
Like I always advise applicants before embarking on the Canada study journey, you must really have a lot of patience cos the process of waiting for a decision can make someone depressed if you are not prepared for it.. This is my advise that will help a little, after applying for your Canada study permit and doing your biometrics, take off your mind from it and focus on other aspects of your life, I.e your Job, your business , your family e.t.c. Make sure you do somethings that engages your time and mind, do not put all your life around your Canada application, at least you had a life before Canada, so let it remain like that.. You can occasionally be checking your profile or your mails to see if there is any update from IRCC.. And this can be done once or twice a month, and not the every minute checking of your profile like some applicants here do.. This Canada Visa application is not for the faint hearted, this doesn't only apply to study permit application, Express Entry, Visiting Visa e.t.c also experience delays in final decision.. Despite the long wait and delay, it will surely end in oriase.. Peace Tywopraise: |
This is a normal practice with IRCC tho, they do call the headquarters of banks to verify if the Bank account submitted by the applicant is authentic, even though the bank won't disclose the amount there without the permisison of the owner of the account.. So for those of you submitting fake statement of account, your days are numebred.. Except luck shines on you.. Peace ehiremen2002: |
Hello Arriva There is no offence spending your money after submitting your application.. But as you are spending the money, be praying at the same time that IRCC doesn't ask for an updated SOA months after you must have applied, cos if they do and the money in your accout is less than the amount you submitted, then trouble for the defence.. Peace ARRIVA: |
Hello SandraOvie makanoglobalservices@gmail.com Peace SandraOvie: |
Hello Creative Your Medical status on your profile will change to "Your Medicals was passed on so so date" And hope you have access to your profile though, if not you can't know.. Except you check through your GCMS notes. Peace Creativeowos: |
Congrats Jxool As we all know nothing is impossible with God.. Let's just say grace spoke for you.. It worked for you doesn't mean it will work for him... Its just grace, and like you ended your post, it's all God Peace Jxool: |
Hello Pipz Sorry to tell you this, but this application won't fly.. A 37-year-old going for an Undergraduate Diploma is a total red flag, what's wrong with applying for a PGD or PGC? He has a third-class doesn't mean he can't get a PGD admission in any of the good colleges In Canada.. Now you are planning on hiding his 2 undergraduate degrees in Nigeria, meaning you will have a lot of explaining to do as regards his study gaps during that period he was doing his undergraduate studies... Do not complicate things for yourself bro,I will be truthful to you, this application won't fly, It's only an agent that is just after your money that will give you this kinda advice.. This is what you will do, since you have 2 undergraduate degrees, one with a 3rd class, the other with a 2:2. You can apply for a PGD admission with the 2:2 UDD, even 3rd class graduates get PGD admission.. Having a PGD admission at his age and stage in life will fly than going for another undergraduate diploma after 2 previous Undergraduate degrees at the age of 37 years... This is my advice, as you can choose to take it or not... Peace pipz: |
You are welcome Once your application has passed the processing time, then you can start sending IRCC emails.. Or better still,Immediately book an appointment for your Upfront Medicals in any of the IRCC approved clinics, i.e IOM nad Qlife, once you do your medical Examination, the clinic will submit your Medical results to IRCC, and in few days or weeks, it will be updated to Pass.. Peace themankelechi: |
Hello Creativeowos High BP is never a reason for failing medicals.. What the clinics do is that once they notice an applicant has a high bp, they advise the applicant does his or her medicals when the bp has dropped, after which they conduct the medicalexamination.. They won't conduct Medical examination if the Bp is high, until when it comes down to normal.. Peace Creativeowos: |
Hello themankelechi Find attached the processing time .. As regards your second question, Medicals does not determine the start of Eligibilty review.. Eligibility review can start anytime, it can start few days, weeks, months after the submission of your application.. Which means your eligibility can start before or after your medical request.. Peace themankelechi:
|
Hello opomulero You can't see an email that wasn't sent to you.. Peace opomulero: |
Hello themankelechi First, not getting a medical request from IRCC a month after submitting your application is not strange, some get their requests months after submitting, that is why most applicants prefer doing an upfront medical because of the delay of Medical request.. When an applicant does Upfront Medical and the result is submitted to IRCC by the clinic or the applicant, once its time for a medical request from IRCC, instead of sending a request, they work on the results of the upfront Medicals with them and Pass the Medicals.. You didn't mention the date you applied, with what I can see from your post, it's obvious your application has not passed the processing time.. Like I always advice, you can only start disturbing IRCC if your application has passed the processing time stated on the IRCC website when you submitted your Visa application.. If your application has not passed the processing time , you will need to be patient for this response , and if you didn't still get any response from them and your application has passed the processing time, then you can start sending them mails and webform... Peace themankelechi: |
Hello matthew As regards GIC, I can't remember any of the IRCC regulations for Nigerian applications which state that applicants should have their living expenses in a GIC. The instruction was that applicants or sponsors should show proof of available funds in their various bank accounts. I would say that you guys are going way beyond the requirements by opening and depositing funds in GIC. This is not a requirement for Nigerians rather for citizens of India, Brazil, Pakistan, China, and other related countries with an economic partnership agreement with the Canadian government. In a nutshell, having a GIC does not in any way mean you will get an approval. We have seen many applicants here sharing their approval timelines without GIC in their timeline... Many apply without GIC and they get approved.. With or without GIC, an applicant can still get approved.. Peace It will end in praise matthew080: |
Hello opomulero You can easily contact either IOM or Qlife for their prices.. Or any applicant who has recently done his or her medicals can helo with the prices.. Peace opomulero: |
Hello Sandra I will advise you to get your details from your so-called agent, you are supposed to know what is going on with your application.. As the case of an applicant here who got refused with a 5-year ban and got to know about the BAN 5 months later through her GCMS notes simply cos, the agent kept mute about her application to her.. After which she confronted the agent and the agent had to confess to her.. Once an application is refused, these agents won't disclose it to their clients, and the applicant will think his/her application is still going on.. That applicant got to know about her BAN through her GCMS notes, if not she would have been waiting till forever.. So meet up with your agent and get your details, if he is still insisting on not dropping your login details, then tell him to screenshot your portal, so you can see the status of your application.. Peace SandraOvie: |
Hello Engineer Try updating your Adobe reader, also try different browsers.. Chrome may not open the forms, while Mozilla or Microsoft Edge opens it... And hope you ain't trying to open it on your phone cos it wont open.. Peace engineerafolabi: |
Hello dude Applying without GCMS notes is same as applying blindly, some get lucky, while some don't. If you feel you can't wait for your GCMS notes to be out, then u can go ahead and apply without it , and pray u get lucky.. But I will advise anyone to be patient and wait for their notes to drop.. It will give you the necessary tools to tackle the concerns of the Visa Officer.. Like I always advise peeps, this race takes a lot of patience and planning... Merry Xmas and a happy new year in advance dude99: |
Hello Matthew This question sounds funny tho.. If the Visa officer accepts direct or indirect begging or crying, then everybody on this thread or in Nigeria would be in Canada.. Or if the Visa Officer collects bribe, then applicants with millions of naira would all be in Canada.. Also, if the Visa Officer accepts direct or indirect begging, then we won't have peeps that would be refused 3-5 times... If you do not meet the Eligibility to go study in Canada for a temporary resident visa, you will be refused even if you cry your eyes out in your SOP.. Just give them what they want in your application and you will get what you want from them.. Begging and crying will not take you anywhere when it comes to this Canada journey... Peace matthew080: |
Hello Sam Yes, you can apply without it... Many applicants here have applied and gotten their Visas without submitting it.. Peace Sam796476: |
Hello Olamiteni A final decision has been made on your application.. You should get your final decision in a day or days time.... Peace Olamiteni: |
Hello Mrczar What a wrong period to get a refusal, but at the same time, you need to put this aside and enjoy your holidays.. It's just a refusal and not a Ban or a death of a loved one, so cheer up.. You will smile at last.. As it is our tradition here after a refusal, order for your GCMS notes, no matter how long it will take, it will be very useful for your re-application.. You cant totally work with these generic refusal reasons, we need to know what exactly the Visa officer wasn't convinced about.. SO order for your GCMS notes, and when it's ready, drop it here... I will interpret the notes for you or any of the knowledgeable ones here... And I believe when you follow instructions and re-apply, you will get your Visa.. So cheer up and break Chicken or Turkey bones tomorrow with some chilled drinks.... Peace mrczar: |
