Hello Teejay IELTS is compulsory for Permanent residency.. A study permit is a temporary residence visa, so IELTS is not a requirement for Study permit Visa Applciation.. Peace Teejay13: |
Hello Holarjoseph I do not know about them having access to the student portal, but I am sure IRCC contacts schools to know the status of the students in question.. They do this regularly.. Peace Holarjoseph: |
Hello Tuoladeinde As an applicant, why didn't you submit your Statement of Account.. Anyways,When your GCMS notes is out, make sure to drop it here.... Let's work with facts and not assumptions... Peace TUOladeinde: |
Hello Dopekid I am not surprised about this at all, as we all know how terrible these agents can be.. Imagine paying a sum of 300k to him and getting a refusal barely a month after and keeping it from you after several months, it is really annoying.. Please be sure it wasn't a Ban you got though, cos like you said he submitted fake documents for you, even using a school you didn't attend in your Visa application.. Submitting fake documents and also having misinterpretation in your application are factors that lead to a Ban... So do your homework and make sure it wasn't a Ban you were given. If not, be thankful and make sure you get all the documents and other information this wicked agent submitted with your application... Make sure you do this before replying, so you won't complicate issues and eventually get a Ban.. You said you have gotten your GCMS notes, do well to drop it here, so we can help you interpret it and know the way forward... Peace Dopekidd: |
Hello Collins You are already taking the steps to a refusal or probably a ban.. We don't do and advise such here, I will advise ou build-up your account for some months if you are working or doing business.. Once you have the required funds, then you can apply for your study permit Visa.. Peace Collins4u1: |
Hello adventure You are already in the right thread.. Do yourself a favour by reading from the 1st page of this thread, before getting to the 100th page, you would have loaded yourself with the necessary information... Peace adventurez: |
Hello Demmy Keep sending them emails and be patient, it will definitely be updated to pass.. It will end in praise.. Peace DemmyDD: |
You are welcome Kokolanre and congrats.. I await your approval testimony.. It shall end in praise.. Peace kokolanre123: |
Its a major requirement Peace matthew080: |
Hello hopeefe Please try and read from previous pages.. These question is being asked everyday, i still gave an answer to this question few days ago.. Its is not compulsory.. Peace hopeefe: |
Hello Jermaie He posted twice, I quoted the first where he didn't make reference of the source.. And he corrected himself in the second post, and that was what you saw... Check my quote of his post, and you will see he did not make Reference in the said post which was the first... That is if he hasn't Modified it though. But he corrected himself in the second post, which is commendable.. Lets move forward from this... I just wanted to correct the act of plagiarism so we can get used to it on this forum, cos Canada or any of the developed countries do not joke with plagiarism, its actually an offence in these countries.. Peace So lets Jermaie0009: |
This looks familiar.. This is how Plagiarism starts.. There is nothing Bad in what you did by attending to the moniker, but the bad thing is that you didn't Reference/Copy the source in your post from where you got this post from.. You can do better.. Peace Jxool: |
Hello Bunmijab Its very compulsory you put your UCI and application number.. Canada does know you by your name but by your UCI, and that is what the MP will use to converse with IRCC as regards your application.. Peace Bunmijab: |
Hello GbemiBukk You didn't state the time you would be resuming.. If your resumption is January 2022, I will advise you keep sending them 5 mails daily until you get a response from them, your application has passed the approved processing time and its in its final stage, so you have every right to keep sending them mails.. But if your resumption is in May, you can still give them this month and the 1st week of January, and if you do not still get any response from them. then you start with the 5 daily dose of emails to them... Send individual mails to Nairobi, Lagos, London and maybe Accra.. Peace GbemiBukk: |
Hello Kokolanre You can do both... i,e Webform, and emails. Peace kokolanre123: |
Hello Jtom The wait begins.. The next request you will be getting from IRCC is a request for a Medical Examination.. And this will happen if your application is on the route of approval.. Peace Jtom301: |
I assume this is a Faith talk, but Faith without work is dead.. Put in action and give to IRCC what they require from you to get their Study permit Visa.. After which you can fly to Canada.. Peace matthew080: |
Hello dishy The bolded is not a requirement for Canada study Visa application... So its not compulsory.. Peace dishydens: |
Hello Childofgod No one is answering prolly cos you didnt drop your approval timeline and documents submitted.. Many applicants do not get back to this forum with their Timeline after getting their Visa, instead they come back with more questions and such behaviour is actually irritating... SO if you have not dropped your approval timeline, do so.. After which you can ask your questions again.. Peace childgodlyyy: |
You are welcome Wish you the best in your re-application.. Peace AbiolaSYA: |
Hello Gas You can DM me (click on my moniker(name) and click on Send E-Mail Message To makano), I cannot drop my personal number on a public and faceless forum as this... Peace gascoigne462: |
Hello Gas If you paid a tuition deposit, then you should have a receipt of payment from the school or a document to show you have paid a certain amount to the school.. But I will advise since you have gotten your Visa, you should at least pay half of the tuition fees and keep the receipt with you.. Peace gascoigne462: |
Hello Abiola The Visa Officer has not been convinced that the funds you presented will be used for your studies and living expenses in Canada.. Like I always say, it's one thing to have all the Millions in your account, it's another thing to convince the Visa Officer that the millions will be made available for your studies and living expenses all through your stay in Canada.. As regards the lump sum, you must explain in detail the reason for the lump sum, let the Visa Officer know the reason why the said amount was deposited in your SOA... You must do justice in your LOE in your re-application with the relevant documents to back up your claims... Peace AbiolaSYA: |
This is simply when an applicant does a Medical examination without the request of IRCC... Its mainly done to avoid the delay of a Medical request from IRCC.. I.e instead of IRCC sending an applicant a request to do a Medical Examination, they will just update the Medical section to pass since they already have the Medical examination results of the Applicant.. But note, doing an Upfront medical doesn't mean you will get your Visa, it's actually a 50-50 thing, but once you get a Medical Request, then you have a 90% chance of your application to be approved for a Study permit Visa.. Peace matthew080: |
Hello Abiola Are these reasons from your GCMS notes or they are just mere assumptions? Your LOE, backed up with the relevant documents should do the Magic for you in your re-application. Its not by saying your Dad is truly your sponsor, it's by convincing the Visa Officer of the total commitment of your sponsor by taking the necessary actions and submitting the relevant documents to back up his claim in his Letter of sponsorship and also your LOE.. If you haven't gotten your GCMS notes, I will advise you do so.. That will lead you on how to get your Visa in your next application.. Peace AbiolaSYA: |
Hello Kokolanre For the Medicals First, contact the clinic you did your medicals if they have submitted your results to IRCC ( They would have submitted though). If you have confirmed their submission of your result to IRCC, then you will have to send an email to IRCC informing them that you have done an upfront Medicals and also the clinic have submitted your results to them. In addition, you can attach to your email the E-Medical sheet that was given to you in the clinic.. You can send emails and also Webform.. Check at the footer of this post for the email addresses of the IRCC centers and also the webform link for Nairobi.. For the LOA If the LOA you submitted with your application is still Valid, there is no reason to send your Updated LOA to IRCC, on norms, if IRCC needs an updated document, they will inform the applicant... Once your submitted LOA elapses, then you can attach and send your Updated LOA or you wait for IRCC to request for it.. Find Below the Nairobi Webform and IRCC email addresses you can send your messages to.. Hello Flow Find below the emails addresses of IRCC Offices and also the Webform for Nairobi office.. Send at least 5 mails everyday to this Offices, do not copy any office when sending the mail, send individually to each Office... NAIROBI WEBFORM https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=Nairobi NAIROBI nrobi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca nairobi@international.gc.ca LAGOS lagos.immigration@international.gc.ca LONDON london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca ACCRA accraimmigration@international.gc.ca Find below the Link to get the Members of Parliament (MP) in the province your school is located in Canada.. https://www.ourcommons.ca/Members/en/search?caucusId=all&province=ON&gender=all You may have many MPs in your province, so you will need to randomly Choose the MPs you want, and if you can send a message to all the MPs in your Province, that wont be a bad idea.. But make sure when sending mails to the MPs, it must be sent individually i.e do not send to a particular MP and copy other MPs... Send individual messages to each MP.. It will end in praise.. Peace Flowwwwbiz: |
Hello Agunnaya Upload via Webform and email your Marriage certificate and an LOE informing them of your change of Marital status.. Peace Agunnaya01: |
Hello Flow Email who, IRCC or MP? Please be specific.. Peace Flowwwwbiz: |
Hello Flowwwwbiz These questions are being asked every day and the answers are everywhere on this thread... Keep sending them at least 5 emails everyday until you get a response from them... You can as well send an email to the MP your school is located... Let them know in your email that your resumption date is in few weeks time and you need a final decision so you can adequately prepare for your departure to Canada for your studies... Peace Flowwwwbiz: |
Hello Matthew This is a wrong thing to say, have it in mind that we may have IRCC agents on this thread, and if they see this post of yours, then it will be assumed by them that Nigerians are not really going to Canada to study, and this will have a negative effect on Nigeria applications... It's peeps like you that have made it so difficult for Nigerians to get their Study permit Visa with ease, Nigerians that will assure the Visa Officer they will study in Canada, only for them to get there and claim asylum and not study... This was the practice of Nigerians from 2013, before IRCC got to know which led to their stringent rules for Nigeria applicants since then... It won't be a curse if I say applicants with the mindset as yours should have their application refused so that students that are genuinely going to Canada to study won't have a problem achieving their dreams..... Peace matthew080: |
Hello Ekulu Grand Uncle or Junior Uncle, the Visa Officer isn't interested in titles.. The Visa Officer is only interested to know if your "Grand uncle" will be committed to your studies and Living expenses all through your stay in Canada.. They need you to demonstrate your relationship with him which I have explained on how you can go about that in my last quote to your post.. Peace Ekulu77: |
