I sympathize with all Nigerians on having to endure needless fuel queues. I’m being regularly briefed, especially on the NNPC’s interventions to ensure that there is enough petrol available during this period & beyond,” 1. Is sympathy the right response to "needless fuel queues"? 2. What do you mean by "needless fuel queues"? 3. You sit down and receive regular briefings while the nation is suffering? Dear Mr President, you've really taken over from GEJ. You took over his stupidity. |
And an end comes to the pension system .... |
You can sack over 20k people just like that? I borrow a wow to give you. |
No. We are only celebrating it the way APC thinks we deserve. A man/party/govt can't deliver more than his capacity. This is Xmas, the APC way. |
1. Except in few cases, the birth of a child is a partyable event. It's a normal thing across cultures. And birthdays too. 2. Think of God coming to us as a baby, that's wonderful. God was going to be us for sometime. Isn't that worth rejoicing for? If humans didn't matter, we started mattering the day "God" came as a child. 3. Then Jesus came on a mission. Not a wicked mission. He wasn't here for wars. He was going to help, to heal, to raise dead people. That's jollyable. 4. I am going to have a chance to settle my trouble with God now. Jesus was the simple way to making things right between humans and God. 5. How much did we know about God? Jesus would reveal a lot about God and what God wants. That's nice. 6. It's cool to have someone who has been in heaven come over here too. It's jollyable having a "stranger" from another kingdom come visiting. 7. Who doesn't want to be a sondaughter of God? That's the deal. It's the bomb! Now we are talking about a chance to be family with God! If I don't jolly that then I must be crazy. See where is my chicken, beef, meat, oyinbo rice, chops, .... Devil is a liar! I ported to Christ. I've got lots to jolly for with Christ/Christmas. If Remo doesn't want to celebrate, leave him. He can mope all day with Freeye .To all mankind - including YOU - I say Jolly Christmas! |

Having spent over N600b on both recurrent and capital expenditure, the "State of Osun" governor has come, seen, and conquered. He promised jobs, 20,000 jobs a year. And Oh yes Osun youths got jobs. The state is shining with employed youths in every sector. May Aregbesola's generations enjoy employment as he has served his state diligently. He promised urban renewal. Oh what wonderful renewal, excellent works we've seen 1km around the various city centers (palaces). May renewalsof the sort always follow him in life. He promised to make Osun the food basket supplying Lagos. He setup farming schemes in the various localities. A great way of making billions of Naira from sales in Lagos. As food comes from those farms, may his generations reap in like order. He brought Wole Soyinka etc to education summit. What wonders the state has achieved since then. Osun has taken over from Ekiti. The set of students produced in the state in the last 8 years are now ripening up as excellent first class degree holders around the world! These ones will be rewarding Gov. Aregbesola as they teach his grand and great grand children. The state has the most behaved students. Osun secondary schools have always been in the news in the last 8 years for various "achievements" too. Have you seen completed and uncompleted roads in Osun State? Even FCT struggles to match it. Has Osun state has received such wonderful roads, may the road ahead of the gov be. N600b after, 7 years gone, Osun State has witnessed tremendous changes. It is time to recount those changes and to thank all those who brought Aregbesola & who on the inside and backpages of the newspapers praised the "unusual governor". Coming up ... |

Dear "Fellow Nigerians". I remembered this and I asked myself what or who swallowed our 2 billion litre fuel meant for December. NNPC has 2 billion litres of petrol for end-of-year movements — GMD October 17, 2017. Press Release The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has a stock of over two billion litres of petrol to ensure a hitch-free end-of-year movement of motorists. Speaking at the weekend after his investiture as Honourary Special Marshal by the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), the Group Managing Director of the Corporation, Maikanti Baru, assured that adequate measures were in place to ensure that motorists have unimpeded access to fuel ahead of the forthcoming end-of-year festivities. Mr. Baru said provision of adequate petroleum products would not only ease transportation but would also make our roads safer for motorists, just as other consumers too would have no need to hoard highly inflammable products in jerry cans, among others, which may pose as safety challenge to them. “As we speak, NNPC has over two billion litres of petrol and we want to sustain this level from now on till the end of the year and beyond. This volume would give the country product sufficiency of about 60 days, well above the standard 30 days sufficiency threshold,’’ Mr. Baru said. Describing his investiture as an eloquent testament of the Corporation’s long standing commitment to road safety and support for the FRSC, the GMD said NNPC would remain unwavering in its backing of the FRSC towards achieving its mandate of making our roads safer for motorists and other road users. In her remarks, Deputy Corps Marshal in charge of Operations, Ojeme Ewhrudjakpor, who presided over the ceremony, thanked the Corporation for its commitment to road safety. Mrs. Ewhrudjakpor said that road safety was the responsibility of everyone from motorists to regular road safety officers including special marshals, adding that all have a duty to ensure that the safety target which involves limiting the number of casualties on our road is achieved. The logic and argument here is mature. Not many will read this talk less get the idea. Summary: Oshiomohole, Amaechi, Yari, Tinubu, Lai, APC, etc are a bunch who say things far from reality and truth. 1. In 2014 they were part of withdraw $2b money plan. 2. They came out to tell the public they weren't part of the plan and called the process a fraud. Just to score points. 3. Now in 2017 (as ruling party) they said the process of 2014 is not fraud. 4. In 2017 they withdrew $1b using exact process they called fraud in 2014. I must thank this man for going back the time to show this. Not that I had any regard for these people though, but now I know better. Everything you hear from the Nigerian govt is "format"! Yahooyahoo begins with govt (APC). |
Which APC state isn't indebted? But then Fayose listen and don't be a brat. |

My secondary school Wesley College Ibadan was founded 1904s. Obafemi Awolowo, Tai Solarin attended the school. So definitely that image can never be Lagos, 1895. I already saved it so I can track where that creature got the picture from. Lots of mischief in the hands of these wayward net users. Okoyeeboz: |
God will not forsake you Hebrews 13:5-6 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me? Deuteronomy 31:8 The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Romans 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 2 Corinthians 4:8-12 We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. Peace! |
I've always said it. Nigerians are too sharp to allow someone "collect" from them if it isn't working for them. Anyway, let's leave this matter. We've heard their noise. But like I say, in Christianity, even the poor give. Christianity is about giving. Tithing is giving. Sowing to friends, family, etc is another giving. Sowing to orphans is another type of giving. Their rewards are DIFFERENT. But those who call themself "controversial" and think they can score cheap popularity by attacking Christian beliefs we won't answer. We've been counselled as follows: Proverbs 26:4 Do not answer a fool according to his folly, or you yourself will be just like him. Proverbs 23:9 Do not speak in the hearing of a fool, For he will despise the wisdom of your words. Proverbs 29:9 When a wise man has a controversy with a foolish man, The foolish man either rages or laughs, and there is no rest. Please let's leave them alone. Continue to walk in your beliefs. Rather discuss with others who are of your faith, encouraging one another. That's what's profitable. Shalom ![]() salvation101: |
"Poor" Christians don't need Freeze's handouts. A Christian isn't ever a beggar. God supplies their needs. If you are a Christian and aren't lazy, then you can be sure you will never beg for bread. |
Mark 12:41-44 - The Widow's Offering 42 But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a few cents. 43 Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. 44 They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on.” |
They started with personal agendas, they went without facts. 1. Did everyone in SW vote for Buhari in 2015? No. Jonathan had about +40%, Muhammad had about less tha 60%. It is folly to blanket the SW as pro Buhari 2. Does the contestant in PDP need SW? Very much. PDP is already very strong in SE, a Northern candidate is a plus for them, what would attract the SW to him? 3. As it is, PDP may pick a vice from the SE / SS. A good one given the fact that the regions mentioned can do with a VP at that time. Strategically dumping PDP chairmanship in SW would have been a great plus for a better tomorrow for the party. It would have revived PDP vibes in the SW. Some mojo at least for the party. It's not a smooth road yet for PDP. But one thing is that PDP isn't APC. It will be hard for one man to champion the cause of PDP or to make PDP into a regional affair. The party wasn't designed that way. As woeful as Buhari is, PDP may carelessly encourage more people to come vote for him against them this time around. Personally, I dont want another Hausa/Fulani in 2019 except it is a single term. Herdsmen wahala should not go beyond 2023 at most. Giving PDP the ticket is herdsmen till 2027! So whichever way it is that party is disadvantaged from the go this time. Whoever is sinking in money really needs to be smart and sure. @atiku, @wike etc. Ragnorak: |
Leave the blind to grope in the dark please. He can go and die because of the prosperity he sees. No apologies is due any devil. No explanations whatsoever. My 10%, my business. If the Bishop likes he can print the Bible and sell at N10,000. Go and print your own too. No meaningful man criticizes another when he hasn't done anything productive ever in his life. Leave them. When Bishop Oyedepo moves tomorrow let them complain again. They are the "born to complain". felixomor: |

Freeze has come out to defend himself as an exemplary husband (or ex-husband) and father. See his response to being called a woman-basher.

1. No serious employer would allow his staff to be as uncouth as this Freeze (except only in Nigeria). 2. If there is just one church airing paid programmes or adverts on that station (Cool FM if he is still there), then what right has he to complain about tithing, and pastors? Since to him they are pastorpreneurs, YahooYahoo Pastors, etc why not reject his salary seeing he is paid from that "unrighteous money"? 3. If I use church funds, including tithes etc to air a programme in the same station where their staff openly and actively disrespect my beliefs, and insult my vocation, then I am irresponsible. You can't have it both ways. If the pastor complained and said to pull Christian programmes from Cool FM or whichever station still hosts Freeze, that's the appropriate thing to do. Allowing Freeze is saying you share in the opinions and sentiments, and speeches he churns about. In this modern world, you can't even discuss religion in most workplaces talkless of going on air to attack people's religious beliefs and activities especially when they are legal and don't violate the constitution. "Thy money perish with thee" isn't a curse. Sure. It is a blessing. |
Paul who cursed a man who wanted to buy the Holy Ghost was also unchristian. God who cursed those who curse his covenant man was unchristian.... tejpot: |
It is each person that will determine their own doctrine. Within sound biblical doctrine you find God declaring as cursed people who curse His own. Within sound biblical doctrine you would find prophets who bring fire down to consume adversaries. Jesus took the mess of his adversaries not because He was powerless but rather because that was the way it was written. Except it is written (in scriptures) that you will die in the hands of your enemy and you accept that as your fate ad choose not to appeal like Hezekiah, that prayer is sound biblical doctrine. alen4smith: |
Don't you wish to be like this people you call "Sheeples"? maximunimpact: |
Thanks for the explanation, but understand you are talking with a "congregation of haters". They just want to be popular, and they get that through controversy. If there was a dangerous thing to do, toying with spiritual matters is the thing. Like someone said, he (Freeze) is just a "social media nuisance", he knows there are a lot of Christians who will respond. There is freedom of belief, what's Freeze's business with what another man speaks with his tongues? Joblessness! 1StopRudeness: |
