Gehege I fordere Yen ![]() The quellen sound stupide Thomas, Gut okay These who think deeply will discern what I outlined and asked in the OP. We are told in MARK that Jesus was going about preaching the good news. We are told he read the book of isaiah. Indeed jesus couldn't have written about his death but what will do you have to say about moses writing about how he died and how he was buried in the book of deuteronomy? The point is, Jesus preach good news and not the story of his life, MARK, Luke, paul, john and co are gospel of themselves and not the gospel jesus was preaching in MARK. Furthermore, you guys are yet to tackle empire on his claim about mark, luke john and mattew.
now it Not about Jesus , But" Moses". The Good News is The gospel Jesus bring,it is Not a book, Mohammed Got it all wrong, if Allah give Jesus a book (gospel) As claimed in The quran , provide it let US See.Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the GOSPEL OF THE kINGDOM OF GOD , and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel." (Mark 1:14-15) This is clear God did Not command his son To writte a book,Jesus preach The kingdom of God and his disciples and eyewitness wrote it Down ,when bible translated "PREACH" it dosent mean Jesus read a book and preach it, Jesus only read from The book that prophecise about Him and claimed it To be fullfiled. |
suwailad:even the devil believe in Jesus. You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that--and Tremble. ( James 2:19) The New Testament qualifies the definition of a believer as being one who has faith in Jesus Christ. Faith is more than merely having some knowledge about the facts surrounding the life and teaching of Jesus Christ. Jesus Himself said that those who truly believed in Him would "TAKE UP HIS CROSS" and follow Him. The Bible calls into question the "belief" of anyone who is not following Jesus as Lord. Muslims don't believe God has a son or we are children of God, infacte a muslim who I debate with here says "calling yourself a child of God is a sin" First, the Bible indicates that believers are children of God: The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. ( Romans 8:16) You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, ( Galatians 3:26) |

rahymat:do you think God created you to come and enjoy life and live a pleasurable life? Although God want you to be happy but the division among human mean it will be hard for world peace to come, infacte praying for world peace is not among the will of God, God only want you to make peace with Him. https://www.nairaland.com/1995965/athiest-claim-god-existed-prayer |

missclasssy:All other religion provide solution to pleased God "if I can do enough, pray enough give enough sacrifice enough, perhaps God will forgive me" only Christianity say your bad deed cannot save you, salvation is a work of God base on the belief of Jesus christ,it is ONLY God that can provide a way in which we can be saved and not religion. |
God bless you my good friend. |
Dolemite:why do you chose evil? Chose life and live ,I gave you my word, God will come very soon. The bible say; Ecclesiastes 12:1 Remember also your Creator in the days of your youth, before the evil days come and the years draw near of which you will say, “I have no pleasure in them”; And open you mind and read this verse below; Ecclesiastes 4:6 Better one handful with rest than two handfuls with effort and a pursuit of the wind. foolishly expect more satisfaction in sloth and idleness. But idleness is a sin that is its own punishment. |

Fxwarrior:muhammed got them very very confused, muhammed thought the gospel is a book but unknown to him, the gospel is not a book, is the GOOD NEWS God bring to man.Jesus did not speak His own words, but the words that the Father gave Him>>>john14:24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the WORD WHICH YE HEARE IS NOT MINE, but the Father's which sent me. And this verse clear everything; John12:49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. 12:50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak. But muhammed thought the gospel is a book and he wrote in the quran that Allah gave Jesus a book, A book that is no where to be found. |
shahydbinaliyu:Allah command the muslims to stand and pray all night; Surah 73:1-2: “O you wrapped in garments (i.e. Prophet Muhammad)! Stand (to pray) all night, except a little.” (Hilali-Khan) However, the above two verses are abrogated by the last verse of the very same Surah: Surah 73:20: “Verily, your Lord knows that you do stand (to pray at night) a little less than two-thirds of the night, or half the night, or a third of the night, and so do a party of those with you, And Allah measures the night and the day. HE KNOWS THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO PRAY THE WHOLE NIGHT, so He has turned to you (in mercy). So, recite you of the Qur’an as much as may be easy for you.” (Hilariously) The directive to “Stand to pray all night, except a little” in Surah 73:2 is abrogated by Surah 73:20 – the last verse of the same Surah.n, we can see that Allah’s failure in his judgment resulted in the abrogation of the Qur’anic verses. It shows that many of the “better” revelations are revealed on the basis of trial and error. But, one of the real reasons behind the concept of abrogation is that Muhammad intended to make the performing of the Islamic rites and worship easier on his followers so as to hold on to their approval and satisfaction with his teachings. If he decreed something which later seemed to be too difficult for his followers to apply and they remonstrated against it, he would “lighten” it immediately and claim that Allah had ordered him to rescind what he previously uttered. And the verses he recited earlier were replaced by new ones. |
shahydbinaliyu:provide the verse in the bible. |
shahydbinaliyu:is this what you understand in my post? Thank you for your time |
johnydon22:the bible define faith as the Work of God base on the belief in christ Jesus."God made him (Christ) who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God." Corinthians 5:21 Jesus Died As Our Representative Jesus identified Himself with sinful humanity. He became one with us. God sent Jesus to represent us. Without faith in Jesus we are "in Adam", part of sinful humanity - fit only to die. But "in Christ", represented by Him, we can know a completely new kind of life. |
shahydbinaliyu:your don't know the true God how can you know his nature? The law is good and perfect, do you think an imperfect human can obey the law? the law is the manifestation of God holiness, and the law will enable us to know what is right and wrong. When the law was introduced, it was never intended to be the instrument by which man would save himself, but it was the instrument through which man was to be saved. When Jesus is said to have fulfilled the law, it means that>>>> HE PERFECTLY KEPT THE LAW AND HE IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE TO FOLLOW, AND NEVER SINNED (1 Peter 2:22). This was therefore a manifestation of and testimony to His deity. For more read here https://www.nairaland.com/2173054/what-jesus-meant-fullfiled-law |
shahydbinaliyu:Jesus has two nature, God and fully human, the bible say God is a spirit, can a spirit walk in the realm of human? No,he must possessed a flesh, God possessed the flesh of a human give him authority, God want to have a personal relationship with his creatures just as he did with adam and eve. Jesus Christ came into the world to solve man's fundamental problem. The problem of sin. All men are sinners, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" ( Romans 3:23).The darkness of selfishness, and captivity of sin overshadows our whole life. We cannot obey the law because our sinful Nature cannot resist sin, that why Jesus,Jesus is the only man both in the quran and bible who has ever kept the law, once we believe in Jesus and adopt his righteousness,we will not break the law. God is absolutely pure and spotless, for as it says in 1 John 1:5, "And this is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all." What results of man's sinfulness are listed in Isaiah 59:2? As light and darkness can never live together, neither can God and sin. He "dwells in unapproachable light" ( 1 Timothy 6:16). Just as darkness is dispelled by light, so the sinner is inevitably banished from God's holy presence and he cannot be in a relationship of fellowship with God until his sin has been cleansed away. Thus man's problem as illustrated below is, "How can I who am a banished sinner be reconciled to a holy God? How can my sins be forgiven so that I can have fellowship with God?" Look up the following verses and record what motivated God to meet our deepest need. John 3:16 Romans 5:8 Ephesians 2:4, 5 1 John 4:10 Jesus Christ died on our behalf. He "came into the world to save sinners" ( Timothy 1:15) by dying on the cross. |
RoyPCain:Surah 3:47: “She said: My Lord! How can I have a child when no mortal hath touched me? He said: So it will be. Allah createth what He will. If he decreeth a thing, He saith unto it only: Be! And it is.” (Pickthall) If you pay close attention to the reply of the angel in this verse, the angel was trying to say God just want to demonstrate his creative power as he did from the beginning, do you think God will interrupt the process of prcreation just for Jesus to have the virgin birth? The purposed of the virgin birth was not started in the quran, after the encounter Mary had with angel, the virgin birth was not mention and there is no place in the quran the virgin birth was prophesied do you think God will no prophesied this important event? It was only in the bible the reason of the virgin birth was given, observe the reply of the true angel Gabriel here; Luke 1:30-35: And the angel said to her: “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. Behold! You will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you are to call his name Jesus. This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give him the throne of David his father, and he will rule as king over the house of Jacob forever, and there will be no end of his kingdom.” But Mary said to the angel: “How is this to be, since I am a virgin?” In answer the angel said to her: “Holy spirit will come upon you and POWER of the Most High will OVERSHADOWED you. Therefore the child to be born will be called holy — the Son of God.” As the power of God overshadowed Mary an holy seed is planted in her, it was the spirit of God that overshadowed her that is why the angel called him the SON OF GOD. Surah 39:4: “If Allah had willed to choose a son, He could have chosen what He would of that which He hath created. Be He Glorified! He is Allah, the One, the Absolute.” (Pickthall) Well, does not this Qur’anic verse prove that Allah can and could have a son? |
shahydbinaliyu:you are one of the most confused muslims I have ever debate with, uptil today the Jews are still waiting for the messiah, if the knew Jesus was the messiah, why will they want to crucified him? |
shahydbinaliyu:read the op again,or let me paste it for you. Surah 3:45: Behold! The angels said: “O Mary! Allah giveth Thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus. The son of Mary, held in honor in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah;” (Yusuf Ali) Surah 4:171: “Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) an apostle of God, and His Word, which he bestowed on Mary, and a Spirit proceeding from him: so believe in God and His apostles.” (Yusuf Ali) In Surah 4:171, Jesus is called, “His Word.” And in Surah 3:45 the Qur’an states that Allah gave Mary a glad tidings “of a Word from Him.” In the original Arabic, the expression used here is “kalimatim-minhu.” It means kalmia (word), min (from), hu (him). It is of vital importance for Muslims to note that Jesus is the only Prophet who ever lived, who is called a Word from God. But why is Jesus called the “Word of God”? In view of the fact that the Qur’an attributes this title to Jesus without explanation, it is in the Bible that we find the ultimate meaning of this term. He is designated as such not only during his life here on earth but also during his pre- human spirit existence in heaven. Furthermore, the Bible book of Revelation reveals that even after his heavenly resurrection, Jesus is still known as the “Word of God.” Biblical titles often describe the function served or the duty performed by the bearer. For instance, in Exodus 4:16, it is stated that God made Aaron the “mouth” or the “spokesman” of Moses, saying: “He must speak for you to the people; and it must occur that he will serve as a mouth to you, and you will serve as God to him.” JESUS IS CALLED THE SPIRIT OF GOD; Surah 4:171: “The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was (no more than) an apostle of Allah, and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary, and a Spirit from Him.” The words used in Surah 4:171 are ruhun-minhu, “a Spirit from him.” Thus, the Qur’an clearly describes the human, Jesus, as a Spirit from God himself. With Jesus being the only exception, no humans are ever depicted as such. However, no attempt is made to explain this absolutely unique statement of belief in the Qur’an. Yet, the Qur’an strongly supports the Christian belief that Jesus was a pre-existing Spirit creature who took on a human form. Surah 4:171 presupposes that Jesus existed before he was conceived by a virgin-woman. For the Qur’an to identify Jesus as a Spirit from God who was committed to Mary indicates that he was with God even before he was given to her. It is the closest the Qur’an comes to admitting the pre-existence of Jesus before his conception on earth. |
shahydbinaliyu:I don't even understand what you are saying here, who was the man you are talking about?when I read your post, I know I will be wasting my time, but I decided to reply you so that you won't be so proud that you answer the question(even though you dint) No muslims have been able ro answer this question; Quran called Jesus spirit and word of God and the bible called him son of God, how can you reconciled all this. |
shahydbinaliyu:I read all what you wrote and they are all nonsense.am in church now, I will reply you later. |
