All the kings were anointed by the prophet, but this final prophet was anointed by God himself, acts10:38;

You see it was God himself that anointed Jesus Christ, so the Jews expected him to fight war and win battle for them;

As they find out Jesus did not fight war for them, so they rejected Him.

God is the first caused,he exist where caused and effect are not real meaning He exist outside time, God dosent need time,energy or matter to exist,he is a spirit,this shouldn't be problem for you to understand.
