With these facts its safe to say that your quoted biblical prophecy of doom is just fable.

when I read a verse in isaiah 46. It say
that God declare the end from the
beginning. A similar verse was in isaiah48. This lead me to the creation
story in the book of genesis. As I study
the first chapter, I began to wonder, WHY
IT TOOK GOD SIX DAYS TO CREATE THIS
WORLD AND REST ON THE SEVENTH
DAY,WHY WOULD HE TAKE SIX DAYS WHEN HE COULD HAVE CREATED THE
WORLD IN ONE SECOND, IN THE BLINK OF
AN EYE?I started studying the word"day"
and days" I discover some interesting
passages that related to this. Maby God is
indicating to us how much time man would have on earth.this is the point, the
bible especially the old testament is full
of foreshadowing. An event that actually
happen in history, also picture somtin
comin in the future. An example is the
sacrifice of abraham and isaac, that even actually happen,and it was also a picture
of what God will do to his son jesus on
the cross as an offering for the sin of the
world. Now why will God take SIX days
to create the world? Is this a picture of
somtin we need to know? I think it is. In 2peter 3:8, the context was refferin to
the second comin of jesus christ,the bible
say that a one day with they Lord is as a
thousand years and a thousand year is
like a day. Psalm 90. A thousand year in
God sight is like yesterday.so could it be that the six days of creation were yo
indicate to us the time man will spend on
this earth would be about six thousand
years?...the seventh day of rest picturing
the thousand years millennia reign, when
christ come back to set up is kingdom, the time of righteousness and peace.bible
scholar have calculate from the first man
adam to the first comin of christ to be
4000years,if that is the case then we are
could have been living at the end of what
the new testament called THE LAST DAYS.now this is the issue.God deal with
time in the bible, when God measure
time He dose so by seven.....
1.God created the world in seven days,
with the seven day bein for REST.
2according to the old testament law,the jew were commanded to REST every
SEVEN days.
3.the seventh week after the passover,
they celebrated a big feast of REST.
4.the seventh month of were perhaps the
most important when they celebrated three of there biggest feast of REST.
5.every seventh year was the year of
REST for the land.
6.every 49years ,seven times seven, they
celebrated the year of jubilee, which is a
year of REST for the land and liberty for the people.so it made perfect sense to me
that God would set up a seven thousand
year period for man to occupy the earth,
with the last thousand year being a time
of REST when jesus come back to set up
his earthly kingdom, as spoken in revelation20.I was right when I say God
deal with time he dos so by seven.the
second coming of christ is the most
important day in God's calendar , he want

Yes.jesus transfigured before them and the are giving a preview of his second
coming glory, now the first word of the
verse was "after six days" why did God
throw this in? To was space? Or is God
tryin to tell us somtin that we need to
know?note:the time from adam to jesus is 4,000years[4days] the time of the
church period is two thousand years
[2days] so could this mean after 6000yrs
[6days] God will revive isreal and fulfill
his promise he made to them? Hmmm am

Last year christmas,my friend a calabar boy take me to calabar carnival, that was december 1st, but before we reach, we decide to branch his village and spend three days, not knowing that there are war with the neighbouring village,let me go straight to the point.....the young men in the village went to the farm when the enemy invade there houses burn it down, news reach the boys in the farm that the enemy are burning there houses, all the boys at the farm go straight to the village habalist, the habalist bath them in a very dirty water give them a calabash as neckless on there neck, the boys line up, they match straight to there village were the enemy are burning there houses, a little boy of about 7years was at the front holding a broom, as the enemy is shooting there gun, the little boy immediately start waving the broom, all the bullet were just flying away the arrows stop in there front, NOTHIN HARM THEM, I was just standing far distance watching, I was Soooo surprise,that was the first time I saw human bein eat human,some will use the oil from human put it on a wine and drink it.the next morning, I did not even tell my friend I was goin, the guy just here phone call, hellow,"guy na me moses" he ask me, were you dey nah? Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you
dispute over a thing, then return it to Allah and the
Messenger, if you have faith in Allah and the Last Day.
That is better and more beautiful of interpretation.
He says that the Prophet (sAas) has been sent to explain the
Quran, not just to deliver it (Surah an-Nahl ayah 44).
Bi al-bayyinat wa az-Zubur wa anzalna ilayka adh-
Dhikra li-tubayyina li an-nas maa nuzzila ilayhim wa
la'allahum yatafakkarun.
By clear proofs and scriptures, and We have sent down
on you (O Prophet) the Reminder, that you can explain to
humankind what is sent down for them and in order that
they may reflect.
He says that people do not have faith if they do not take the
Prophet (sAas) as the judge of their disputes (Surah an-Nisa
ayah 65).
Fa laa wa Rabbika laa yu'minuna hatta yuhakkimuka fi
maa shajara baynahum thumma laa yajidu fi anfusihim
haraj min maa qadayta wa yusallimu taslima.
No, by your Lord and Sustainer, they do not have faith
until they have you (O Prophet) judge what is disputed
among them, then they do not find in their souls any
distress at what you have decided, and they accept it
wholly and completely.
He says that when He and the Prophet (sAas) have decided a
matter, it is not for any believing man or woman to do anything
but obey (Surah al-Ahzab ayah 36).
Wa maa kana li mu'min wa laa mu'minah idha
qadaAllahu wa Rasuluhu amran an yakuna lahum al-
khiyarat min amrihim wa man ya'siAllaha wa Rasulaha
faqad dalla dalala mubin.
And it is not ever for a faithful man or a faithful woman,
when Allah and His Messenger have decided an affair
that there is any choice for them in their affair, and who
disobeys Allah and His Messenger, so he is indeed
wandering far astray.
He says that what the Messenger gives, people should take,
and what he prohibits, they should abstain from (Surah al-
Hashr ayah 7).
...Wa maa atakum ar-Rasul fa khudhuhu wa maa
nahakhum anhu fa intahu. Wa ittaquAllah innAllaha
Shadid al-Iqab.
...And what the Messenger gives you, so take it, and what
he prohibits you, so refrain from it. And be in awe of
Allah. Surely Allah is Stern of Punishment.
How do we determine what the Prophet (sAas) has ordered, in
order to obey it?
How do we find out what he judged in disputes so that we can
abide by it?
How do we know what he has decided on matters, so that we
can submit to it?
How do we discover what he has given, so that we can take it,
or what he has prohibited, so we can abstain from it?
The answer to all these questions is very simple: we look to the
SUNNA. If you deny the validity of the Sunna then you may end
up disobeying what the Prophet (sAas) has commanded,
turning away from what he has judged, rejecting what he has
decided, ignoring what he has given, and doing what he has
prohibited.
And if you do these acts of disobedience, turning-away,
rejecting, ignoring, and doing-the-prohibited then YOU HAVE
DISOBEYED ALLAH. It's that simple. It is incumbent upon every
Muslim to obey both the Quran and the Sunna. Read the verses
I have cited for yourself. What do you think they mean?
